Amazon review: Lies and false promises from customer services

Used Amazon for years and had nothing but issues over the last 3 weeks, customer services have out right lied to a refund I was promised. I had a part order of which 4 items were not delivered lost never to be seen so I contact customer services which again is a challenge, I was told to not worry and it was refunded.
They then told me to just reorder and as a gesture for my inconvenience once I received the reorder they would refund it again for free! Wow amazing great thank you. I was told we will make a note in your account, contact us soon as you receive new order.
Today I speak to them and by the way was given 3 different associates as they would not read and listen to what I was saying. Then basically was told, oh no that’s incorrect no refund for you the associate didn’t tell you the truth.. I can’t help you I need to end this chat!
wow what a con, a company as big as them has dropped to this new tactic to make themselves even more money. Utterly disgusting service, hiring out of country to people who quite frankly can’t properly communicate with the rest of the world and all in the name of corporate greed.
