When Amerigas filled our tank, the truck spilled a large amount of oil on our new driveway. I called customer service and requested a cleanup. After multiple calls to customer service the District manager called me several weeks later and took down the information and I sent him pictures. He said he would follow up. For several months I attempted to contact him by mail and thru customer support. I had to have the spill cleaned since Amerigas does not care out how they treat their customers and have no concern when a customer's property is damaged. Customer support continues to attempt to get the district manager to contact me even though I explained to them that he is not responding and I want this to go to his manager. I have never dealt with a company with management that cares less about their customers. I cannot recommend Amerigas and you should look elsewhere for service.
To Amerigas I request an apology in writing from upper management so that they are aware of how their district manager treats their customers and to take appropriate action and training of their employees to not ignore their customers. Ignoring customers is not customer service!
Recommendation: Do not do business with Amerigas. You will regret it.
