I usually treat my grandson to Burger king on Wednesdays because he gets out of school early. On a recent Wednesday I went to burger king and ordered a chicken fries meal and some other things for dinner. When I got home I had 2 orders of French fries and no orders of chicken fries. I immediately called the store and told them what it happened. Because I could not return the same day they said they would put my name on the receipt and put it next to the register for when I did return. I returned in a few Days to pick up the chicken fries and to order some other meals. I was told that there was no receipt by the register and that they could not help me on with the chicken fries. I do not appreciate having to pay for Chicken fries and end up with French fries. My Wednesday trips to burger king are probably over and probably over for all the people that I will tell about this ordeal about a small order of chicken fries.

I was on vacation with my family I had a $25.36 order. When I went to go pay my card won't work only chip and manual they said their chip reader wasnt working and they could not type in the card number manually and asked if I had another source to pay I said no so I had to go around this town unfamiliar with area drove around for 20 min trying to figure out where I am how to get back where is a atm with chip reader I finally found my way back and payed for cold food and some of my order missing I called them and all they could say was sorry for the inconvenience nothing else so now I want a full refund this is ridiculous and I refuse to pay 25 dollar for food we couldnt eat if they would have offered to replace the order I would not want a full refund but seeing they couldnt even offer that I want my money back thank you.
