Amazon Two charges for same amount within a day of each other.

I noticed this charge was made on 5/12. Since the billing cycle ends 6/14, I will not see that statement until after tomorrow, but I don't want this to keep occurring.

05/12 Amazon Prime*MC0AD38X0 Amzn.com/bill WA 14.12
Order Number D01-[protected]

05/15 Amazon Prime*MC1GX9WA0 Amzn.com/bill WA 14.12
Order Number D01-[protected]

These are the charges in question. I'm noticing this is happening every month! Please review and refund the double charge. Thank you!

Amazon Delivery

This is in reference to the following order #:

# 113-1130453-6776201

The delivery instructions clearly state that we are a handicapped senior couple. We requested delivery to our condominium door. Instead the order was dumped downstairs just inside the outer door where it could be stolen. NO attempt was made to contact us.. We watched the truck pull up and the driver go I in and out in less than 2 minutes. no buzzing of our door was made. We are in the most vulnerable senior class. We are not interested in a simple apology. Amazon arbitrarily stopped all phone contact that could result in a positive outcome. Most customer service calls actually take place at their home so it doesn't require any isolation.

Amazon Amazon prime

I inadvertantly must have signed on for Amazon Prime when I placed an order. When I saw a charge for $13.92 the first time I thought it was for part of my original order. When I saw a billing for the same amount the next month I looked closer and found it was for Amazon Prime. I have no wish to use this service and would like charges for it removed from my credit card.

The last billing was May 11, 2020 and shows Amazon Prime*KL7J75EB3.

Amazon Billing

Amazon is not answering their phones so I am resorting to this complaint.
I have a charge of $119.00 on 5/2 and no supporting information. There are no charges on my account that I can find to match this and I ordered nothing from them during May. Either explain or refund that amount to my account. I am not claiming that this is a fraud, but someone has made a correctable mistake on my account.

Amazon The blm propaganda on the amazon header

By definition "racism" as per Dictionary.
1: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

2 a: a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute it's principles.
The statement "Black Lives matters" is singling out humans and the nature of the statement is racist promoting a statement such as this is an indication the one believes African Americans are superior to other races. All Lives matter.
Now if you want to change your Header to Let's Stop Police Brutality then that would be acceptable given the other law inforcement officers involved in the killing of Floyd where of different ethnicity one being half African American/ Caucasian, Asian, and Hispanic then that would be appropriate. Never the less "Black Lives Matters" is a raciest statement and needs to be removed

Amazon Harassing emails from amazon staff

I published an ebook for Kanye West Sunday Service titled A Prayer for George Floyd. I started getting harassing emails from Amazon staff such as Jeff Bezos, Doreen G to remove the ebook or have my account closed and not be paid royalties. The ebook number is B089G 6WGW6. June 4th 2020 I received an email from [protected]@Amazon.com that my author account was closed and I will not be paid royalties. Amazon has not sent me tax forms to send to the IRS since 2016. I have not been able to report the royalties I have earned with Amazon. The royalty reports I get are a big difference from what is deposited into my bank account.

We published an ebook, and virtual prayer on Amazon KDP titled, Kanye West Sunday Service A Prayer for George Floyd around June 1st, 2020. We then started to receive numerous harassing emails from a Doreen G and Jeff Bezos telling us to remove the ebook. We didn't remove it. Jeff Bezos then sent an email stating the author account was closed and we wouldn't be paid royalties we had earned.
Since opening the author account around August of 2016, Amazon KDP has failed to report to the IRS the royalties we have earned. On the monthly Excel royalty reports the amounts documented are far less than what is deposited into our bank accounts. Amazon has been depositing about four cents a month when the records reflect we have earned around $8000.00 a month in royalties. What's going on Jeff Bezos? Is this how you obtained mega wealth?

Amazon Jag jeans womens skort

Bought the Jag jean skort 5 days ago for $60.36. Arrived today, fit well, going to keep, went onto Amazon website. Today same skort, same size, $30.97, thats half of what it was last week.

Contacted customer service so see if they could refund me the difference since its been less than a week and theyre answer was NO.

So I packed up the $60.36 skort, and returned, meanwhile purchased the exact same skort again for $30.97.
So, its costing Amazon postage back to wharehouse and time. Wouldn't it have been easier just to refund the difference?

Amazon Customer service / deliveries

Amazon logistics drivers refuse to follow delivery instructions over the last four months. I have seen drivers throw packages in my driveway and tell me that they would not follow instructions. I just don't understand why.

My mother who is also an Amazon customer has had the same experience, even today. She called Amazon Logistics directly, since Customer Service is not reachable. The driver threw packages on the ground and walked away. She spent forty five minutes on the phone with Logistics to file a driver feedback form, confirm delivery instructions on her account and request that the alert on her account be placed on my account as well - to force the drivers to read the instructions. We have the same delivery issues.

After forty five minutes Logistics transferred her call to the account change department. An associate by the name of Mays refused to assist with the alert, taled over my mother repeatedly, and told her to call back to talk to a supervisor. Mays said there were no supervisors in her department, and kept taking over my mother saying: "as I just told you I can't transfer you." Wow, I guess it's more important to be right than helpful...

There is no point in attempting to call back, only to be met with the same attitude. My mother has called back twelve times in the last four months, and I have called twenty-four times.

If you are looking for good customer service and delivery service, then do yourself a favor shop local. Don't trust Amazon. They will only justify their actions and take your money.

Amazon Visa bill

Each month on the 6th, you are billing my Visa $13.78. This started in January. It is now May. Total $68.90 (5 x $13.78) charged to my Visa. I have absolutely no clue what this charge is for and I need it to stop ASAP. June 6th is soon approaching and I do not want to see another $13.78 charge on my Visa.

I fully expect a refund of the $68.90 fraudulently taken out of my account. Also, please explain what this charge is for.

Thanking you in advance. I expect you will get this issue resolved.

I don't believe I'm in error but on the off chance that I am wrong, I'll apologize here, in advance of your discovering what the charge is actually for.
After my long winded opening (LOL) I'll close with my best guess. I think you're paying for an "Amazon Prime" membership. Whether you signed up for the program, or not, is a different question but I have seen other folk complain about just that very thing "being charged for something they never ordered." My guess is based on my being a "Prime Membership" customer for years now and that amount you're being charged is VERY close to the monthly charge I'm paying. My being a home bound Amazon customer has, in my case, made the charge more than worth it but for folk who don't shop Amazon often, nor the buyer of items of great bulk or weight the charge is most decidedly NOT worth the money.
For an example: Last year I bought an electric range and that single items delivery fee would have been high enough to pay the entire years Prime membership and then some..

Amazon Delivery service (age restricted)

Amazon order # [protected] 25/05/2020

Delivery driver would not leave age restricted delivery (alcohol) with my wife even though she is clearly over 21 years old (she is 66).
Refused to accept a Concessionary Bus Pass as proof of ID and Age even though it is clearly listed by Amazon as valid ID!
Now Amazon Are giving no date for redelivery and I suspect are being deliberately awkward because I complained about their driver's attitude.
I have paid £40.99 for a next day delivery which is being deliberately withheld.

Amazon Two orders that never arrived

I placed two orders, order number [protected] placed on April 3 in the amount of $149.90 for children's face masks, and order number [protected] placed on April 4 in the amount of $14.27 for adult face masks. Neither order ever arrived.

For the first case, I reached out to the seller multiple times and have been told to continue to wait. I filed an A-Z refund claim on May 18 with Amazon and I was told via email (and via chat) and online that it would take up to a week. A week went by and was then told it would take another week. I cannot seem to get a refund. The customer service chat person (because you can't speak to anyone on the phone right now) said and I quote, "if we refund you, you would be stealing from the seller". How could I be stealing when you took $150 of my money and did not deliver the product? I just want a refund. Amazon's policy for an A-Z refund says it may take up to a week. It's been over a week and nothing has happened. There has been no communication from Amazon.

For the second case, I also reached out to the seller multiple times and was told to continue to wait. Also filed an A-z Refund claim on May 26 with Amazon which, like the first order continues to be "investigated". I am sure this one will not be resolved either.

Amazon's customer service has gone downhill terribly. You can no longer speak to anyone. You can only communicate via chat. Chat customer service people are terrible and rude and not helpful. Amazon seems overwhelmed and unable or unwilling to resolve any issues with shipments anymore.

I have two orders for which I never received the shipments and I have followed all of Amazon's rules including waiting for almost 2 months and my issues have not been resolved. At this point, I just want my money back.

Amazon Prime

I have been paying for Amazon Prime for years although I never asked for it. So I tried to cancel it but I find Amazon does not give one that option. Believe it or not there are books written on how to cancel Prime and guess who sells them - Amazon of course!

So I am getting some friends together to make sure people know about what would appear to be a scam

Amazon Defective item received and refusal to refund

In October 2019, I bought a computer from Amazon international. Amazon shipped me a computer with the wrong component. I sent it back to them but they refuse to refund me because they say I sent it back with the wrong component! I've been fighting their horrible customer service since October to get a refund and they keep telling me they start "investigations".

About Amazon

Screenshot Amazon
Amazon is a multinational technology company that is based in Seattle, Washington. It is one of the largest online retailers in the world, offering a wide range of products and services to customers across the globe. The company was founded in 1994 by Jeff Bezos, and it has since grown to become a household name, with a market capitalization of over $1 trillion.

Amazon's success can be attributed to its innovative business model, which has disrupted traditional retail markets. The company's online platform allows customers to browse and purchase products from a vast selection of categories, including electronics, books, clothing, and household items. Amazon also offers a range of services, such as Amazon Prime, which provides customers with free shipping, access to streaming services, and other benefits.

In addition to its retail operations, Amazon has also expanded into other areas of technology, such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud computing platform that provides businesses with a range of services, including storage, computing power, and analytics. AWS is one of the largest cloud computing providers in the world, with a market share of over 30%.

Amazon's success has not been without controversy, however. The company has faced criticism over its treatment of workers, with reports of poor working conditions and low wages. Amazon has also been accused of anti-competitive practices, with some critics arguing that the company's dominance in the retail market gives it an unfair advantage over smaller competitors.

Despite these challenges, Amazon continues to be a major player in the technology industry, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. The company's commitment to providing high-quality products and services has helped it to maintain its position as one of the most valuable companies in the world.
