I purchased all the appliances for my new remodeled house. From a 2 in 1 washer and dryer, refrigerator, countertop stove, double wall ovens, dishwasher and TV.
I did not take delivery until around 7 months later. Unknown to me the factory warranty and the extended warranty I purchased from Best buy started from the day of purchased even though I did not have possession. In September I found out that the extended warranty was cancelled because they were not able to charge my card which had expired.
So I called and was told do not worry we can get it done. So I paid for another year. When I called Best Buy with a problem with the washer i was not I had to call LG they said I was no longer on the warranty that it had expired.
Best Buy keeps saying they have to honor it, they are saying no. And the warranty I paid Best Buy is know only for a discount not a full warranty on all my appliances. I cannot find anyone to help. I am so tired of red tape and bad service.
When they wanted my business they brought down the moon, know that they took all my business they do not care. they are liars, skimmers, if I had read all the complaints here I would not have put all my eggs in their basket, what a mistake, regret, regret, regret, regret.
Recommendation: DON'T BUY THERE.
