didn't get all of the order
On Monday 10/15/18 at 09:57 I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Bacon, egg, and cheese crossan'wich combo with a coke and an extra small hashbrown. I paid and received the order. I pulled off and noticed the hashbrown was missing so I went back thru the drive thru to get it corrected. Once I am home I give the food to the kids and find out that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich only has the egg on it! They already messed up the order once, now I'm home and had unloaded groceries and kids. Now I have an upset child. Worst part is the manager was there when I returned the first time. I never got an apology or anything. I can easily go to McDonald's and get food. Over 7 dollars and didn't get the correct order. I went to the Burger King #24360 in Colonial Heights Virginia.

My husband and I we waiting for our plane at west palm beach airport. We decided to eat something before we went on our flight to o hare and picked your eatery... the grilled chicken sandwich for me was dry and disgusting as if it were sitting all day. My husband had the breaded chicken sandwich that was greasy and disgusting as well. I will never eat at your establishment ever. If they closed you down that would be a good thing. People should never have to pay and eat bad food!

I am so disgusted by the bk Big Fish combo #14 it was cold and overcooked. It looks like this fish patty was sitting in a warmer way past its holding time, and then re-fried to heat it up. How unprofessional can you be? You have lost my business! I spent 20.00 of my hard earned money to eat at your store and was served poor quality food. I will go on social media and blast your store for the funky food you sell at this location. I should have gone to McDonald's Instead! Not to worry I will from now on. The manager on duty should be proud. And the store manager should be even more prouder.
What a shame. All businesses are fighting for market share. I hope my blast on social media decreases your sales by double digits!

We had stopped at about 9:50pm on Friday October 12. The gentleman taking our order was rude and disrespectful. I understand it was busy but his job it working with the public busy or not and should have been professional while dealing with customers. I also noticed him not wearing gloves as he served the fries and would wipe his sweaty forehead then touch the food. He was disgusting and rude.
original chicken sandwich
I went through the drive through tonight at 1045. The store closed in 15 mins. The gentleman at the window was great. The food on the other hand wasn't. I had to wait for my order about 5 mins as I was told they were cooking it fresh. No problem at all, who doesnt love fresh hot food! I got my order and I drove home. About a 3 min car ride to my house. Opened the bag and took the fires out. Nice and hot - alittle too much salt but that's ok. Fries were excellent. Opened up my chicken burger and first noticed it looked slimy, a bun with way too mugh sauce. I picked the sandwich up and quickly realized there was barely any bun and it was wet. I put it down and opened up the sandwich to find brown lettuce and the bun was covered in oil from the fryer. I picked up the chicken and squeezed it in my fingers and it starts dropping oil. It had a weird smell to it as well. I know when the oil isn't hot enough when cooling it seeps into the food. This is what happened tonight I'm sure of it.
Also I do go to that location often and everytime I go there is something that happens that makes it an unpleasant experience. I'd say every time I've gone in the last year it's been like that. I love the food that's why I go back but I'm really getting sick and tired of the screw ups in the kitchen. I have added photos of the chicken sandwich that was the worst. You will see the grease all over the wrapper and sandwich.

I went to the Burger King in Festus Mo at 9:45 am today 10/13/2018. While there i asked for your 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1; I was told by the manager that they do not serve Chicken until after 11:30; I informed her that i get a chicken sandwich from this store all the time before 11:30! She told me that they NEVER serve chicken before 11;30, she was so rude that we left location and went to the Pevely MO location only 5 minutes away. While there I ordered the 10 Piece Nuggets and had NO issues with getting this order~! Why did I have to go to another location to get the item your are promoting if one store can serve chicken at 9:45 am why can't they all?

I had to repeat my order 4 times and was rushed thru the drive thru then never given any sauces or napkins and my order still wasnt right i also walked inside and was totally ignored so i was so made i had to go back thru the drive thru and this was dealing with the manager ! I will never ever go back to this burger king again on whittier blvd. And macy in lahabra calif

I just got back from Burger King located at 3700 Curtiss Parkway Miami, Fl 33166 and I complaint about the size of the Double Quarter Pounder, Fry and Drink. For that I was charged $8.59 plus tax along with a special that they have that you buy 2 sandwiches and get one free for $6.00 plus tax . I asked to young man that took care of me and he said that was the biggest meal available. In the meantime another employee approached us and got right in the middle of everything. No one invited her, she was super rude and started by saying to respect her. I had not been disrespectful or the other employee. To make the story short I said I did not want the Double Quarter Pounder that I would like a sandwich that looked decent. She told me in a very bad way that I had to pay another $1.00 plus tax . so I did. When I got home the sandwich she gave me was full of hair. I did not want to go to the store to argue with her. I want a full refund of both purchases everything was thrown away. My first receipt is $17.32 and the second one is for $1.07. Hello. I am reporting a big fraud going on at ( 3601 NW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33142 ) This Burger King has stolen my Debit information and someone's been wasting my money on gas. I am positive this has happen to me twice now on this establishment after giving my Debit card to a drive thru employee to charge my food. Please investigate this place. They also delay the food at the drive thru for over 10 minutes long. This please needs to be checked as soon as possible.

Every time i eat at this 3773 Bloomfield Rd Burger King in Macon, Ga the food isn't fresh who ever own this Burger King need to be put out of business... 8 out of 10 time the food wasn't fresh... Bad management every time we bring our burgers back to get fresh ones they put the old burgers in the microwave... I recently purchased a Whopper with cheese no ketchup and was charged $8.29. Why was I charged so much? Even if this did include the price for a small fry I was still over charged. I tried calling the store directly and it sounds like someone just picked the phone up and hangs it right back up I did this for consecutive times and got no answer. Can you explain why was charged so much for this item? Thank you
quality of food/service
I was excited about the new Burger King's arrival at the Busy Bee store during their remodel. I'm local here. Only 3 miles away. After about 6 visits I noticed a trend.
1. No matter what special order you ask for (heavy onion ex.) they give you a regular sandwich!
2. I have a service dog and have ordered three PLAIN CHEESBURGERS at different times. Each time I get home I see a plain hamburger with NO cheese!
3. Once, I pulled up to pay and when the girl sees I'm paying with a debit card she says wait a minute...a guy returns and begins to flip my card over and over (quickly). When finished I asked the guy "did you just look to see the 3 digit code on the back of my card?" I told him "don't bother using my card number because I'm going to cancel it when I pull forward.
Overall- I think the attitude there is that most people stop and get right back on the interstate. They're miles away before they find that their order was ignored. The reason for a franchise is for repeated quality/standards. This one store is giving Burger King a bad name. Please fix these issues so the local population can enjoy the standards that Burger King is known for.

This new crispy chicken is the most disgusting thing I've ever bitten into. It was crunchy alright but here's the rub. Have you ever bitten into gristle? Well there you go. To increase profits BK has included a filler of what they used to throw away. Gristle! Ground up gristle! Just bite into the chicken pattie and you'll hear that familiar sound. Gross.
failure to honor coupon on the back back of receipt and poor customer service.
Free offer on the back of receipt was refused and when I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager and to go away! I was treated terribly and I will not go back and will also let others know how they can expect to be treated when they spend their hard, earned money. I was finally able to locate the manager who was visiting with friends at Starbucks. When I explained my problem he said that he would not resolve the issue because his was a franchise and not an actual Burger King. When I informed him how I was treated by his employee, he simply laughed and said he would look into it, but never moved. I called the Burger King help line immediately and was told that this would be looked into and I would be contacted; however, I have yet to hear from anyone and that was three days ago.

The manager say I didn't tell her when I added something to somebody order.She had a very bad attitude and told me if I do it again she would fire me.I was doing my job and she said I wasn't doing it right. When we went back to complain about she was so rude to talk and I observed that none of the employee was wearing hair net. It's so disgusting. They were not accepting their mistake. bad customer service
I went into the drive thru at store#98 at 10:21 pm. There was one car in drive thru in front of me. That vehicle pulled off to pay and then I pulled up. The conversation went as follows:
Her: Go ahead with your order.
Me: I need a double whopper with cheese with no mayo and no onions plus I need it-
She cut me off.
Her: Hold on one minute.
Me: why did you ask for my order if you weren't ready.
Her:cause I was talking to a customer.
Me: excuse me?
Her: I said cause I was talking to a customer.
Me: I know you're not going back and forth with me. I'm going to need your name.
Her: C-h-a-m
Me: no, I'm going to need you to write it down.
Her: ok
Then it's silence. There are cars building behind me and 5-7 minutes later was when she came back.
Her:Go ahead with your order.
Me: no, you will not take my order, get someone else.
Immediately the manger came on and efficiently took my one sandwich order. I pulled up and the one vehicle that was in front of me was not even there. So this young lady talked to the client, took the order and gave them their order and the vehicle had time to disappear before she decided to come back to take my order.
I have never had such horrible customer service and if she does not possess the sufficient skills to perform the simple task of being pleasant to customers, then she is obviously in the wrong field. This is the most convenient BK to me but I won't frequent this establishment if she is taking orders. Perhaps flipping burgers and not dealing with people is where she needs to be. I am a call center manager and value good customer service and reward it because I believe employee satisfaction leads to customer satisfaction. Obviously she does not enjoy her job because she feels it is okay to be rude and have a tongue of war match with a clearly disgruntled customer. A simple 'I'm sorry ma'am, could hold just a minute, I apologize. ' soft skills she does not possess.
messed up order every single time!!
Every time I've gone there out of convenience order gets messed up somehow and normally I send in my boyfriend so I don't get hot headed but tonight I went in there very upset I couldn't take it anymore every single time I go there no matter what time of day it is they messed up my order and when I went in there tonight it looks filthy and I was repulsed between the look of the store as a whole and the way the manager had and ignorant ghetto tone towards me I didn't appreciate that and you should find someone who actually cares about the way the store walks as a manager and put people in check and probably get rid of most of them if I didn't have a career otherwise I'd offer to be a manager myself at this point discussing that was all I wanted was a well-done fry and then they forgot the fry and I send my boyfriend and to get it and then they just give him a cold undercooked looking fry as usual so I went in to get my well done fry to make sure it was fresh for once

Went into Burger King on Colorado Ave and Root Rd in Lorain, Ohio 44052 ordered Big King meal (lg sized) and a king Jr meal.. Sat down started to eat.. My fiance was about 4 or 5 bites into his sandwich (big king) and saw that the meat was raw! He took it back up to show them, and to have them do something about it. The cashier showed it to the manager, okayed it to be remade. My fiancé came over to me and told me that the manager wasn't going to allow it to be remade because my fiance had already started eating it. REALLY? How else was he gonna know? Then when he sat back down to start eating his new made sandwich, there was a LONG strand of hair attached to his burger.. Let's just say WE WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE!
