When I was hired at Burger King they told me that I was going to be 850 an hour when I gave my information to my manager for my direct deposit she did not put it in the system and then I went to pick my check up it was a written check and my hours or nothing was on there and then they didn't pay for overtime and I asked why the check was a written check and she didn't like I didn't give him for my overtime or anything like that and I'm trying to it's all this issue

cost of a whopper with cheese
I was charged around $7.50 for a Whopper on my BK app (Buy one get one free). the phone number for the store is in active so I can't call them to complain. I feel like the took advantage of me and stole money from me. I gave the cashier a $20.00 dollar bill and later realized I only received $12 dollars and some change back. a Whopper on the web says it's $4.19 I added cheese but don't think it should be a $7.50 burger w/ cheese. This is the BK on Southfield Rd near 12 mile in Southfield Michigan. I was not even given a receipt to see what the actual cost of the burger was.This was Saturday October 1, 2022 around 1:30 or so.

I went to Burger King at my specified location on 10-08-2022 at 7:15 pm. I ordered 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 6 medium fries and 2 chicken sandwiches. I received my order in the drive thru and traveled home. When I get to my house I look and see that my 2 chicken sandwiches are missing as well as 1 medium fry. I go back down to the Burger King location and tell the employees I am missing the 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 medium fry. I get back to my house finally after a half hour of traveling and waiting and check my bag to see that they forgot my 1 fry yet again, AND the 2 chicken sandwiches I received have been depleted of chicken inside of them. All there is inside the chicken sand which is breading and a couple speckles of chicken. I am very disappointed and I would like to have something done about this. This was outrageous since I had to go back for their mistake not once, but TWICE. I have also taken a picture of the chicken sandwiches in question for proof to my point. The location of employees were a bunch of kids just joking around and goofing off inside with no professionalism what so ever. If there is a way I could get refunded for the items that would be great, but I just wanted to report this because I don’t want this happening to anybody else. Thank you.
Covid-19
I was employee and Burger King on Perkins ave in Sandusky Ohio I was sick for days I tried to call off 45 mins before my shift and was told I had to call off 3 hrs before my shift I still came to work sick and all then comes to find out I have Covid. It shouldn’t matter sick is sick 😷 specially dealing with food that you have to serve to the world. I’m not the only one that was sick in burger they need to all go get checked for Covid. I will never eat there again or any of my people for that matter

9/29/2022 4:39pm order 611913 went to drive thru bought this order number, then went home, and when I look there's missing item crispy chix the small bag is littered with fries and I can't even check the bottom! When I got home yup there's something missing, then went back they told me to go to the 2nd window and so I did, saw them preparing a bag, then DOUGLAS the manager hand it to me, of course I had the check it if it's correct, and of course it's wrong again, I Sai I was here earlier and you gave me an incomplete order then he grab another bag and when I grab the bag and check if it's right he even lectured me next time don't take bag that isn't mine?! Like what the f his the one messed up the order of course I need to check he didn't even apologize and shut the window on me!

Customer Service: PHL Airport
I work at the Philadelphia Airport in Terminal E, and today (9/27) I may around 9:40am, I ordered a Milkshake, as I did last week at te same time, and the young man said that “we don’t sell milkshakes until 10:00am.” But, when I told him that ‘I ordered one last week at the same time…’ he gave it to me, but in a cup that is for ice cream. When I complained, and told him that ‘the cup I had last week was bigger…’ he claimed that the young lady who waited on me “made a mistake.” I know better than that. I only get a 30 minute break and wasted 5 minutes on a subpar milkshake…because of the size and service. Next stop: social media.

Customer service and badly served food
For the last visits to your business I have had cold burgers (4) with not dressing and very messy ( buns upside down and folded burgers. This has been at 2 locations here in Chicago and one on HW I57 South The responds at both location was rude and hurried, as if I was a bother. Maybe a review of the importance of customer service and pride of the product . I have not giving up. Ill try another location. I hope it is not a repeat of this
Burger King
At store 5241 in Rockford Michigan seemed like there was only 2 people working the whole restaurant. The app wouldn't let me go from one section to another, I tried to restart it, but nothing worked on the app. so we pulled up to the drive through and the lady said she couldn't help and unless we had a code we couldn't purchase the deals that were advertised.
They didn't have the window where you usually pay manned. So we had to pay at the window where they serve food.
The person at the window wore the same gloves to take our payment, then serve our food. He had to run to the back of the restaurant to process the payment and came back with it wearing the same gloves. He went out to a car outside wearing the same gloves going in and out the the public used doors. So, basically handling everything without washing hands or changing gloves.
We finally ordered through the drive through and they didn't give us a receipt. So, we were unable to do the survey. So another possible "deal" not available to us. Very frustrating

Burger King in Tinley Park, IL
Pulled into the drive thru at 9:50pm. I got no response after waiting and calling out to the intercom. Then I pulled around and called the store but no one answered. I happen to notice there was an employee working when I pulled around so I went back to thru. I pulled up and they stated they close at 10:00pm. I stated that it says online that they are open. Till 12am and that I pulled in n the drive-thru at 9:50pm and the associate said I don’t know what to tell you but we’re closed.
Desired outcome: To hold the store accountable and write up the employee/receive a got card for my unpleasant expierence
Whopper with cheese
About 8 pm weds sept 21 ordered a whopper with cheese I got it in about 30 seconds the cheese wasnt even melted t was barely warm paddy was probably just thrown in the microwave for 10 secs I looked at the patty it was a grey colour no way in hell it was flame broiled and the staff in there couldnt give a [censored] but they sure couldnt make a burger pretty sure they picked the wrong type of food to cook anyways I will never be back and also dont worry too much dairy queen was just as bad

I went through the drive through at 7:30 am at Burger King on Renner road, close to Hilliard-Rome road. I ordered pancakes and sausage breakfast, I did not receive the sausage. I spent $3.59 and now am dis-satisfied. I have never had any problems before at this location. I expect to be reimbursed for the mistake, Not a month from now, not 2 or 3 weeks from now, within a week. You didnt see me not pay my bill.

Buger King is one of my favorite bugers, today 9/20/2022 we went to Buger King to get some grubb, as soon as we walked in the ac, was not working very warm. flys in the dining room, limited drinks, no ice. the staff was nice, but for a building thats been in town for just alittle time, you would think everything should be working. the store is 28727 state hwy.46-north zip 78155. phone number [protected]. I have no complaints on the staff they were doing their jobs.
Desired outcome: The Manager should of let the district manager know of their problems before opening to the customers, for me I would of closed the doors until fixed.
Payment rejected
I had just got done running around after work get errands done. Change from grocery store had 3 old 20.00 bills. I presented 1 for payment of my order at the drive thru & was told they are not accepting old bills, something to do with their safe. But when I had to present a 100.00 bill she gave me 20.00 bills in my change, why couldn't she do that with the next customer instead of putting it in the safe? We live in an older population & they have old bills, refusing legal tender because of it's age is not right or legal. I will think twice before going back. McDonald's, KofC are right down the road.
Desired outcome: Have your workers use a counterfeit pen instead of refusing to accept.
Very poor customer service at bk 8 mile rd stockton ca
We live about 1 mile from this BK so we had about 4 drive thru visits the last 6 months. All those visits were over 30 minutes each. Very poor customer service with very rude staff. Yelp reviews are mostly 1 star due to wrong orders with very long wait times. Ruined the reputation of “ fast food.” It seems like BK corporate office has not done anything to fix these issues. We will not purchase BK online or in person ever again. If corporate thinks these complaints are insignificant, you will lose customers - so it is your choice. I was a BK employee a long time ago and have enjoyed BK products. Unfortunately, I have to submit this complaint.
Desired outcome: Close this location. It makes BK look very, very bad. Unless you, the people at the top don’t care about your customers either. What a shame!

The mangers are extremely rude and treat customers like trash, Today i happened to order 2 fish burgers at drive through and they gave me beef burgers , when i reached home i checked and called Burger King( [protected]) three times and left voice messages. nobody called back.I went there and explained to the shift manager, he refused to listen and said I am 3pm shift manager i don't know if you are saying the truth. Come tomorrow morning and i cannot give you free food. his tone and attitude was very very demeaning and insulting. I asked for his name n he pointed to his badge and said that's my name. i said I can't see from far , tell me and he turned his back on me during all the conversation saying that my name is on my badge and I am not telling you. The managers at this location are extremely arrogant. Action must be taken otherwise its a bad impact on Burger King.

I went to Burger King in Livonia, Michigan on Middlebelt Road, North of 5 Mile Road on September 17 at about 5:10. We were the 2nd car in line and it took 20 minutes to order our food. we requested the 2 original chicken sandwich cut in half, one without lettuce and 2 medium fries.
When he handed us our bag we were told they don't have a knife to cut our sandwiches so we are going to give you a knife to cut it. He gave us two knives - ODD. We were already running late to a show so we took our food on the road to eat on the way. I grabbed my sandwich with lettuce half the bun was hard as a rock and chicken was overcooked, the fries were cold with no salt. It was disgusting and I didn't have time to go anywhere else.
I use to enjoy going to Burger King, but from what I got yesterday I will not be coming back.
long wait, inferior product
Hello,
My husband and I rarely eat fast food. On today's date, however, my husband decided to drive thru the Racine Burger King franchise located at 5400 Durand Avenue Racine, WI.
At 1300 hrs, my husband drove thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 order of chicken nuggets.
After waiting 20 minutes to receive his order, he went into the restaurant. It should be noted that there were no customers inside the restaurant.
He asked for his money back as he had not received his order. He was told that the order was ready.
An employee handed him the bag but no receipt.
What he found inside was an order of inedible chicken nuggets - cold and overcooked to the point of dried out, cold, rock-hard pieces of what was supposed to be chicken.
I have attached 2 photographs of the chicken nuggets.
The 2 cheeseburgers were cold as well.
I understand in today's society, there is a serious problem with not having enough employees to effectively operate a restaurant. Perhaps that is the issue.
I know one thing for certain..we will not be returning to that restaurant anytime soon.

I ordered food for my family this evening at burger king on Post Rd in Warwick RI and i was apauld by the tiny tiny burgers number one the fact that all of my food was cold the fact taht my beef was thrown in a container and had about a pin head size of ketchup and mustard on it and one tony little slice of bacon on both of my sandwiches the 2 whoppers were cold and hard and dry as a desert the fries were old the oil they use is old the double whopper with cheese had no cheese and was cold as well i am appauld by the service in this store the kids don't care they play around inside the building instead of working properly im disgusted!

I recently went into your restaurant located in Columbia, SC on Trenholm Rd.
The sign outside announced a 2 for $6.00 deal on the Whopper. I purchased the Whopper deal. As I was given my order in a bag (dine-in customer) I was told that the "Whopper" was discounted. When I opened the bag, there was no lettuce, no tomato, no mayonnaise on this plain burger. By far the worst meal I haver paid for at Burger King or any other restaurant. No wonder the company is doing so bad. Poorly trained, lying, employees will close the doors for good...
