I purchased 2 bottles of ONE A DAY 250 tablet complete multivitamin bottles for myself from Amazon Canada that I received yesterday.
Both bottles expire in 04/2027, that means the second bottle cannot be used safely before it gets expired in about 9 months.
I have been trying to contact Amazon Canada for over 3 hours yesterday & this morning for returning/replacing the second bottle online, by phone & their "call me back" feature, all were either unavailable or no good as I use a feature phone with no internet access.
I do not think consumers should be paying their money for multiple bottles of health supplements for personal use with such short shelf life & consequently giving us more potential health hazards than supposed benefits. And I think this is not a very fair or responsible marketing practise of health related products in Canada by Amazon.
I feel that Amazon Canada customer service/help centre is becoming increasing inaccessible & much more consumers unfriendly towards non tech savvy people.
I am hoping someone can help me deal with this quite ridiculous short expiry timeline issue on a health supplement product & my 3 hours+ failing attempts on a refund/replacement of 1 bottle of these at Amazon Canada.
Recommendation: ALWAYS CHECK EXPIRT DATES & BE WERY OF AMAZON CANADA TECH ONLY CONTACTS
