I deleted my membership with Amazon in early January and am still being billed on my Visa.

After returning an item was told would receive a credit shortly. Kept checking with credit card for credit to no avail. Realized that refund was only good toward next purchase. Was not aware of the policy.

A $13.05 charge to my credit card
My credit card has been charged $13.05 for the past year. The charge is made by Amzn.com/billsWA. How/who can I contact to remove that charge, without paying a fee from some other organization to help me? I can't seem to get any direct response from Amazon.com regarding this charge. Will I have to drop my Amazon Membership to get rid of this $13.05 monthly charge? Please advise.

Hi too I'm an extremely upset over Amazon's decision to discontinue supporting parlor on the Amazon web service. This is extremely bad decision. who do you think you are to control another company like this based on their beliefs or their practices. Delivery
We live in a senior community in las vegas nv and so far every van that makes a delivery here, the drivers have their music blasting and they sit right in front of your home. Until they get done with whatever they are doing in the van, and their music is blasting it is a gray van with the word prime and amazon on the back door. This is very bad and sometimes we are not feeling well when this happens. Would like someone in management to correct this issue, asap, it happened again today time was about (4:05) in the boulder cascade senior home park..

I live in central time zone. Amazon prime displayed I couldn't watch the inauguration until 8:30 pm. Started watching at 8:30 and it's some after party garbage. As I suspected... I should have done my due diligence to make up for your lack thereof. It's 2021 and thought after 10 years you might have realized how much you you struggle with simple concepts. Hope stocks drop until you have to file bankruptcy because of your lack of the simplest due diligence... going to stop paying for your stupid suggestions. Would rather pay too much for direct tv or another option and not be left wondering if you still lack common responsibility.

Telephone Customer Service
The Telephone Customer of Amazon needs to improve right away because on several instances I had to request a Call from Customer Service, I felt insulted and judged by the agent instead of them listening and getting to the solution of why I asked for Customer Service. It is non of their business what payment method I use or why their system charged the wrong card. All they have to do is fix the issue and keep their judgments to themselves because that is what they are being PAID to do is BUSINESS Customer Service. FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOLUTIONS AND CHECK YOUR BIAS AND ATTITUDE

I bought a back cover for my phone from amazon. It was not the correct one which was in the image on the official site so I returned it, it said my refund will be credited in my account in 3~5 bussiness days. I returned it on 8 Jan 2021, till today i.e. 19 Jan 2021 it is been 11 days even now I have not got any refund yet. I tried to communicate with them, they just said it will take time and they had initiated the refund on the 8 Jan itself.
Desired outcome: refund should be given with interest on the extra days that they had took.

I have never subscribed to amazon prime, neither do I have an account with amazon pay. Until today, I have never been on an amazon site; nor have I ever ordered from amazon. I do not understand how my credit card has been used. I am very upset about this unauthorized use of my credit care, so I believe someone obtained my number illegally; therefore it is important for me to receive information about who subscribed using my number. It has been billed to the credit card for several months, however, due to illness, I had not paid attention to the credit card bill, just paid automatically each month. Thus, I also need to know when this subscription was first initiated.
Desired outcome: Just delete any future charges to my credit card and notify me of who made the purchase.
File a BBB Complaint online and get Law Enforcement to assist in the investigation

I have bought several items through amazon and when I go to review them, they continually deny publishing my review. They refer to to guidelines yet I haven't violated any. I just wrote honest reviews? Seems like they refuse bad reviews and the one good review I wrote was about a political movie that they must not have liked my opinion on. I rely on reviews to buy products so now I don't trust Amazon reviews anymore. Very sketchy

I have been trying to set up my shop for a month in a half. All the while you are taking fees from me. When I speak with your chat customer support, they ask me the same questions over and over, they refer me to help sections. The brand registry has no contact for someone to speak to. Its just an awful experience and service. My brand keeps getting rejected even tho I provided the right attachments. Its like a bot is responding. The chat customer service leaves me hold without saying anything, I'm not even sure if their there. They don't let me know how long its gonna take. They just disappear. Its the worst service I have ever used.

Charged/took money from an Unauthorised Visa Card
Hi, i went on Amazon website Jan 8th to purchase items from Amazon.I ordered a saw blade and a pack of Tomato seeds.The total est$28.10.I went thru sales cart procedures without any problem.When I looked on website I saw that they took$3.86 from another Visa Card I had not specified at all on final sales cart check out.The Visa card I used had plenty of money on it for complete buy/transaction.Amazon took money from an unselected/unauthorised visa account! I called Amazon customer service.The Amazon rep said she was sorry and will put $20 on my account to cover the companies mistake.I went tonight to order items from Amazon.There was NO $20 like Rep said/ had promised.I called Amazon customer service and talked with thea.I was put on a run around.I asked to speak to her supervisor.Her supervisor spoke to me named Ana.She put me on Another Runaround, never granting the $20 Amazon card she had promised.Really pissed me off! This incident cost me time and money.Dont think it was legal to take money from unauthorised Visa card.I am contacting Fed Trade Commision with this complaint.

I keep being charged $13.85 every month on the 10th day since 8/10/20 in my affinity fcu account. Why is this. I haven't ordered anything. There was also a $257.25 charge on 8/5/20 which I don't recall what this is for. Please advise. My affinity fcu account ends with 7143.
