Amazon an order

I placed a order on February 10, 2021. The order consisted of 2 Letter full round diamond paintings at $15.98, 2 Last supper diamond paintings at $30.00 and 1 Tiger full round diamond painting at $20.00. Paypal says it was denied. I would like to know why. The transaction number is 5C0300196E190640R.

Amazon Kindle digital

My 6 year old autistic son just received a new Kindle for his birthday. After being told that he was not to add anything on there, he added $50 worth of games on it. I called Amazon and because he had done the same thing when I got a new firestick I was told that they could not help me. I told him that the fraud company on my credit card had notified us of this. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor as my child (who was instructed not to add anything on his tablet and I was at work while he was with a babysitter) had added one of which was "a dang $25 game. The customer service person who did spoke broken english told me that he was the last point of contact and "I was not to use profanities." I told him that dang was not a profanity and that he just offended me as I was a Christian and do not use those words. Something needs to be done about the customer service and when a child adds things that no normal person would allow, needs to have a way out. Not everyone is tech savvy. The last customer service rep was polite and walked me through the process of setting up where he could not buy things on the firestick. This one was rude and to not refund it right away shows horrible customer service. I will no longer be using them and have to cancel my subscription and credit card because of this. It is a shme that I have to go through all of this because of a new kids tablet and a special needs child.

Desired outcome: Supervisor contact and return my money.

Amazon Promotional coupons

I just spent an hour and half on the phone with an Amazon customer service rep Kevin from Columbia. Very nice man who told me my promo coupon could only be used on items sold and Fulfilled by Amazon. Confirmed and even helped me fill my cart with such, get ready to place the order and I can no longer hear him on the line, I wait 5?minutes still nothing. I wait 5 more minutes to see if he calls me back. Nope! I call Amazon again and I'm on the phone with Joy. Joy repeats everything I explained to her, as the conversation continues Joy from Philippines all of a sudden doesn't appear to understand my issue or is simply playing that dumb game they seem to do so well! Joy proceeds to give me inaccurate info then directs me to a spot on Amazon's search bar telling me to enter "clip coupon" and that those are the items I can spend my Amazon promotional credit on. Hmmmm I look and it's nothing I want, and furthermore a bunch of flea market type [censored]! NOT WHAT I HAVE AND WANT / need IN MY CART! She tells me to just go ahead and place my order, that she will credit the promotional credit, I then ask her so what does that do? How will I NOT BE CHARGED, if I checkout, I'm agreeing to pay that amount correct? She says she has a way on her end, I said will you send that to me via email before I continue and proceed to check out? She says please hold. While on hold and skimming items in clip coupon / flea market crap search, I think this woman is blowing smoke and full of crap, so I chose a pair of sunglasses to check, go to checkout and well what do ya know... the promotional credit does not come off of theirs either! These people are POS lying scamming time wasting POS! my membership thankfully ends on the 14th and wanted to use all the "promotional credit" I've not been able to use do to the "games" Amazon plays with the stipulations they place in order to use it. Amazon was on my "hit" list for all the other BS they do, but now it's to be checked off come the 13th BEFORE they can auto Renew my membership. Now on the phone with Shay supervisor, she just took another 35 minutes had me place the order "to place order" which I could already clearly see promotion was not applied during the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT! So I go ahead with her suggestion, she then states yes the promotional credit did not apply and did not come off, so she cancels the order. Now my cart is empty, and if I choose to (highly doubtful) to re order, I need to start the shopping process over completely F THAT!

I've been an Amorim member and Prime member for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with this incompetent company that delivers broken, missing parts of items made of pure crap! Time now to go to mom n pop stores, better quality sure pay a lil more maybe but Amazon not worth my MY TIME or money
Keep your promotional credit!

Amazon discriminations

because i get a discount due having Medicare they wont let me pay for my membership for the year in one full payment of 76.08.
the regular cost is $125.00 so the discount is 48.92.
i told them that i would rather pay for the year instead of 6.34 each month
so please take the 76.80 out now. the told me if i pay for the full year now it would be 125.00
they are not aloud to have Medicare customers get the discount if they pay upfront, that's discrimination for sure. i would like to see them change the policy so we as seniors pay the way we prefer just like every one else.

Amazon Epsom printer workforce model WF 2860 ([protected]@mailmw.custhelp.com)

I received an Epsom printer at the end of April, 2020, a gift from my
son Alan Fox, Solon Ohio. I carefully unpacked the printer and tried
to connect it to my computer via WIFI. I could not do this, but I was
able to make contact with a UBC cord. I tried to print screen, and the
print was satisfactory. I used the Printer for 3 days and then it would
no longer print I reported the failure to Epsom, and they Instructed
me to use genuine Epsom Ink cartridges, which I purchased from Amazon.
I carefully installed the Ink Cartridges, but the printer did not function.
I called Epsom Help Desk, the first of six subsequent calls over the
next six months I spoke to tech helpers, but they never helped me.
During December 2020 I wrote a complaint to the office of the presi-
dent of Epsom asking for a return label so that they could fix my
printer. I have never received a reply. I feel that Amazon could
help me get the functioning printer my son paid for. Please
help me get the value I deserve. I really need a printer that works

Amazon Order # [protected]

I placed an order on 2/4/2021. I ordered a corkscrew, set of sheets and a 14k gold necklace for a Valentine's Day gift. The package came the next day. I received the corkscrew, the sheets came but were not closed in the plastic container, and there was no necklace. I called Amazon Customer Service and they refused to offer a replacement, a credit, or make this right. I will NOT pay for an item I did not receive! They said this issue would be escalated and I would receive an email or phone call within two days. It never came nor did they call. I have now spent so much time on this to find out they will not do anything for me. I am an Amazon Prime Member and have been for years. I purchase many products from them (thousand of dollars!) They act as if I am making this up or something. Why should I pay for something I did not receive? Buyer beware! I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again! They lost a customer who spent thousands of dollars on the site. I will be telling all my family members and friends about this unfortunate experience. They have no problem taking my money and should definitely offer better customer service. I have had numerous issues with them. If this is not resolved, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and take legal action. I would give 0 stars if I could and will be cancelling my membership. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON!

Amazon No way to report and get refund from a predatory scam company on amazon.com

Okay so I thoughtlessly clicked buy on a product sold by Market global, business name: Sam Distribution, then after like fifteen minutes went by went to click on the reviews just to check. Upon further inspection I realized that most of the reviews are probably fake, bought by themselves presumably to verify and inflate their numbers. Tried to cancel and discovered they immediately set it to preparing shipment. Their entire product list is over 90% 5 star reviews with the ones that actually seem to be real purchases being one star the vast majority of the time with the products showing up broken (with a twenty percent charge on return if damaged), damaged packaging (if quality not suitable for resale 20% no refund), altered expiration dates (not suitable for resale), and no refund clauses all over the place. They alter the products, dilute them, and pretty much have a long history of sending defective products they buy in bulk and there is no way to effectively report them on amazon. People have obviously noticed this predatory company before and you allow them to exploit Amazon customers by selling them everything from defective coffee bean grinders to floss sticks. Amazon community help

Amazon community help is useless
I've been a customer of Amazon for at least 15 years and never had any problems until last August. Amazon's community help became totally useless.
I posted a review of a soap dispenser and received an email saying that it would not be posted due to a violation. I the email was a premade response listing several reasons. Going thru the list none of the reasons applied to the review. I replied asking what I did wrong, what was the violation.
After a month with no reply I sent another request then I noticed that a review that I made and was approved was taken down. After 3 emails and a call to customer service I finally received a reply in the form of a premade response.
Several more email requests and 4 more reviews being approved and removed. Each time that I was able to get a reply it was the same premade response also saying that they weren't going do anything.
Now after 12 emails and calls all of my reviews were removed and I'm am blocked from posting any more. I guess asking for help or information must have upset someone.
After 5 months I still have not received an explanation as to what was wrong with the post that violated something. I guess that it's beyond their capabilities to actually look into a problem and give an answer. I have the impression that all that they are able to do is ignore requests, sent out premade responses when they have to and destroy peoples work if they have the audacity to keep asking for an answer or help.
I have been a customer of Amazon for around 15 plus years and this has left a very bitter impression as to how Amazon works now. Too bad they don't care about their long term customers.

Desired outcome: Answers to my questions, removing the block to posting reviews and restoring my reviews.

Amazon Amazon butting in politics and free speech

Perhaps no one has noticed my Amazon account, but looked it up, and I've spent over 80k since 2011. However I have not created an new order since January 5th of this year. I had always imagined it would be difficult to replace Amazon, but so far. Nope. It's not been difficult at all. Whether I cancel my Prime or not, I haven't decided, but I will not be renewing it.

Why have I done this? Simple, and this has been coming for a while, it is not Amazon's or any other company's place to decide who should or should not run our free country. Nor is it Amazon's or any other company's place to cancel contracts on other companies because they disagree with Amazon's politics or because they provide an alternative.

With this in mind I have ceased doing business with ALL companies who deign to interfere in this in manner.

Amazon and ALL companies should keep their noses OUT of our politics. PERIOD.

Desired outcome: Amazon CEOs, management and employees should keep their politics and their business practices separate.

Amazon Holding my account; not contacting me on my cell to resolve

I purchased 4 amazon gift cards from Krogers on 1/27/21 in the amounts of $500.00 each to make a purchase on Amazon.com. I created my account with a cell phone [protected] on the same day. The order would not go through so I contacted customer service to find out why. I was informed I needed to add a debit card or credit card to the account for backup payment. I purchased gift cards so I would not need to identify my bank account because of being hacked via the internet and to accumulate fuel rewards for gasoline purchases. So I used my reloading Netspend debit card. This caused the account to be on hold because it was unverifiable. I have spoke with 4 customer service reps. I have spoke with 5 lead members and nothing is resolved. I gave the lead worker team my visa card associated with my bank account so it can be verified and it ends in 3106. They confirm they have this information.

According to the lead worker team the analysts attempted to contact me with an email account but I don't have one associated with the account. Each time a lead tells me someone will get with me within 12-24 hours. I do not hear from anyone via my cell phone by call or text message.

This is very frustrating and I am ready to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in Ohio. Please resolve before I escalate.

I need to get this resolved. This is a birthday present for a friend who has everything.

I need someone to contact me via cell phone at [protected].

Desired outcome: My account hold lifted so I may reorder the item, receive it shipped and make in time for the birthday.

Amazon They closed my account because I had been hacked.

Amazon temporary closed and now closed my account because it had been hacked several times. We were able to catch it before it go too bad. My charge cards were listed on Amazon's web site with the last 4 numbers showing. All they had to do once in my account was click on the one they wanted to charge they items to. I removed my charge card numbers from Amazon web site and changed my passwords. I also got a new bank card. So there is no way they can hack me again.

Then I received this email from them: They temporary closed it.

This was the first email from Amazon. They told me they would get back to me in 24 hours. They didn't.

Amazon Dropping Parler

I'm extremely upset that Amazon decided to discontinue Parler as a customer due to their business practices allowing free speech. I've spent many thousands of dollars at Amazon over the years. As long as Amazon continues with this sort of practice I will no longer spend another dollar with you. Please change your mind about this and start hosting Parler once again.

Amazon billing and prime membership fee

I deleted my membership with Amazon in early January and am still being billed on my Visa.

Amazon refund policy

Amazon A $13.05 charge to my credit card

My credit card has been charged $13.05 for the past year. The charge is made by Amzn.com/billsWA. How/who can I contact to remove that charge, without paying a fee from some other organization to help me? I can't seem to get any direct response from Amazon.com regarding this charge. Will I have to drop my Amazon Membership to get rid of this $13.05 monthly charge? Please advise.

Desired outcome: Have the $13.05 charge removed from my credit card immediately & permanently.

I am not a shopper and so I love Amazon and the ease of purchasing... but with your recent censorship and now allowing this "All Cops Are [censored]" line of products, you have lost my business.
