Burger King customer service/incompetence

At approximately 7 pm last evening, October 1, 2018, I traveled to a recently opened Burger King located in Hales Corners Wisconsin at 5512 S. 108th St. 53130. At that time I was the only customer using the drive thru. There also appeared to be no customers inside the restaurant. I attempted placing my order in the drive thru. The employee taking my order was quite confused. I was asked to repeat my order four (4) times. This is no exaggeration. My order was specifically (2) Whoppers with cheese, 1 (one) Crispy Chicken and (2) chocolate malts. Following the fourth time the order was placed, the speaker went silent until I said "Hello". The employee responded, "You'll haf ta come to the window to get your total". Upon driving around to the window I was told my total was fourteen dollars and change. After giving the window employee a twenty dollar bill, he paused, made some kind of entry in his register, then stated my bill had somehow increased to twenty three dollars and change. After giving the individual an additional five dollar bill I received my change. At this point a second vehicle pulled in behind mine. I was then informed by a second employee that they had no chocolate and I must change my order to either strawberry or caramel on the malts. I chose strawberry. Upon receiving my sandwiches I was told by the second individual to pull around the front and wait for the malts. I believe the second person is the manager. I am not certain as neither employee seemed to be wearing any identification. I waited in my vehicle at the front of the store until the window employee came out and handed me the malts. By this time I had checked my receipt because I believe I had been over charged. I discovered I had been charged full price for all three sandwiches and had not been charged the "2 for six dollars" price. I addressed this issue with the employee that had brought the malts to me. He took my receipt back inside and I waited for a response. I did not get one. I continued waiting. By this time, the second vehicle from the drive thru had come and parked behind me. Some time later, the manager came out and delivered an order to the vehicle behind me. After doing so, he glanced at me but continued on to the front door, ignoring me. I called out to him. He approached my vehicle. I asked again about to obvious over charge. He replied, "you didn't ask for 2 for 6 so you were charged". He continued by stating I "had to specifically ask for "2 for 6" in order to receive that price. I explained that I frequent other Burger Kings and had never had to ask for the sale price. He replied that, "it's all computerized and what is entered is what you pay". I felt his response was ridiculous and replied, "that is wrong". He insisted he was correct and that was that. He turned and walked back inside. He failed to return my receipt.
This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at any Burger King, I am 70 years old and a frequent BK customer. I will never return to this particular BK! I have already related this incident to more than one person and they just laughed. One individual stated, "And they want fifteen dollars an hour". I believe the two individuals I had contact with are in dire need of training. It shouldn't be to difficult to determine who these subjects are as I observed only three people working at that time.
I fully expect an appropriated response to my complaint, and reimbursement.

Worst experience ever at any Burger King. I believe this store was ill prepared for opening. I also believe these employees with I had contact need further training.

I believe the employees at the Hales Corners, WI restaurant need further training, especially in customer service.

Burger King food

Went through the drive through at the Burger King in Sheridan Plaza in Hollywood Florida. Went to order a burger and was told "No burgers available" . Weird. So I ordered chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. Got to the window there was no BBQ sauce. Got the honey mustard sauce instead. Drove away parked in the parking lot within 1 minute.
Chicken nuggets not hot or even warm. French Fries same deal not warm. No ketchup. Honey mustard sauce tasted " off". No receipt.

Disappointed.

Burger King safety/hygiene

Burger King/ Marysville, CA, March 2017.

The place was filthy. The outside sidewalks hadn't been washed in ages. Once inside, the tables were sticky and trash hadn't been collected from vacant tables. Our burgers were cremated and pretty much inedible. While we tried to choke down our meal, what seemed to be homeless people kept wandering in and out in a disconcerting sort of way. I mean, repeatedly. We witnessed what looked like, to us, a drug or prostitution transaction in the parking lot. We not only felt unsafe, we felt like we needed hand sanitizers before and after eating. The staff acted like they couldn't care less and seemed to be friendly to the people in question.

We will never, ever, stop at this establishment again, and will encourage others to do the same.

I would like to know if other complaints have been registered against this same branch of Burger King. There is a definite problem with management and/or staff at this location.

Burger King burger king number 17921

Hi sorry but had to make this complaint I went to the drive through and they ask me to pull to the double door so I did well I drop my drink so I went in for get refill and I was cuss me out say I told that [censored] I would bring her food to her and I will not be coming back to this Burger King I did not feel welcome and the woman that was behind me she did not feel welcome either this happen at 6:30 and they threw my food in the bag and it was every where

Burger King non legible receipt

I went to the store in Great Bend KS on 9/29/18 and bought a Whopper Meal. I have a receipt that I am supposed to be able to take a survey for a free whooper but the receipt is so light and just didn't even print in some area so I can not even see the survey code to participate and receive my free whopper. I was also hoping there was an area as a part of the survey to tell your company that the wait in the drive through line was pretty long and when I got to the window to pay and receive my food there was no greeting at all, not even a smile and nod. The young man (who had a name tag that said Buggy as his name) simply reached his arm out for payment. Never a please, thank you, sorry for the wait or anything. My burger was good but the fries were cold. I have been to this location before and have had good experiences so I think there needs to be more training with the staff that was on that night. Also, make sure the registrar tape is actually printing so we can participate in the survey!

Burger King management

I have a lot to say about mismanagmnet especially when y are told it's ok to make a sandwich with old meat and a manager is getting high on the job I k my job and what has to be I walked away Sunday due to miss management. I need to be transferred to Salem mass on highland ave as it has become I financial issue paying 30 a day to get to work and home and I gave a two week notice no one would listen so I walked off Sunday due to miss management and a district manager won't listen to me either that is called mismanagement I am in need to talk to someone I dont want to get a lawyer but will if need be.my number is [protected]

Burger King customer service

I'm Canadian & while visiting New York state on Sept 17th, my friend & I stopped at Burger King on route 20 just outside of Schenectady, NY. for a quick bite & used your washroom. Unfortunately I had a freak accident, when opening the door to leave the washroom, the door caught my little toe on my right foot. I thought the toe was dislocated and went to your counter to ask for a bandage to tape two toes together to straighten the toe. I explained my situation at counter and she got the Manager. I then explained again what happened and again asked for a bandage. He went into the back for a couple of minutes & returned and said he did not have any. I found this hard to believe and was very upset.
I have had my foot x-rayed and the toe is broken & I've been referred to an ortho clinic. This in my estimation is very poor service with lack of empathy for an accident which occurred at your restaurant.
I would very much like to hear your comments on this incident. I have an employee no to identify the franchise it was 415120

Burger King drive thru

I went to thru the drive thru at the canton burger king in North Carolina around eight o'clock tonight and ordered the two for three forty nine deal and a Hershey's pie. Before I pulled off I checked to make sure I had all of my stuff and I didn't have my pie. I politely told the lady working the drive thru that i never got my pie and she became very rude swearing she had already given me my pie witch she has NOT. When I ask for the manager I find out she is the manager. Hard to believe some one in her position would treat a paying customer the way this lady treated me. Then when I ask for the number to corporate she told me I needed to leave HER drive thru. I can assure you that is my LAST trip to ANY Burger King.

Burger King service

I am a 60yr old honorable disharged veteran, and recentlly retired from a company I worked for 32yrs, I am a decent us citizen and just experienced my judge kavanough moment at a local burger king restaurant when I was sipping my coffee when suddenly a bk attendand tapped me on my shoulder and asked me if I had just shaved in the bathroom wich was left a mess, I said "no" then I asked "why are you asking me and not other costumers, are you profiling me because
I look chinese, mexican, indian or have brown skin?" or is it my proud to be american shirt with an airforce jet on american flag that offended you?"then she answered,"no, the other guy that came out said it was you"so I replied"where is he,?"he left,"o? So some stranger who I don't even see here accused me of wrong doing while I am sipping
My coffee, leaves and he is automaticly inocent with no further investigation and I have to prove my inocence!? No witnesses, no one to coaborate the charges?"and I said"suppose I point my finger to that man filling his soda at the machine with his back facing me and falsely accuse him of wrong doing and I leave, is he now automaticly guilty? And now he has to struggle to prove his innocence!? No! This is not the country I proudly served, it sadly resembles the country I left 54yrs ago comunist cuba to legally enter the usa like every immigrant should do!

Burger King meal preparation

I ordered the jalapeno king combo and initially received a burger with no cheese and three peppers. They took it back and added a single slice of American cheese vice the advertised cheese. Too much money spent on a product that could've been purchased for less at a competitor. Additionally, the restrooms are disgusting. It appears no attempt was made to clean, the men's room is out of toilet tissue and hand soap, and my wife informed me the same is true for the women's room. My family will not return to BK again, McDonald's is only two blocks away and Sonic is across the street.

Burger King our meal

Went to the Burger King on Airline Hey/Ormond Blvd on (today) 9/30/2018 at approximately 3:20 pm. Went to the drive thru. They young man that took my order was super nice. But the meal was horrible. I got 2 10 pc nuggets (only recieved one). Also purchased original chicken sandwich. Chicken was over cooked. Super dry! Lettuce was old. Ordered a large and a small onion ring. I believe we got the bottom of the fryer. Nothing but small burnt pieces of onion rings. I have never ever had this happen at this Burger King. Yes, I could have turned around an went back. But it was storming. Had to sit in my vehicle for few minutes before I went into my home. I hope y'all call them are something. Wish I could send you a picture of these onion rings. A shame.

Burger King service

Stopped at Burger King on the Ohio Turnpike plaza 14959 one employee was flirting with a girl- 2 standing around not doing anything- after 5 minutes standing there the one kid I'll be with you in a minute and walked to the back to another room- the other two following- I stood there another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out which no one did - then a different guy was walking back from break and asked me where everyone was- I said in the back room- he came around and waited on me the receipt said his name was Delvonte- after he was completely done taking my order then making my food the others came out from the back carrying on - the place was also filthy - pop was spilled all over the counter which the lazy employees were ignoring

Burger King everything, sadly

This store in Redmond, Wa seriously needs help. It's difficult to tell if it's an owner issue, or an employee issue. They need more employees. My shoes are ruined from the VERY sticky floor. No ice in the soda machine. Drive thru says it's open, but was blocked off. Employees are visually unhappy. Please get someone to inspect and assist immediately. I'm sure there are other sanitary issues going on as well.

I am complaint burger king on 675 E rand Wellington heights in 60004. on friday 28 le September 2018. de come on Drive thruth de started ordering a whopper meal. When de asked te Lady for total she told us $8.99 so de decide yo used a cupón and she say I got it. she dont want to Cancel de first order. and start talking bad. she called her mánager pig. saying I cant Cancel your order bcause my boss os not her he is sleeping like a pig. and she start recording us. make us wait more than 20 minutes never give te food. she call us mexicans. her name is leticia. this Lady was so rude. she dont never to be tiene w tita actitud.

Burger King customer service and ordering

I pulled up at the drive thru at 12:40 and sat for a min for someone to come on the mic and say we are closed 20 mins early than what they should, Burgerking missed money and I didn't get my food, I've worked in customer service enough to know that you don't close early cause it's saturday night and you are suppose to provide great customer service, I guess even down to the managers because they let the place close early with no explanation. It was a simple order which was:
4 Cheese Burgers
2 Cheese Burgers with
Double Mayo & Double Onion
3 Spicy Chicken Jr's

Well all sandwiches were rushed when made as it was only one couple other than us within the restaurant. So, there was no need to rusj sandwiches at all. The Cheese Burger buns were cold, the cheese was not melted at all. The condiments was barely there on the sandwiches at all. I can keep hoing but this is not in any way shape or for standard from burger king. A phone call was made to the restaurant once we obeserved the horrible sandwiches. We requested the Manager as a you sounding girl answered the phone and stated she was rhe manager. We explained the problemed sandwiches and this young sounding female stated the manager will call us Back as all Info was left in detail to call us back. We stated thought you was the manager and she said have a nice day and hung up on us. We were never contacted back from any employe or burger king from this location. Is this why this particular Burger King seems to be empty majoritt of the time. Extremely not happy.

Burger King employee smoking in uniform

I'm tired of seeing Burger King workers in there uniform smoking weed. This should be unacceptable. Even if they not on the job they are still making a bad reputation on this facility. I see the same employee shonica smoking weed in the uniform and sometimes on the job. Y'all not handling so I'm guessing I'm going to have to go another way. Thank you

Burger King the whopper

I picked up three whoppers last Wednesday here, waiting for them I watched the lady making them just through them together and then proceed to squish them down the slider .they guy bagging them seen this and still bagged them I thought I was over reacting until I got home and opened them, they were squished and were made like pig slop . I've never received this type of service before from this store but I was deeply disappointed as I was hungry and it's my favourite place to go . I do have photos of them I would gladly send I'm not a picky eater but it has got to be the worst I've ever gotten thus far . I wanted extra mayo and no onions and I got extra onions and regular mayo that was just mine though .

Burger King drive thru window cashier

On 9/26/18 about 3pm I went in the drive threw at 677 contra Costa blvd burger king and the lady taking tge order told me that a small float would be $3.00. I stay in vallejo ca and I get them three times a week and I dont pay more then $2.00 for a small. I didnt appreciate it and she got very smart and also didnt sound like she even kbew what she was doing. Talking bout they dont have floats.. Then said what her price was.. That was not cool and something needs to be done about it..
