Amazon Vendor sizet defrauds consumers trying to obtain life-saving alcohol swabs for diabetic's use

No sweat: here is a copy of of the enraged rant I just sent via your amazon portal for messaging vendors on amazon, and regardless of anything you decide to do, I have already filed a complaint against amazon for colluding with vendors to defraud consumers:

[copied and pasted message via amazon portal to vendor — also copied verbatim into u.S. Justice department, oregon attorney general's office, and congressional complaints emailed this morning)

I am very upset at continual put-offs of delivery of this critical package of alcohol wipes. I ordered them 6 weeks ago. At that time my husband, a diabetic who must inject insulin multiple times daily, was worried about running out of these now unavailable (due to hoarding) medical supplies that his life depends on.

In the past week, daily checks on amazon revealed that this package was definitely scheduled to be delivered by 8:00 pm on april 27th.

It failed to arrive.

On april 28th the "sudden" change said the pkg delivery was "now expected april 28 - may 1." it's still not here on apr29th.

AS OF YESTERDAY, the following information was available on your Web site when I tracked this package there:

-Origin SHENZHEN

MEANWHILE, WEEKS AGO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPEARED ON AMAZON'S WEB SITE:

So: what is going on, and who is responsible now for this package, and *who* *can* *i* *scream at* *to get some answers*?!

My husband's health is in jeopardy because someone can't weem to move a small package of alcohol swipes from china to lake oswego, oregon, usa, in 6 weeks' time.

I have prepared to detailed record of this transaction, and all the of promised "arrive by" dates and all of the "regretted delay/may arrive by" nonsense.

Today I am filing formal complaints of consumer fraud with the u.S. Department of justice and the oregon state attorney general's office, and I am sending this information to both of oregon's u.S. Senators and all 5 of oregon's u.S. Representatives in congress demanding that amazon be investigated for consumer fraud and conspiracy (with fake vendors) to defraud consumers.

Enough is enough. You people are ridiculous, and you are criminals.

All I have gotten from both your web site and amazon's web site are meaningless run-arounds. For all I know, this package has never even left china. (that would appear to be the meaning of the information listed on your own web site when I tracked this package there yesterday: "origin shenzhen ems destination lake oswego or, 97035 status pre transit tracking details origin post is preparing shipment - pre transit")

If the "origin" is shenzhen ems, and the "origin post is preparing shipment - pre transit," then the damned package has not left china yet — is this correct?

Who could ever figure this out? Especially since shortly after I ordered this item on *march 16th* amazon's own information about this ordered item said: "shipped with china post tracking id: ly016909301cn friday, march 27 11:26 pm package arrived at a carrier facility wednesday, march 18 package has shipped"

Wtf?! If it takes investigations by committees of the u.S. Congress, by the u.S. Department of justice, and the attorney general of the state of oregon, then fine — let the investigations begin.

I am only an ignorant consumer. How could I possibly figure out what is going on with *a medical item required for my diabetic husband's self-care*?

You people are just ghouls. You are feeding on and getting rich from taking advantage of consumers desperate (because of hoarders and the related black market during the pandemic) to get hold of items that are common and cheap, but which suddenly are impossible to get hold of, and 100 times more expensive on the black market.

There is a place in hell for all of you, but my husband can't wait for your punishment to catch up with you.

Faugh! You are not worth the time I spent to write out my rage.

Amazon Amazon Prime amzn.com/billWA

A charge of $14.09 started to appear on my Visa on 5/29/2019. Since then it has appeared each month on the 29th. Since it was a monthly charge, I had not noticed that it was appearing each month as we do order many things from Amazon. This month it just clicked that this was a recouring amount, of which I have had no invoice to back it up, so I decided to trace it back to see how long this had occured. So this month will be 12 months, amounting to $169.08. A charge which neither my husband or I had ordered anything for this amount. The charges from 5/29/19 through 11/29/19 were billed with Amazon Prime Amzn.com/billWA, starting on 12/29/19 G5IXI8RC3, 1/29/20 G53YF8TU3, 2/29/20 K48FB5B13, 3/29/20 WQ7T63L13, 4/29/20 has not been billed as of today 4/25/20. Please remove this charge from my Visa, and reimburse the total amount to my Visa. Oneida A Haller

Amazon Prioritizing shipments

I'm going to stop ordering from Amazon until they stop "prioritizing" their shipments and go back to first come first served. Apparently clothes aren't essential. Do they know most people don't replace clothes until they absolutely have to? All 3 of my nightgowns are THREADBARE and I'm waiting weeks and weeks for a decent quality cotton nightgown that went up in price right before I bought it. 45$ and I have to wait a month. A Month! Jeff Bezos, you stated this was your decision. You blew it.

And list the country of origin. No more Chinese products! I never wanted them anyway.

Shipping will take too long to arrive I just placed order yesterday with PayPal cash card. I would like to to cancel order immediately. I'm going retail store today to buy security cameras. Amazon Refund

On April 11th I ordered Magic Cover Self Adhesive Decorative Covering for $10.92 plus $5.99 P&h and $1.42 tax. I made a mistake. And I made sure to cancel the order. I even have the confirmation of the cancelation #[protected]. I was told that I'd be getting a refund minus the Postage and handling and tax, but what I got was only credit towards my next order. I feel this is deceptive. If all amazon is going to do is give credit then that is what should be made clear, not a refund, but credit only. I feel that I was ripped off. Not even the manufacturer Kittrich Corporation responded. As far as I'm concerned I was ripped off.

Amazon Poor customer service three times.

I spoke three differents reps regarding a product return & postage for that request. This started 10:52 am at 16:31 it was still going on. Amazon must be a trillion dollar company, what I went through should never of happened. In the end what was resolved was only through my own tenacity. The extent of other compliants was quite shocking. I would never recommend Amazon, if I can deal with a company direct I will. I'll do my level best never to need customer service again. On a scale of 1-10 you struggle to make a 2.

Amazon Amazon Prime

I cancelled my Amazon Prime account over a year ago. I see that there have been $12.99 payments coming out of my Southwest credit card account. I do not want this. I did not authorize this. I did not know this was happening. I have not used services to the best of my knowledge. My husband has been very ill for a few years. Last month he did pass away. Now I am looking at accounts instead of him overseeing them. I am shocked to see this charge going out every month. Please stop it again.

Amazon Didn't receive my 9" double din stereo

I have been waiting for that radio since February 7 and still haven't got it yet! I do understand things are slower due to the Corona virus but this item was ordered well before that time. If I knew I was going to have to wait this long I would have ordered from another company. I DO NOT want a refund, a smaller radio or anything like that! I want the 9 INCH RADIO I ordered months ago! I expect a response ASAP! Thank you for your prompt response.

Amazon returns being automatically being credited to gift card; streaming movies being automatically charged to gift card

I ordered some computer memory chips in march (order# [protected]) and when they arrived I realized I ordered the wrong type. I sent them back and purchased the correct memory chips and they are now working well in my laptop.

When I hadn't seen a return credit on the debit card that I used to make the purchase, I contacted amazon. They told me that it had had been credited instead to my gift card. That card had not been used in months and it had a zero balance before this. When I asked them to put the money back on my debit card, they said they couldn't because there were digital purchases that had already been made on the card. One of those purchases was order # d01-[protected]

Being a little ticked off, and wondering how those movie rentals got charged to the gift card, I attempted to rent a streaming movie and — it automatically charged the gift card! I immediately reversed the purchase. Now, after being on the phone with amazon again, I find out that once you have have a balance on a gift card, you must use it when renting digital streaming movies. There is no opt-out!

This seems to be a nice way that amazon can make even more money since we are all trapped in our homes during the covid 19 pandemic: default all credits from returned merchandise to be credited to gift cards and then force people to use it when renting movies. Nice.

There is also no way to talk to any higher authority, because amazon does not allow customer service supervisors to speak to customers! All they gave me was a p.O. Box in seattle to write a snail mail letter to! This is from a company that does everything electronically! No wonder they want complaints sent by snail mail — they evidently want to make it as difficult as possible to complain, right?

This is what I want: I want the money from my merchandise return put back on my debit card ending in 3061. You can charge that same card for the movie rentals that have been made. Then I want the gift card deleted from my account so this does not happen again.

I expect a reply.

Amazon could you imagine "go [censored] yourself" from an amazon driver

Today 4/11/2020 at 154 Ford road Howell NJ 07731 your driver came in the wrong entrance at my yard by accident. I did raise my voice when she was going to drive on my lawn, no cursing. Then when she was about to drive on my landscaping I did raise my voice again so she would hear me and not run over my shrubs. Again no cursing or and vulgar remarks. Then she stuck her head out the window and told me to "Go [censored] myself"
So, I am not one to engage an argument with woman but I guess the raising of my voice pissed her off.
Do NOT ever send that driver to my yard again.
Could you imagine "Go [censored] yourself" from a Amazon driver

Amazon credit not received

I was suppose to get credit on my Statement around March 6, have not seen it yet. Ricky, the name was given to me. Refer # 8327 on my statement 0f $12.99, to discontinue the account a fee $12.99. since then I received another charge fee of $12.99. The purchase and Adjustment is H48A38XR3 account # 6084. now I received my new statement with another fee $12.99. I need a credit of $25.98. Please discontinue the account.

Amazon unauthorized credit card charge.

I wish I had never delt with Amazon.

My Amazon account was cancelled. Why do I have another charge of $12.99 on my April statement after I was credited that amount for March 12? I am not purchasing anything ever again online.

Amazon seller confirmed my account. but it did not activate my account. then he suspended again

I opened my Amazon.com merchant account in December 2019. My account was suspended immediately after it was opened. My authentication document was requested. I sent all the information about myself. Amazon.com paid $ 39.99 a month on my credit card.

I sent everything he wanted to Amazon.com. About 2 months later, a response was received that your account was activated. However, my account still looked suspended. I wrote to amazon about this subject again but again I did not get an answer. It is not possible to understand the Amazon.com sales team.

I am ready to send everything and do everything necessary to be on Amazon.com. But I think my information is evaluated by bots.
I trust the Amazon reseller team. I believe he will consider this situation.

Amazon unethical behaviour

Dear Seller Performance Team

Thank you for reviewing my account.

I am responding to my recent suspension for failing to provide consistent information for seller verification.

After carefully reviewing my account and the information I provided, I have acknowledged my mistakes that led to failing the seller identity verification process, and I concluded my plan of action.

A. Mistakes that caused the issue:

1. I gave an Invoice that is inconsistent with my address.

2. I registered my LEGAL ENTITY in a format that does not match my passport name.

3. I registered my ADDRESS in a format that does not match my utility bill.

4. I did not add a CHARGE METHOD with a valid credit card

5. I did not provide a clear form of my PASSPORT.

B. Actions I have taken to resolve the issue:

1. Provided a new UTILITY BILL that is consistent with my address and passport name. (Please see attachment)

2. Corrected my LEGAL ENTITY to match my passport name and address.

3. Corrected my ADDRESS to match my newly attached utility bill.

4. Added a new CHARGE METHOD with a valid credit card.

5 - I added my credit card statement.

6. Provided a clear version of my PASSPORT.

C. How similar issues won't happen again:

1. The actions that I took under point #B will prevent the issues under point #A from ever happening again.

2. If any other information is to be provided in the future, I will make sure that it is consistent with what is on file.

Current files have been added to the mail. Please reactivate my account. Thank you in advance for responding to my email.

I signed up to open a merchant account on Amazon.com. I provided all the documents completely. But there is no way back. Our account is not active. Our account was suspended when it was opened. Please can you solve this problem? I would be glad if you help me.

$142.45 was charged by Amzn Mktp Us Yo7F149S3 to my account. I need an immediate refund. I have not purchased anything for this amount and need whatever this is cancelled and refunded asap. My billing info needs to be deleted as well as my contact information. Please respond asap. I see alot of complaint from about thus this charge from others and is very concerning.

Charge by Amzn Mktp Us Yo7F149S3 for 142.45 was charged to my account.. Never heard of this. And did not purchase anything of this amount. I need this refunded immediately. And any occurring charges that my take place to be cancelled. Also my billing and personal information needs to be discarded.

Amazon Account cancellation by amazon

My Amazon account has been cancelled abruptly for no reason. I was in the middle of watching a Prime (TV) series, when my internet suddenly went out. When I tried to access the series again, I was told there was a problem with verifying my account.

I went through the address verification process. The next day, I was sent an email telling me my account has been cancelled and pending orders are also cancelled, allegedly due to a gift card violation. I used one Amazon Gift Card issued to me by YouGov.org, a site allowing me to take government surveys and receive such bonuses.

I also made quite a few orders, where my debit card was charged (approximately $60) for two separate orders. I am now told these may not arrive. I tried to call the Amazon Customer Service, but was told they are not taking any calls at this time due to the latest virus. I subsequently sent an email to Amazon and have not heard back.

I need to know where my items are that I have paid for. I need to know if Amazon will charge me for Prime (my trial) at the end of the month if I cannot get on the site to cancel, if I choose to. I need to know if/when my items will arrive, and if not, if I will be reimbursed for such items.

The items I have ordered were ordered through Amazon because I cannot leave my home at this time and was told it was the best way to order these necessary items.

Please let me know when this complaint is received and lodged.

Amazon Covid-19 sick, leave.

I been working for amazon for almost 4 years today, I was said I was terminated due to not putting in request for leave on the A to Z as assumed it would assume during the month of the leave till the April 30, this was a on-going thing that was happening, I even contacted ERC, about trying to get appeal, and no one answers, Keep getting robots and options when I need to speak to a real person, I been trying and this should not be a terminated offense during or till after April 30 I even was told I needed a drivers note to even get to work during these times, which I never got, I need to talk to someone asap, contact me at [protected]
