french fries and chicken fries
I ordered 4 chicken fries meals medium sized. The fries were very under cooked and soggy and ice cold, the chicken fries were hard as a rock and cold, like they had been sitting out for hours. I have two kids and they wouldn't even eat any of it because they said it tasted gross, amd my husband and I couldn't eat it either so we ate cereal for supper.

I just found plastic in my food! On top of it all they messed up my order to the extreme on both burgers i got a double quarter pounder all i asked was for no onions instead i got ketchup mustard and pickles no tomato nor lettuce same as the bacon burger i ordered a scary cherry its on defrost she wasnt gonna reimburse me or get my another till i asked well just get me another icee coke and reimburse me my money instead she gave me the coke and told me to move im blocking all these hungry people and gave me no reciept and now as im eating my crappy burger that i done paid a total of 17 bucks for 2 burgers 2 $1icees supposed to be anyways and a ten piece nuggets this is rediculous and distgusting im appauled. I live by the Burger King at 3910 Trenton Rd. Clarksville TN, and I've had nothing but problems out of this location. This location is supposed to close at 12 a.m. yet every time I've been there it is between 8-10 p.m. and they always have some excuse for why they can not serve us. One time it was because a manager had an emergency and had to leave so they weren't able to take or fulfill orders. Another time they told me their computers had crashed so they couldn't take orders. I was there one day around 1 p.m. for lunch and they told me they did not have any burger meat. The last time I was there which was tonight the guy at the drive thru told me the stove and the fryers were not working. All I needed was a bag of ice, which I told him and the guy seemed very irritated and finally said he could give us ice. When we drove to the window he handed us the ice and was really rude, almost like we had disturbed him. I would appreciate if you would fix this location as I like your restaurant, and this is the closest store for me. Again the address for this store is 3910 Trenton Rd. Clarksville TN. On October 1, 2018, I came to Burger King with a few friends and placed a order to eat inside and the cashier said we could not eat inside because they were short handed. So, I had no choice but to leave and on the outside of the door was a sign all order's to go because of being short handed, signed Management. I could not believe it, I have never ever seen such a thing. I do not plan to go back at this time and I was concerned you may not have been aware of it. I went through drive thru n got a number 1 mean with no tomatoes a sprite n fresh fries I got to the window n it took forever for them to let me pay I finally got to pay n my fries wasn't fresh I asked for them to cook them fresh she dropped the fries I handed her I wanted new fries she refused to give me them fresh I asked her for my money back she got a attitude n got another employee name Davidson to give me my money back n he asked why don't you want the fries
broken menu board. broken soda machine. wrong food order. dirty bathroom.
Difficult to order food with no menu board. The help kept giving soda cups to people but didnt inorm them the machine was broken. Received the wrong order. I know they were under adverse conditions but when we went to the counter to tell them soda machine wasnt working they seemed bothered by this news and asked, okay whatta ya want? we ordered our drinks and he disappeared and we had to ask another employee for help with our drinks. bathrooms were dirty, gum stuck on the urinal handle, wet floor and toilet paper on the floor. some coupons would be nice to ensure my continued patronage.
a manger was belittling an employee in front of them customers
When the employee was taking orders she had told the manger she had cleared the screen the manger yelled at the employee and told her she was stupid. Scaring the customers, and honestly making me feel uncomfortable coming here again, then she pulled aside later and told that's how the store is run her way. She seemed very condescending and impolite to her employees
located at 2000 w. 47th
I have a complaint about this Burger King located at 2000 W. 47th St here in the little village neighborhood, On several occasions, I would visit this Burger King around 8:30 pm Central Time and this place never have Milk Shakes. I'm always told that the machine broke down "That's Funny" this never happens in the daytime, I would feel a lot better if they just told the truth and say that we are in the processing of cleaning it early due to closing, which they close at 12:00 midnight. Management should take full responsibilities for this. my last visit was on October 09, 2018

I arrived at burgerking on 10/09/18 between 10:40-10:45pm at the 542370 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011 location. I was denied service due to a restart of the register. I was told it would take too long to recover and their location would be closed by the time it would have come up. I felt discrimanated against because closing wasn't until 11pm, and management didn't offer a resolution. There is no reason for all of your registers to be down and not functioning when hours are still open. Service should be provided but it wasn't and im thinking it's something deeper than that.
lack of customer service and food quality
I drove up to place my order at the menu board and sat there about a minute with no response from inside untill from the speaker a guy says "go ahead" I didnt reply right away because I figured he was talking to someone else. After waiting a few moments I said excuse me, and again I hear "go ahead" I ask them to repeat what they said thinking I was hearing something differnt and again this person says "go ahead" but was doing it with anger in thier voice, I asked do you want me to pull forward? I hear nothing for some time then I hear"welcome to burger king how can I help you" but in a different voice. They were not busy and when I paid at the window the guy wouldnt look at me or speak to me, he just held out my credit card after running it and not saying a word and then lets go of the card almost dropping it when I reached for it. Then to top it off my jalapeno king was cold and I do mean cold not warm, im not even sure it was made correctly.
always cold food
No matter when I go to this Burger King the Food is always cold, I have to give it back for it to be heated up. It appears to always be the same cook and he never heats it up long enough which I thought the food was supposed to be cooked fresh but it is not. What happened to have it your way.
When you give it back to the cashier, he gives you an attitude but I want what I pay for, sometimes the Chicken Fries tastes old as it has been cooked in left over grease. I don't understand why can't this place serve hot food?
a manager threatened my child
The manager had an issue with my daughter smiling and not actually speaking to a customer which my daughter has only been there for a week. She acknowledged she was wrong. The manager then made all kinds of mean comments towards her and told her that she's not the one. My daughter is underage and I feel like those we're inappropriate words. Another one of the workers heard her say this. I'm also a manager and know that she could have wrote my daughter up for not speaking to the customer or counseled her but instead she suspended her for a week and the reason was because her mother came in which is me. I visited the Elkins WV Burger King last night. To start, I sat in drive thru for 8 minutes before anyone even took my order, I thought maybe they were short staffed so I let that go. Once we got to the window and paid, I sat there for an additional 6 minutes. Once I received my food and had gotten down the road I realized that I was missing a fry that I had paid for and then my daughter was eating her chicken nuggets, and bit into one and it was slimy and cold in the center. I understand that it isn't a 5-Star restaurant but the fact that I was in the drive thru for a total of 14 minutes and my child's chicken nuggets weren't even done is completely unacceptable. I honestly would not have complained about the missing item had my child been able to actually eat her chicken nuggets. While I was in line 2 cars waiting behind me also pulled off. I've never had a problem like this at this Burger King but after last night it will be a long time before I return, IF I do.
operating hours

I am writing to inform you of the situation that happened to my daughter and I this morning at one of your locations. The location when went to had operating hours on the door saying they open at 6am. Although the doors were unlocked (since I witnessed an employee unlock them) the drive thru was however not since the screen also said reboot on it. About 10 minutes after 6am we pulled up to order and employees had witnessed us pull into the parking lot and then into the drive thru line. After not being helped I then parked the vehicle and took my daughter inside were I then was looked at awkwardly by 2 employees. I asked if they were open to which 1 responded "not quite yet." I then said "okay...guess we will come back later." Surprised by no response to me I turned to leave and said "well your sign says you open at 6am." The employee then simply said "yes we are a little behind."
Look I completely understand that things happen however then don't unlock the doors yet or put up a sign. My assumption is that they personally had situations causing them to not be prepared for the 6am open and the reason the doors were unlocked was so "technically" they can say they did in fact open on time to avoid trouble. I will not be visiting this particular location in the future and coming from the world of customer service, they could have at least taken my order and I probably would have understood more and would have waited inside until the order was prepared.
Thank you for your time in reading this. I love Burger King and will certainly continue to visit you all in the future but wanted to simply make you aware of my experience.

The manager sammatha cooks her own food and people outside the store for free . and i thought company polict no matter who you are you dont prepare and cook your own food or your porportions what if i wanted extra for that price. She isnt manager material and i hope this issue gets resolved all the other employees are amazing how about you make that curly haired girl manager not sammantha thank you.

order has never been correct
I love burger king. It's so much better than McDonald's, but what do you do when your order has never been correct? We were so excited that they were opening a burger king right here in Truman, AR! We went the very first day they opened. We were so happy to have something different than McDonald's, we waited in line for 30 min that first day. We got home, pulled our burgers out and they were wrong. All that time waiting and I couldn't eat the sandwich I was given. We figured that the reason was they were so busy was because it was the first day open. Several times we have been back but, the order is always wrong. It's unbelievable that I have never gotten a correct order from this new burger king. We went tonight ordered 3 burgers, fries, nuggets and a drink. We checked the burgers, wrong...went back got the burger fixed. Got home to eat...the nuggets weren't in the bag. They just left those out. We're done with it! McDonald's is just right beside burger king so from now on..that's where we're going. We just lose money going to burger king. Never again!

Here lately everytime I order its wrong I have to repeat my order over as n over get to window pay for my food pull up to next window they read off what I ordered an when I get my order it's wrong this morning in Augusta ga I called back to store an manager on duty wanted to argue with me about my order I travel on weekends an my chose of place to eat is at burger king an she ask me if I eat the sandwich an I said yes cause the nearest place to turn around was two miles an I had to be somewhere at 8 am so what are yall gonna do about your customer service

The current manager name Adam at 6945 75th St, Kenosha, WI 53142 is the worse manager I've ever seeing in my life. Adam is very rude not only with clients but also his own team member. Please remove the manager by the name Adam from this location. Until them I will make sure my family, friends, neighbors and clients avoid purchasing food from the burger king on that lication.

I placed a simple order at the Burger King located at 195-10 Jamaica Ave Queens, NY. I asked the cashier for a cup of water. The cashier proceeded to hand me a small, open cup of HOT water with pieces of melted ice. I handed it back to her and said no thank you. 15 minutes after leaving I called the manager who refused to give me her name and after I told her what happened she defended the cashier and said I asked for water so I got water. Then hung up on me once I asked for her name. I called back and another employee said we are busy and hung up once again. It is disrespectful to hand someone hot water when you can just say we dont give free water.

I have ordered chicken grilled wings and product has not performed well it's taste was too bad as I complaint to employee he just replied very rudely and also using amusing words I have told him to call the manager he just replied that I m the only manager do whatever u want eat this only or go from here the behavior was too bad so I m going to take the action towards ur company as I m a tourist I have came here for visit I m going to take action or u just take the action and refund my money as soon as possible and the name of team member is Rupinder. you have ot improve and check our emploees communcational skill
