Received 2 Baerskin Hoodie 4.0 on January 19, 2025. Both were way too large. I have attempted to return for a size exchange since that date by multiple emails using Baerskin's online Customer Service request form since, and have left 2 voice messages with their Customer Service phone line since January 19th. To date, I have not received any communication from Baerskin.

RTHis complaint has NOT been resolved. Despite being contacted by "Lori" on 3/6/25 and told I would recieve an exchange,"Stephanie" followed up with an email on 3/10/25, telling me that because a filed a dispute with Paypal and my financial institution, the exchange was placed on hold and my pruchase finds held in escrow. I contacted both Paypal and my bank to withdraw the dispute, and was told by my bank they had no dispute on file. I sent a reply email back to "Stephanie" on 3/10/25 inform her of the dispute withdrawal, but have heard nothing back from anyone from Baerskin since that time. I should note that Stephanie chided me for filing the dispute, mentioning that they had wanted to resolve this themselves (how they would have done that without communicating with me until I filed a complaint with Complaints Board 3 weeks after my purchase and following many unsuccessful attemots to contact them by email and phone messages is beyond me). It appears BAERskin customer service is MIA and FOS!
You are incorrect. I have just gotten off the phone with Synchrony Bank, the financial institution, and they verified to me they notified you digitally on March 19th that the disputes had been closed. I have attached a copy of one of the dispute closure letters to this message dated March 19, 2025. Please exchange my items for the correct size ASAP.
BTW, my 'bank' Synchrony Bank is PayPal Credit, so no need to contact PayPal, as PayPal forwarded my call to their credit bank, Synchrony Bank.
In actuality, although I have asked Synchrony Bank to close the dispute, and have received at least one letter stating the dispute has been closed (attached), according to my bank, BAerskin has rebutted my initial dispute and has not remoived their rebuttal, triggering an up to 60 day process of investigation inwhich I have no control over. Only BAerskin can stop this process form their end by remiving their rebuttal. So, here I am, the proud owner of 2 hoodies, both of which are too large to wear, waiting indefinitely for either a size exchange or reimbursement, all due to Baerskin Customer Service not responding to multiple phone calls from me, as well as messages from me through their website which led my to dispute the charges due to their lack of response to my inquiries.
Although I closed my dispute with Baersking through Synchrony Bank, and have attached the one letter I have received form said bank verifying the dispute closure (attached), BAerskin has rebutted my dispute, and despite being informed by Synchrony Bank on March 19th that the dispute were closed, has not removed their rebuttal, triggering an approximately 60 day investigation into this issue. The ball is now in BAerskin's court. So, here I sit with 2 hoodies that cannot be worn because of their capacious sizing, waiting for either a size replacement or refund, all caused by the the lousy Baerskin Customer Service who would not communicate with me despite multiple voice messages left with them, as well as, 2 print messages sent to them through their website concerning the sizing issue looking for remedy. In fact, were it not for Complaints Board it was unlikely that I would have heard form Baerskin Customer Service at all!
