Burger King customer service

@10:15p.m I went through the drive thru @the Burger King located on Twin City Hwy. In Port Arthur Texas. As I began to place my order I sd can I get a 2 for six and was completely cut off n the Burgerking worker sd NO you may not order that cause I'm out of meat and I sd I wanted the chicken and she said [censored] what else you want [censored]! NEVER ever had I had to complain or be disappointed. As I'm writing this I'm beyond upset its a Completely understatement to have gotten off to ask to speak to the manager and find out it was the manager. They've Completely lost my buisness.

Burger King service

I went to the bugarking at Walmart, in Hoover, Al, 35244
I was on lunch break around 2:44, stood in line for 15 mins, had customers in front getting mad too.
1 at register, 1 burger maker (the manager himself), 1 complain maker, who the guy at the register was looking after.
People started walking out and so did I, didn't have anything to eat cause I was out of time to get back to work .
Real bad service .

Burger King associate and my food

My name is Mercedes Russel and on 10/05/18 at 7:35 pm I went to the Burger King store #17371. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but I needed it plain, no cheese, just the bacon, meat, and the bread. The ones making the sandwich did not read the prompt as I'm watching them make the food. One of the associates puts everything on the burger including ketchup and them bacon on the ketchup side. He then realized he did not read the screen right and takes the bacon off and wipes the ketchup off with his gloves, then they proceeded to wrap the sandwiches up and give them to me. There was a manager that asked what he was doing and I'm not sure what he said. However, I explained to her what happened and they did make me New sandwiches. I was HIGHLY dissatisfied because he showed no remorse.

Burger King whopper jr. and onion rings

I went to burger king at approx. 4:00 to get a whopper jr. With cheese and med. Onion rings to go. There was 2 cars ahead of me so after I ordered the food it took approx. 8 minutes of waiting in line to get my food. After getting my food I drove home (approx. 10 minutes). When I got home my food was ice cold, no cheese on my sandwich and my onions rings looked like they were left over from lunch and kept under the heat lamp too long. They were all dried out. I had to throw it all away!

Do not go to the claremore ok burger king. I learned my lesson.

Burger King manager at newaygo, mi store #9028

Went Thur drive Thur order king meal 2 sandwiches, drink, fries for $3.79. Both sandwich were special order kid did get them right. He said pull up to first window for amount. I sat there for 7 minutes no one came so drove to second window...kid mumbled something and took my card. Brought my card back with recipt with no price or food order on it. I told home I wanted to see others recipt. He did bring it to me. I told him it was wrong because it was $8.14. He walked away an manager came back an asked what the problem was. I told her several time I said I was ordering th king meal, and he just rang it wrong. She explained it was his second day. That ok, but I want what I ordered. She said I can not do that. I ask and your a manager. She said yes. She said I can give you 2 small chicken sandwiches I said no I ordered the king meal for for $3.79not $8.14. I told her to void it out and rearing it up. I was a supervisor at Hardee's back as a teenager. She said I can not do that. I looked at her dumbfounded. I handed her my pop back and said just give me my money back. She said I can't I have only been here 2 months and they have not trained me to void anything yet. I said just give me my money and call a manager who can tell you how to do that she refused. At this point she still did not take pop back. I pushed pop back at her and told her I was going to call corporate, I did that on oct 1 2018 and am still waiting for a call back.. they have my money. I got nothing expect a very rude manger. I tell you I would fire her butt for sure.

Burger King veggie burger

I visited store #248 on trooper rd and west main st norristown pa Oct 5th 2018 at 12:07 PM. I ordered a veggie burger only ketchup. I recieved a veggie burger with ketchup mayo pickle onion lettuce and tomato! I didn't realize until I had already gotten back to work and couldn't return to have them fix it. My receipt clearly says only ketchup. This is unacceptable. For all they know I could have an allergy to all the things they put on here that I DIDNT want! Burger King the cashier was rude the food and coffee were cold

We went through drive through at 912 am on Friday October 5th 2018. We sat at the window for 5 mins before she even came to get our money she then handed us our coffee we asked for cream and sugar but got none the coffee was bitter and cold. 10 mins later we got our order which was 3 meals they were like warm at best all in all it was a taste of money.

Burger King breakfast burrito / service

I am very appalled this morning. I come to this horrible service burger king often because it is convent for me and my sons travel to work/school. I ordered a breakfast burrito jr and hahsbrown and the jr was so poorly and had NO SAUSAGE at all. I called about 7 times and finally got an answer just for her to tell me i can not get it replaced because they would charge me $2 for sausage and it wouldn't be a whole piece of sausage she would give me half.. FIRST IF IM PAYING $2 YOU WILL NOT JUST GIVE ME A HALF YOU WILL GIVE ME $2 WORTH. SECOND, how can this not be replaced, if the drive thru woman in the back at 8:15 on October 5th with Braids (black and blonde) did not give me a receipt?

highly upset my son did not want to eat and had to eat preschool breakfast. i would like an answer and something!

Burger King gwen schlesinger manager at prien lake rd lake charles louisiana

About a month ago I had a horrible experience at this location the and I filmed it and put it on social media within an hour it went viral
The girl in the video gwen schslinger stole money from me refuse to print me a receipt or count down her draw I was very polite about it at 1dt told her I would wait until she got a chance to count her draw down cause it was only 2 ppl in there with her understanding she was busy I proceeded to wait while she had a disgusting [censored] attitude because she made a mistake
Long story short I told her she didn't have to have an attitude because I was asking for my money
She got mad call me a fat [censored], so I told her she's lucky I hint beat her [censored]
She proceeds to threaten me by calling her bf joseph carlton to come and fight me all this is while she's on the clock mind you
When she threaten to call her boyfriend joseph carlton I went got my boyfriend
That when the video occurred I threw a drink at her this is the same video I posted on social media a month ago that day the laws were called me and my bf we're banned from bk and since then haven't been back
We'll yesterday 10-3-18 4pm gwen schshinger and her boyfriend joseph carlton accompanied by 2 other dudes we're on there way to bk on prein when they seen me walking across the st from the store which is right by my house next st over from bk he dropped her to work and circled the block and rolled up on me in her sliver gmc terrain in front of my house saying oh yeah gwen said that was u attempted to try and throw a drink at me and threatened to put there hands on me 3 men once they left I called the cops and reposted the video from the incident a month ago on fb we're not even friends but she stocks on page
Once I posted the video she comment on the clocked I might and laughing like it's funny because u aunt 3 men to attack a woman
I have video screen shoots of her says he had them come follow me
Ppl post video of horrible customer service everyday no one that does [censored] like this should be employed for this comnpay nor any other especially not in a management position i'm contacting the company before things get out of hand she deserves to be terminated

Burger King e gift card use

I purchased a Burger King e-gift Card on line in September for $25. I've gone to 2 different Burger Kings 3 times. Each time when I placed my order I gave the Manager the printed e-gift Burger King printed paper that I printed from my home printer. They tried numerous times and each time refused me service saying that their machine isn't set up for that kind of transaction and I'd have to get in touch with you. SO, ... please refund me a $25 regular plastic gift card or a credit or even check. You got my money for the e-gift card, please produce a card that will work at the various Burger King shops. Thank you

Burger King I am complaining about the service at burger king

About a month ago or less, I enter the drive-thru at Burger King on W Western Ave, South Bend, IN 46619. But b4 I enter the drive-thru I sat in the parking lot to retrieve my coupon for my family meal. As I continue to the window to order my family their meal I was told by the Burger King cashier that the coupon I was trying to use didn't start until later in the week. I was stung to hear such nonsense. Becuz my coupon didn't have a start date but it did have a expiration date. This is why I sat in the parking lot to look thru the coupons expiration dates, I always do. I left without my family a meal. Later I received a phone call from Burger King District Manager (Michelle) becuz of my complaint and she offered me to come back to that specific Burger King for a free meal. But mother nature step in and I got sick for a while. When I was able I called Burger King to retrieve my family free meal and was told by the STORE MANAGER they don't recall of this happening. My question is if this DIDN'T HAPPEN HOW DID I KNOW THE DISTRICT MANAGER NAME & WHY DIDN'T THE STORE MANAGER FIGURE THAT PART OUT...

Burger King customer service

I came through the drive thru for a simple double cheeseburger and a Valu fri. I experienced rude service because their card reader was not working. They tried to insist it was my card which has had no issues at any other locations prior to or following the charge for $3.51 I was requested to pay in cash, which I did not have. I told her that she could enter the card in and she insisted that I pull ahead and leave my card in her possession out of my view. When she came out to return my card she again tried to argue with me after she processed my card, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. I told her she was arguing with me and she said "she remembered me" I have NOT been to this Burger King before and was simply in the area for work! So not only was she rude and argumentative but then she had the audacity to lie to me! When I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me and walked away. What a horrible reflection of your company!

Burger King food, service, training, questions ignored

on wed oct 3 /2018 i order 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, two whopper juniors and two whopper meals, while at the order speaker i enquired as to the total and to verify my order. I was told to pull up to the window, which i did. when i ot to the window i was asked for $22.35, I asked the girl times to confirm what I had ordered, and was ignored when I asked the th time she handed me a register reciept to look at in the dark i cannot read that. upon pulling away there were no straws in the bag the burgers were not bacon double cheese burgers, now here in regina it is below zero and I am not waiting to complain while food cools . absolutley horrendus training practices obviously have left this location with poorly trained staff .

and to not recieve what we order and to not read back or confirm an order should be considered fraudulent, and is under canadian law

Burger King unsanitary

On 10/3/2018 at approximately 330pm, I place an order at the drive-thru located at 11020 S Kedzie (Burger King 1338). I had specific order details in that my kids prefer their food plain. I ordered 5 items. Two of the items ordered were from the 2 for $6 menu. I ordered a PLAIN crispy chicken sandwich and a PLAIN fish sandwich. Upon receiving my order, I pulled into a parking spot & checked my bag to find the chicken sandwich & the fish sandwich covered in lettuce & mayonnaise. I exited my vehicle & entered the establishment. I told them of the error but knowing that it would take long to get another chicken sandwich, I opted to just exchange the fish sandwich for a PLAIN one. They took the wrong fish sandwich and gave me a plain one. Now mind you, the fish sandwich I had returned was touched by my daughter & by me before returning it to BK. The girl who created my new sandwich, returned to the front of the restaurant with the wrong sandwich and offered it for free to a customer standing in line awaiting his order. It is unsanitary to give food to another customer that has left the restaurant & returned into the restaurant after being manipulated or touched by another customer.

Burger King wrong order from drive thru

Store 5434 order # 267209 employee336753 sarah... On 10/3/2018 1:33:34 pm, my order # was 409.. Ordered crispy chicken dinner... Is chicken sandwich, fries & drink...$6.89... Left drive thru, found out order not correct when I return to work, was a cheeseburger on bread... Completely wrong order... I called and talked to manager long, she admitted wrong order given to me and return it to her store, I had gone back to work 7 mile on my break time, I was unable to return it. I would like a voucher sent to me to cover my cost of $6.89. No reimbursement for aggravation and travel expense. I may add the employee who handle my order very unpleasant and acted I was bothering her when I got my wrong first order, the manager was cordial, tho I did not get offer of my return funds! Russ brokaw 3455 purdue st. Cuyahoga falls ohio [protected] I do have a receipt if needed, tho this would be another expense in mailing... Thank you

Burger King about replacement of miranda instead of coke

I and my friend had ordered a meal of 179 which included coke and I asked the employee working here (miss HEMA) from Mantri mall location to change Miranda instead of coke as I dislike it. She just rudely told that they don't have anything as replacement for coke. I am so unhappy about this and when compared to other McDonalds they also provide replacement for coke and so on... Please examine the issue asap

Burger King service

My husband was told he couldn't use more than one coupon at the drive thru today. He had his appetite set on their rodeo burgers and we were starving so he said forget y'all and pulled away from the order speaker. The worker shouted "[censored] you too!" this is very unprofessional and no matter if there was only one worker at this time, does not constitute her behavior especially while on the clock.

Burger King wrong order

I ordered a Chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon meal. I received a plain spicy chicken sandwich which was cold with old, cold French fries. I do not like spicy food and was completely shocked when I got a mouthful of spicy chicken. Unexpectedly. My order was completely botched. Very upsetting. I also did not get a receipt for my order and when I call the restaurant to complain, no one answers. I am fully turned off of Burger King!

Burger King big fish

I usually don't eat there. I was wanting a mushroom Swiss burger. But they didn't have it so I got a fish. It was awful! It was so sweet it made me vomit. I wasted my money. I had taken it home so I could not go back. I also ordered a chocolate shake with whipped cream and got chocolate shake without whipped cream. I want my $8.50 back and this Shippensburg, PA store needs to learn to cook fish!

Burger King the good was awful

I just had the worst service at the jerseyville burger King. Paid almost $12 for very old food. They Forgot to put the toy to my kids meal and the fries in the bag. The kid working had no clue what he was doing. Just very disappointed. You may want to train your associates a little better. Also when people pay quite a bit of money for food they expect it to be fresh especially after waiting almost 15 minutes for it
