I charged $81.14 to my card for a combo firestick and remote. The remote arrived but not the firestick. I called cust svs. After the return of the remote, they wanted to reimburse me under $10.. total. Refused to reimburse me the full amount for which I was charged.

Buyer beware. Amazon is now stealing from their customers. Amazon is rolling in money and now I have a much better understanding of why.

Recommendation: Buy from Amazon with the awareness that the money comes before all else. If you can afford to lose the money, proceed with your order.
