Amazon review: Lies, false promises, greed, customer service neglect

I used Amazon for years and had nothing but issues over this last month. Customer services out right lied to a refund I was promised, twice. I spoke with 2 cust svs reps and they both lied to me. They cancelled my order twice without explanation and no refund, as promised. Instead of a refunding my money to my card, they put MY MONEY into a gift card on my account. They do not have the right to keep my money, to hold it hostage. Everything should be credited back to our cards. Give us the option of gift card or refund to our credit card.

They told me to reorder, which I did, twice and it never arrived twice. Cust Svs told me they would ship over-night and I would have it tomorrow, but it never arrive. As a gesture for my inconvenience they offered me $20 which I rejected as I don't want their money, I want my order! This is when they threw me over to shipping. Shipping told me what I was promised by customer service was incorrect. They did not ship my order over night, Shipping didn't even know about the order cust svs told me they would overnight.

Amazon is a total con, a company as big as them has dropped to this new tactic and new lows to make themselves even more money, all in the name of corporate greed. Disgusting! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED, BACK TO MY CARD!
