I signed up with Skyline Smart Energy to put in 17 solar panels on my property. They said I could use my phone to see how much energy was being made and used. But they didn't put in a thing that would let me track my energy use. They changed the plans without asking me, and then failed two inspections. They already got paid, but they haven't finished the job. They haven't talked to me since July. I keep calling, but they don't call back. I don't know what to do to get them to finish the job and let me move on. Job#***, for
