Amazon False information regarding one time of $5

Amazon user pay monthly receive prime video free as paid customer
Contacted amazon prime it had set up some free movies and special movies.
Needed to pay

All movies needed to pay I called customer service with help if I wanted a answer needed to pay $5.00 on 05/06/2020 and wasn't interested buying into program! Customer service agent assured pay only $5 would be returned charge on 05/14/2020 $46 phone listed [protected]

Amazon An additional charge of $12.99 on may 8

I was charged $12.99 on may 8th that I have no idea why. I have not ordered anything for this amount. My charge for amazon prime has already come thru. So I dont know why there would be another charge for my membership if that is why I got charged this please let me know what this charge is for or remove it. Amazon Charges to our charge card

Since Jan 3rd, our charge card has been charged $13.93 per month for Amazon Prime. We did NOT give permission for this!

Once last fall I was told it had something to do with when we order books on our Kindle. NO way! We have checked repeatedly for a hidden agreement.

You do NOT have permission to charge that each month! What is extra irritating is that you do not give a phone number to call!

I have had to have our credit company get involved. they have reversed ONE month of charges.

Amazon Amazon did not deliver 3 books I ordered and they kept my money.

I ordered 3 books from Amazon back in November 2019. Every time I went to their site to check on the orders their message said my orders were on the way but running late. Then when the Covid thing started happening their site says shipments may be delayed because of that too. The track my package option was grayed out so I couldn't track my packages either. When I finally go tired of waiting I went to their customer "chat" and "chatted" with Leon who said there was nothing I could do at this point because they only give you one month to sort this stuff out after you have placed an order. Why the heck then did they keep saying my orders were on the way but running late? I know $67 and some change doesn't seem like much to a company like Amazon but to me it shows they lack integrity. They could have at least offered store credit or something to make up for THEIR mistake.

Amazon Charged for amazon prime that I did not sign up for

I reviewed my credit card charges and discovered that amazon has been charging through my credit card $13.93 every month sense Dec..16th 2019. charged Dec 16th $13.93, Jan 16th $13.93, Feb16th $13.93, Mar16 $13.93, Apr16th
$13.93. Total Charge $69.65 please stop charges and refund my money!

Amazon I paid for a 9"double din and still have not received it

I have paid for a 9"dubble din car stereos back in feburary and still have not seen it yet! Not even a response from these people! Amazon Incorrect billing - someone else's charges on my visa card. Amazon customer service is shut down.

My latest VISA statement shows a $53.33 charge to Amazon Mkplace uk on 4/11/20 and a $9.98 charge to Amazon Prime uk also on 4/11/20. There is also a $20.21 credit from Amazon Mkplace uk on 4/15/20 and a foreign transaction fee of 29 cents on 4/12/20. These are not mine - I am not a member of Amazon Prime, particularly not in the UK. I do buy things occasionally from Amazon, but have not bought anything this year. (In fact, my computer was not functioning from 3/18/20 to mid-April due to internet problems caused by a move.)
I called Amazon customer service but got a recorded message that the call center was shut down due to COVID-19.

Amazon Norton 360 antivirus software

I ordered this product recently about three days ago but it failed to work. I sought to bring this to Amazon's attention only to be informed online that such products were non-refundable. No exception is made for it not working. I also tried to post a review about the poor service and Amazon refused to publish it. As a result I am out of pocket by $34.99 and no redress it seems can be sought. This approach to make it near impossible to lodge a complaint about digital software that does not work has violated my rights as a consumer. Moreover, I do not even know how to notify Norton that I wish to have a refund and to stop any renewal fee which is done automatically.

Amazon Delivery

Ordered a kindle ipad on april 19th-was told it would arrive on may 5th-understand the high demand may delay items. What I do not understand is why the ups tracking number reflected the "item was on the truck and would be delivered by 20:00 on may 5th". Well the item never arrived-and as of 20:00 on may 5th-all tracking of the package has been deleted. Now when I attempt to access "tracking" it tells me if the item doesn't arrive by may 13th I can return or cancel the order. The ups number amazon provided is invalid-so I cannot "track" at all. All this leads me to believe amazon never sent the item to begin with-and their "robo" generated email after an order is placed is inaccurate-or dare I say a "lie". Don't be so damn greedy amazon-if someone needs something by a determined date don't lie to the customer and tell them it will be there. Let the consumer go elsewhere and purchase the item.

On may 25th and 27th, I ordered merchandise from an amazon site. the funds were charged to my credit card but... here it is aug 2nd... and I have still not received the merchandise. I have tried and tried to resolve this problem and to no avail... I either want the charges taken off my credit card or I want the merchandise... if I don't hear back from you in a week, I will be taking further actionl...

He has said that he made $7000 net profit in 2 weeks.
He emptied the shelves of a local WINCO store and forced other shoppers to do without.

Amazon Monetary complaints

To Jeff Bezo,

I, Myrna E Villanueva would like to hinder that there is some kind of scam going on in your company. You have people embezzling in your company. I believe there are people in your billing departments or whoever is behind the scene taking orders and credit card info in cahoots with people in different banks that is stealing customers money. When I place my orders I saw right away on my online banking that amazon had taken the money that same day. Yet four weeks into the order I no longer see the money out of my account on that same day but instead it has been moved up to recent date on my statement as of last week. I was not only charged for some products out of my account those charges are no longer visible in my account and naturally those products will never be delivered to a friend. On top of this none of your customer representative can find any of my orders yet a few has already been delivered. I've experienced this scamming acts last January when I ordered something on line that was on special/sale price but in my bank statement I was charged the regular price. I believe there's a syndicated organization operating between your company and ALL other banks, robbers. There is some kind of system where this people alter things that is immediately noticeable to people like me. I am a small person in comparison to big people like millionaires where a few dollars doesn't matter. Maybe this is why I noticed something fishy going on because every Penney counts in my book specially now. Call me paranoid but I think it's worth looking into for the sake of your company.

Amazon Unauthorized billing to my cc.

There are two charges to my account from US*QY8W7DAMZN.COM/BILL WA. One is for $134.58 and another is for $86.32. These charges where not authorized by me and I would like to know where they are from? I am going to dispute this on my credit card statement, but as I notice this seems to happening a lot from reading all the complaints on this site. Can you please look into this matter. This would be greatly apricated.

Amazon Delivery and customer service rep

My complaint is with my deliveries lately and with your customer service representative. Amazon is a multi billion dollar company and in my view should have top talent within the organization that can resolve problems and not have customer service reps that harass customers. The bottom line for me is a multi billon dollar company should not be making excuses for why they can't keep up with demand, frankly it's not my problem. If you can't make delivers as stated when ordered, than say so at check out. Not after the order is placed. If Amazon makes false commitments via delivery to Prime members, then Amazon should offer credit by way of free Prime membership until Amazon can get it's act together.

Amazon Vendor sizet defrauds consumers trying to obtain life-saving alcohol swabs for diabetic's use

No sweat: here is a copy of of the enraged rant I just sent via your amazon portal for messaging vendors on amazon, and regardless of anything you decide to do, I have already filed a complaint against amazon for colluding with vendors to defraud consumers:

I am very upset at continual put-offs of delivery of this critical package of alcohol wipes. I ordered them 6 weeks ago. At that time my husband, a diabetic who must inject insulin multiple times daily, was worried about running out of these now unavailable (due to hoarding) medical supplies that his life depends on.

In the past week, daily checks on amazon revealed that this package was definitely scheduled to be delivered by 8:00 pm on april 27th.

It failed to arrive.

On april 28th the "sudden" change said the pkg delivery was "now expected april 28 - may 1." it's still not here on apr29th.

AS OF YESTERDAY, the following information was available on your Web site when I tracked this package there:

So: what is going on, and who is responsible now for this package, and *who* *can* *i* *scream at* *to get some answers*?!

My husband's health is in jeopardy because someone can't weem to move a small package of alcohol swipes from china to lake oswego, oregon, usa, in 6 weeks' time.

I have prepared to detailed record of this transaction, and all the of promised "arrive by" dates and all of the "regretted delay/may arrive by" nonsense.

Today I am filing formal complaints of consumer fraud with the u.S. Department of justice and the oregon state attorney general's office, and I am sending this information to both of oregon's u.S. Senators and all 5 of oregon's u.S. Representatives in congress demanding that amazon be investigated for consumer fraud and conspiracy (with fake vendors) to defraud consumers.

Enough is enough. You people are ridiculous, and you are criminals.

All I have gotten from both your web site and amazon's web site are meaningless run-arounds. For all I know, this package has never even left china. (that would appear to be the meaning of the information listed on your own web site when I tracked this package there yesterday: "origin shenzhen ems destination lake oswego or, 97035 status pre transit tracking details origin post is preparing shipment - pre transit")

If the "origin" is shenzhen ems, and the "origin post is preparing shipment - pre transit," then the damned package has not left china yet — is this correct?

Who could ever figure this out? Especially since shortly after I ordered this item on *march 16th* amazon's own information about this ordered item said: "shipped with china post tracking id: ly016909301cn friday, march 27 11:26 pm package arrived at a carrier facility wednesday, march 18 package has shipped"

Wtf?! If it takes investigations by committees of the u.S. Congress, by the u.S. Department of justice, and the attorney general of the state of oregon, then fine — let the investigations begin.

I am only an ignorant consumer. How could I possibly figure out what is going on with *a medical item required for my diabetic husband's self-care*?

You people are just ghouls. You are feeding on and getting rich from taking advantage of consumers desperate (because of hoarders and the related black market during the pandemic) to get hold of items that are common and cheap, but which suddenly are impossible to get hold of, and 100 times more expensive on the black market.

There is a place in hell for all of you, but my husband can't wait for your punishment to catch up with you.

Amazon Amazon Prime amzn.com/billWA

A charge of $14.09 started to appear on my Visa on 5/29/2019. Since then it has appeared each month on the 29th. Since it was a monthly charge, I had not noticed that it was appearing each month as we do order many things from Amazon. This month it just clicked that this was a recouring amount, of which I have had no invoice to back it up, so I decided to trace it back to see how long this had occured. So this month will be 12 months, amounting to $169.08. A charge which neither my husband or I had ordered anything for this amount. The charges from 5/29/19 through 11/29/19 were billed with Amazon Prime Amzn.com/billWA, starting on 12/29/19 G5IXI8RC3, 1/29/20 G53YF8TU3, 2/29/20 K48FB5B13, 3/29/20 WQ7T63L13, 4/29/20 has not been billed as of today 4/25/20. Amazon Prioritizing shipments

I'm going to stop ordering from Amazon until they stop "prioritizing" their shipments and go back to first come first served. Apparently clothes aren't essential. Do they know most people don't replace clothes until they absolutely have to? All 3 of my nightgowns are THREADBARE and I'm waiting weeks and weeks for a decent quality cotton nightgown that went up in price right before I bought it. 45$ and I have to wait a month. A Month! Jeff Bezos, you stated this was your decision. You blew it.

And list the country of origin. No more Chinese products! I never wanted them anyway.
