I had reception with this cell phone in only 1 room in my house. Upon calling many, many times to their Customer Service I was told on the last call I made to them that they would put in an order to put my service on another tower. Well, evidently, they did not. I had no choice but to change to another carrier, which I have no problem with reception throughout my home. On 09/03/2024 I paid them $16.53. I have $9.00 left in the account but I was told that I should have asked for refund before switching to another carrier. Whether or not if my account is active, they still have $9.00 of my money. What Assurance Wireless can do to improve this situation is either credit the amount owed to me back to my bank or send me a check..do not want a digital card.

Desired outcome: Refund the amount back into my bank or paper check. No digital money. Being I transferred my Assurance Wireless phone number to current carrier, Assurance Wireless has my phone number & address to contact me.
