Haven't received anything and no response
I ordered a Baerskin hoodie and got verification and tracking number on December 4th. I have emailed numerous times and gone to the website to do the live chat and was told I'd get an email. My order number is CC71CCAR. I have ordered items from Temu (China) that have gotten here way quicker. I am frustrated because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order early December, and received in about a week or so. I ordered a Medium, when I should have ordered a large. I reached out to customer service last week, and didn't hear back. Subsequently, I have emailed twice more, and still have not heard back, except for the generic "we received your message". Where I was once excited about Baerskin, I am now extremely annoyed and am waiting to hear back from them so I can return my product and purchase a similar item from a competitor. Non-existant customer service
Ordered two hoodies, which were sent to the wrong address. Emailed the company, "Jess" said if we didn't receive them they would re-send. I didn't receive them and contacted the post office, with which I had submitted a forwarding address. The post office investigator called me back to say this company doesn't forward packages because they don't want to pay more shipping and the company's guidance to the post office is to dispose of the items. I phoned AND emailed the company, twice, and have yet to receive a response (it's been a week since I last contacted them). Apparently, Ms. "Jess" didn't know what she was talking about. This company seems shady to me and how they stay in business is a mystery. Just not responding is never good business practice and karma will catch up with the greedy scammers.
Recommendation: Don't waste your time or money on this shady company

Can't get information on my hoodie
I ordered a hoodie on November 30th. I have called, left messages, sent emails with no response. Probably over a dozen. I have not received any tracking information on my hoodie. I need it for Christmas since my son is in college and goes back to school soon afterwards. I also looked at this site before and sent an email to Stephanie with no response. Can someone please email me with information on my order? I have no idea what to do anymore. PLEASE CONTACT ME!

I ordered 1 on October 18th 24 , As of 11/14/2024 my order stopped tracking. Stating recieved at my local post office. Contacted Post Office they have no record of this shippment. I emailed them 4 times befor response and asked for a refund. Two weeks later they sent an email stating my payment was recieved and i would get a tracking number soon. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no tracking number. At this point just wanting my money back!

Lack of communication, delayed shipping, and lack of, or severe delay of, promised refunds
Many many emails later, and unresolved questions (such as, are all the zippers reversed, or are these items defective? no response) most of the order was returned. The pants were retained, but now see they are cut with too low a rise (and wearer is not fat). Would not recommend. Once told items were to be returned, BS went dark, with no response to follow up emails. There is no phone number one can call. Anticipate a terrible time getting the promised refunds, and will probably have to try to charge this expensive order back. Oh, and note that unlike every other retailer out there, you have to pay to return these items. And note the "women's" gear is not cut for women, these are the same unisex items.
Recommendation: Don't do it.

I already returned the items at my cost. I don't know why the response includes information about returning at your own cost. I received an email, apparently only because I posted a complaint. The email, however, was simply the same script about how to return, where to return, etc. I had already provided the return tracking number, the date it was received, a scanned set of return documents, and my calculation of the refund amount. I requested information on when the credit would be posted. No response to to that core question. This "response" did not respond to my issues, and I await a sizeable refund. Fingers crossed - which should not be the state of things.
And regarding "women's" sizes - the women's jacket has long arms and my wife says is obviously cut for a man. The zippers were backward, as well, not sure what that is about. I asked, but no response.
This is not the experience people are used to in online shopping - I will never order from this company again and regret doing so.
Awful customer service
I ordered a hoodie that was supposedly shipped. The tracking info is absolute garbage with no actual info provided. I emailed multiple times and left voicemail with no response at all. I can't even say what the product is like because I don't know where it is and can't get anyone at this company to contact me back! Extremely disappointing and I'll never recommend this company.

Baerskin Hoodie - SCAM
My spouse ordered one of these Hoodies, then unexpectedly died. This order arrived after her death, so I sent it back via UPS store, it was never opened and was in the original envelope with the label on it. I contacted the company via email a couple weeks later, because they would not answer any phone calls. I explained the circumstances to them and asked that they credit the amount back to the credit card. After going round and round with them for 3 months. They write back and say, no they they will not refund the money. Pretty rude in my opinion. I would NEVER do business with company again. Of all the companies I sent items back for refunds, these were the only ones who gave me a hard time. buy at your own RISK.

Returns are impossible
I ordered 3 jackets. We did not like how bulky the cuffs were on them so I have been reaching out to baerskin tactical for almost 3 weeks now for a return. I have emailed and chat on their web site and I still have not received one response back? I called, only an automated service no live people... this has been by far the worst return process I have ever encountered.
Recommendation: Unless you know damn well you love the fit of these items don't buy.

Be careful - despite the lack of communication from the customer service department, you have only 60 days to return, and are required to use their form (only provided by email . . . ) and must return to an odd ball place, not where you received the shipment from.

Terrible service. Being ghosted by company
We ordered four products from them. They dont provide you an actual tracking number or location of your products. It's all done through their website with generic "departed country" updates until it gets into the US. After two weeks, we were notified it was in our state, but the packages were being sent back due to incorrect address. Baerskin only allows you to submit a service request with their chat bot. It's now going on two weeks since I filed a complaint and request with their chat bot to attempt to get the actual tracking information, so I could reach out to the shipping company in an attempt to correct the address. We have radio silence from the company. I ended up having to dispute the charges with the credit card company! Worst experience ever!

I ordered a pair of pants and the 3 in 1 hoodie a week before Xmas. The pants arrived on Jan 3rd, and I was told the the 3 in 1 hoodie and rain jacket would be shipped to the UK on 7th of Jan as they were on pre order. I have not received my hoodie or rain jacket, and am over £200 out of pocket. None of my several request for a follow up have been responded too. I feel like I have been scammed. Very disappointed. Product never received/shipped
I truly regret ordering from this so-called "company" Baerskin Tactical Hoodie. They are not transparent (the way SHEIN is) that it's a Chinese company which, of course, drop ships from China. Had I known this I would never, ever have ordered from them. Unfortunately, I found out afterwards, the hard way.
I ordered the hoodie as a Christmas gift because that's what the person who wanted it asked for. I literally had to choose between buying this gift and not buying a nicer gift for my own mother, since I just couldn't afford both. That's what truly hurts.
I placed the order 2 weeks before Christmas, cutting it close, but I took my chances. After purcahsing on-line (of course, they don't sell in any retail outlet) the hoodie and a tee-shirt for $116.00, I was informed the product would arrive on December 26, 2024. I was disappointed but had to accept it.
Now 2 weeks have gone by *past* the due date and no product. Only received a tracking no. that it was "on its way". Finally received a notice via USPS that a package was coming the following day. I waiting all day, no package. When I opened my mailbox! the following day, there was an envelope in there from China! The envelope contained the tee-shirt and nothing else! And there were no further notices saying that another package, containing the actual hoodie I ordered, was coming in a separate post.
I have tried every avenue to contact this company: email; phone message; website bot. No response. None whatsoever.
Which leads me to believe this company IS a complete scam and a fraud.
I agree with the other compainants, the "positive" reviews on their website are more than likely fake or paid for. I'm contacting an international watchdog agency to look into this company, as well as bringing it to the attention of every place they advertise. I wish I would've read these reviews first.

I ordered a Baerskin hoodie jacket (and a tee-shirt, that was offered on discount for ordering the hoodie) from a company called Baerskin Tactical Hoodie. They are not transparent about who they are the way for instance, SHEIN, is — a Chinese company that, of course, drop ships from China. After placing the order, for a total of $116.00 (including shipping) I received a confirmation that it would arrive on Dec. 26, 2024. I placed the order 10 days before Christmas, so I knew it was cutting close, but I took my chances.
December 26th came and went. TWO weeks after the delivery due date I receive a message from USPS that I have a package arriving on Saturday January 4, 2025. I waited all day on that day but nothing arrived. The following Monday, as I went to collect my mail from the mailbox, there was a small package there. It was from China but it only contained a tee-shirt, not the actual *main* product — the Baerskin Hoodie. There was no indication that it would be coming in a separate mailing and there was no receipt or bill of lading in the package. I have tried several avenues to contact Baerskin Hoodie but have had no response at all: email; sent a message on their website; called and left a request for call-back on their contact phone number; "talking" with their customer service bot. Nothing. Not a single response from anyone in that so-called company.
Unfortunately, I read their awful reviews after I had made the purchase, and learned the hard way the number of complaints they have are endless. They appear to be a sham fly-by-night company. There is no physical address on their website, which should have been my first red flag. As well, you can't find their product sold anywhere in the U.S. Sadly, they've scammed many people out of their products, which incidentally, is no different than anything you can buy on Amazon.

If you want to continue running a successful company, this email response should have been sent immediately, and I would not have had the need to place a bad review. You may need to re-evaluate your administrative department so responses are timely and accurate.
I will absolutely wait for the hoodie to be re-stocked and shipped – if that's the situation you're facing. I just would've appreciated a response at that time.

Thank you for taking time to get back to me with somewhat an original response instead of the cookie cutter, pre- programmed emails Elena was sending. I found it highly upsetting in December that they thought offering me money off my next purchase with the company would have been an acceptable solution when at that point it had been over a month and a half and all the ads say 10 to 14 days shipping. Why would I take the chance again with a company when they didn't deliver the first time?
At this point you had 100+ dollars from me and not delivered your product in the time frame indicated on your ad and website.
I see the package is tracking out of China.
Maybe you could shed some light and be transparent with your customers.
This is an opportunity for you Stephanie. If I knew my customer service team was doing the job a monkey could do I'd let them go in a heartbeat. Training needs to happen and you need to treat your customers like people.
I'm just waiting to see how long from the time of the email it takes to receive the package.
If it was baerskin the company I want my product purchased because my next step is the FTC. If it's a scam and most likely is I'll handle things on my end and get my money back. My warning other people about this company is present in my complaint. I also have told everyone I know or come in contact with that baerskin is not trustworthy and most likely a scam based off of what I'm going thru. Example: when I click on the order confirmation email it takes me to a page saying your order is on the way and further tracking info will be available when it ships but every time I check it there's no tracking info. So I would go to the support chat bubble and say track order. This is how I would get the same email they had sent a month ago, 2 months ago, even a few days ago. If you scroll down to the bottom of that page there's this number tho. +[protected] but 769 isn't a valid area code. The 215 number doesn't even ring. I got dial and it automatically says call ended

BAERSkin can’t keep giving the same reasons. Give a deadline or request for refund by emailing them or chatting them up; I am tired of being patient. If they do not deliver in 7 days, write a note to them via email or chat because otherwise I will file a chargeback with my credit card company. In case it is not, go ahead and do this while they deal with the consequences. Warn others online about what you have been through so that no one else falls into their trap. You should also not allow them to deceive you further.

Hoodie 4.0
I originally placed 2 orders on Oct. 8th. The first was for an XL the second for a L since I realized the XL was too big. I immediately contacted them and cancelled the XL. Instead, they cancelled the L and sent the XL.
I ask to return the XL for a refund. They offered me 40% off to keep it, a free exchange or I pay for return shipping for the refund.
I choose the exchange. I finally received a USPS shipping label for my return in late Nov. They received my return on Dec. 2. The sent an order number for the exchange and were going to ship the it to the wrong address. I contacted them to correct the address. They never responded and the exchange never shipped.
I contacted them via Paypal dispute and their response was that the order had been delivered. The bot responding had no clue that the delivered order was the XL I returned for exchange. No clue that they had received my return and no clue they were going to ship the exchange to the wrong address.
I have reached out to the following bots, "Stephanie," "Helen," and "Melissa." "Stephanie" is the social media bot who will respond to this post, if there is a response, and will assure all that she and her team are real and are working diligently to resolve the issue. Just contact her directly and she will fix it. Read all the 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot to appreciate this as the BS it is.

The "design, testing, and manufacturing centers are located across Europe, Africa, and Asia" is just as likely a lie as you stating your headquarters is in the US.
As I stated earlier, your company is a digital marketing company that outsources your product development and manufacturing then drop ships. All the BS you are giving is just that, trying to spin these facts.
Original order was placed on 10/8, refund was finally issued on 1/5 after hours and hours of my time writing negative reviews to get a response.

Ordered 11/29/24 and was charged. Said it would arrive by Christmas. I reached out after no tracking was available a week before Christmas. Tried getting a person on the phone, unsuccessfully, and ended up having to communicate via email. They said the order would be late due to high demand but "it was a now a top priority and would ship in 7 days". I asked for clarification that it would arrive the first week of january then. Then I got another email moments later saying it would be January 20 before shipping but they would "send a free gift". I told them id just prefer they keep the gift and ship the product i was charged for. Refund or gift with later shipping was "the only options". So, I agreed to the later shipping, although dissapointed in the lack of notification. Then a few minutes later I got another email saying their intern accidentally refunded and cancelled my order! I asked for clarification on how that could happen and to this date haven't received ANY response back. I was charged a second time on 12/21/24 and have yet to get that refunded. Zero response from the company and only a bot voicemail when you call the phone number.

I placed an order for a baerskin4-navy-m for $79.97 on Dec 18, 2024 and charged to Pay Pal. In addition an error was made in ordering where I got charged $107.90 for a baerskin4-navy XL. I sent an immediate reply saying the XL hoodie was a mistake and removed from the order. However my Pay pal account was charged $107.90. I have heard nothing back from BAERskin on removing the $107.90 charge or any shipping information from the company
on the order for $79.97
Claimed loss: $ 187.87 Total if company will not honor the Hoodie priced at $79.97.

Tracking info and non-delivery
I ordered on Dec. 4, 2024, Order Number XK7X0FTU. Received email stating order was confirmed. To date (Dec. 28, 2024) my hoodie has not arrived. I have gone onto the website in the "find my order" section and it only states it's on it's way. I received an email regarding delays due to the holiday season, but nothing further. Most often, the "find my order" provides an error code and cannot retrieve information. I am severely dissatisfied with the process. Your ads are wonderful, but I'm afraid that's all fluff and advertisement. Either provide my product or provide an immediate refund. You have my order info along with my contact info, so contacting me should not be an issue.
On other complaints I've read from a similar fashion, people are provided with a standardized copied and pasted response, from Stephanie. I want a real person to deal with. The provided customer service number yields negative results too, stating you are unavailable to take my call. This is simply abhorrent.

Ordered December 10th and nothing no confirmation or email. But yet klarna has been taking money for payment so the order did go through. Multiple phone calls (no answer only voicemail and Multiple emails and chats with no response. Terrible company ant this point. To not return contact in any way is irresponsible as a business. The fact that my teen worked her but off fie the $$ for this gift and to be scammed/ ghosted despicable. Hopefully people see this before ordering!

I too am in the same situation ordered Nov 30 money paid and confirmation it was on its way - no communication or tracking available to date 24th Dec - tried call robot answer [protected]- this too was a present for my Veteran Husband on my limited income for Christmas - wanted to buy something that he chose - very disappointed. I understand this is a busy time for this company yet after reading the shipping/delivery info ordering a month in advance would have easily covered this time frame. Where is my order?

Two orders to 2 different addresses payment taken then no communication
Dec. 8th I ordered a hoodie for my son to be shipped to his address. After checkout, I placed an order for a hoodie to be shipped to my address with the 20.00 discount they gave me at the time of the first order. Nothing has been communicated in response to my calling and emailing to find out why I haven't received any information about shipping or tracking my shipment. I have no way to engage customer support at all. I am going to the BBB right after I challenge the order payments at my bank. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY (THIS MAY BE A SCAM).
