"Extended delivery due to weather in your area" - Weather is sunny and warm!
I have already contacted Amazon about this via phone, and the rep "said" she was filing a report to have the website updated. Clearly she did not, or else no one did anything about it.
Ever since Denver had the big snowstorm on March 14 -- which lasted ONE day -- Amazon has been displaying "Extended delivery due to weather in your area" at the top of the landing page; see attached. Every item on Amazon has extended delivery times of four (4) days or more, when my Prime membership is supposed to provide 1- to 2-day delivery on most items.
The weather has NOT been an issue since March 14th. The snow is piled on grassy areas but the roads have been clear since March 15. Many days it's been 50-60 degrees and sunny; almost all the snow has melted. WHERE is this so-called "weather" in our area that is delaying Amazon deliveries?
As proof, see the attached current weather forecast for the Denver area. Or go look it up for yourself. Either way, there is NO "weather" interfering with any deliveries from Amazon or anyone else, and there hasn't been any bad weather since March 15 at the latest. (Today is March 26 -- ten [10] full days ago.)
There is no valid reason for Amazon to continue displaying this erroneous "Extended delivery due to weather in your area" and setting item delivery dates ahead by 4-5 days or longer on the website.
Again, that notification was valid for ONE day, when the weather was record-breaking bad, and it was a legitimate notification...THAT DAY. Since then, there has been no reason for it and Amazon is causing its Prime Member customers in the Denver/Colorado area unnecessary and unfair delays in receiving our orders.
Desired outcome: Amazon needs to REMOVE this restriction IMMEDIATELY and provide each and every Prime member affected by it a compensation on every order that was delayed during this very un-hazardous weather time period.
Refunds at Amazon
On March 1st I purchased over $105 worth of merchandise from amazon that came to a total of over $135 to which I applied a $20 gift card credit.
One package including taxes was over $81 dollars. The tracking stopped in a town about 90 miles from my home. No explanation.
I was told by Amazon I could get the merchandise sent again or receive my money back! When I looked to find the $81 I found only $48 dollars back. They put my money on a gift card.
I called customer service and spoke with a rep and a supervisor, telling them they could have applied the $20 to the remainder of the order instead of keeping my money. Neither the supervisor or the rep seemed to understand that I didn't appreciate amazing keeping my money instead of giving me a refund on the remainder of the order.
I was told there was nothing they could do about it because it was computer generated. It appears their computers generate refunds on Amazon's favor.
This isn't the first refund I've had issues with.

Amazon Prime debiting my account when I never use Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime continues to debit my checking account and I never use Amazon Prime. How do I get it to stop? Amazon Prime debits my checking account and I don't use Amazon Prime. I don't know how to get them to stop but I really don't appreciate opening my bank statement and see that they have debited my account again! How do I get Amazon Prime to stop debiting my account! It isn't right that they keep taking money from a person even when their services aren't being used.

Fraudulent Account Activity
I asked Amazon September 3, 2020 to cancel or close my account because of suspected identity theft. I spent many hours on the phone and was finally told that this had been accomplished and that it was an irreversible process. I responded to the email asking for validation and once confirmed checked it off my list of things to close/change.
Sure enough my email address was hijacked the next day and it has taken several months to restore access to it.
In the interim multiple orders were placed on my "deleted" Amazon account and on was placed via ACH which I wasn't even aware could be done with Amazon. Not an account that I owned so it was sent to TRS recovery to collect on.
Amazon customer service has been less than helpful and TRS says to call Amazon to correct the problem. I still receive 5-10 robocalls a day from TRS from spoofed number and the only thing I get from Amazon is an email forwarded saying that they did notify my but the email only says that there was suspected fraud on my account.
Now my credit has been impacted. I've been unable to sign up for a new Amazon account I have spent 116 hours on the phone between both companies and not a day goes by that I do not receive a minimum of 3 calls a day from TRS.
Half the time I have tried to contact TRS you get a message saying they are too busy to help you and you get disconnected.
All this while dealing with a terminal illness.

On the 16th February 2021 you took a payment of $12.99 USD from my Mother's Lloyds Bank credit card ending 5322.

I have been told this is for Prime by Amazon UK. I have my own account.
Trying to get in touch with customer services is futile.
My Mother does NOT have amazon prime, or any other amazon goods or services. All the family requirements are done through my own personal account.

I returned home to find no book in my home, outside, or with neighbours
I called the delivery company(DPD) to enquire.
They informed me it's showing as delivered on their system and the driver is not available for contact at present.
I was advised to contact Amazon.
I attempted contact but unfortunately, it was difficult for me to find a suitable route of contact.
What is going to be happen with this order? Where is my book? And what do I do now.
I am not satisfied with having to contact both companies after a mistake which is nothing to do with me has been made

No delivery
I paid for 5 products from Chinatera limited from Facebook advertising which was $5 per diamond painting and payment was through PayPal. I received a shipping label for usps three days later but usps says has not received product, now 12 days later. It gives address of Melrose Park Illinois as where the shipping label was created. There is no contact information in PayPal or post office. O have no received items.

I know this is most likely a complete waste of time. However I am upset by the actions of your driver making a delivery to 529 Evergreen Road, Clover, SC 29710 yesterday 2021/03/20 a little before 14:23 EST. I am pretty certain the truck did said Prime on the side but it might have said a different company. I was busy at the time and did not realize what the driver had done until he swiftly drove off. If you or your contractors did not deliver to 529 Evergreen yesterday then ignore this complaint. However a reply is appreciated in either case.
Your driver backed his truck into my property (527 Evergreen) and caused damage. He ignored markers I had set up and broke about four of them. The markers were for an on going project. He came very close to a tree and almost hit it also. There was no reason for your driver to be on my property. There is ample space to turn around at 529 Evergreen. It is a private single lane road and is shaped like a T were the three houses are located. My guess is that he was in hurry and did not want to back down to the other end of the T. He probably thought he could slip out without anyone knowing what he ran over.
The damage is not major so I am not concerned with cost. I do not appreciate the actions of your driver. In my opinion you should reprimand the driver in this case. It is a minor infraction but any incorrect action should be noted.
I seriously doubt anyone will even read this. If it is read, in my experience it is never taken seriously unless some legal action is pending. I am letting you know so you have an opportunity to let your driver know that he should be more courteous in the future.

Unknown Charge to my State Farm VISA 2/08/21 AMOUNT:$14.19
My State Farm VISA statement just arrived and it is showing an Amazon charge that I don't recognize. Please advise what this charge was for. It shows Reference #9826, Amazon Prime *G771V2ZD3. My name is Barbara Alleman, and it was charged on 2/08/21 to my State Farm VISA account, The amount is $14.29 I can't find a confirmation of this charge in any of my emails. I need to know exactly what was purchased.

My account was suspended. they say for "disputed charges." After a number of calls and some e mails they reported "visa 29" which I do not have. Another email reported "visa 78. " I called the bank and bank found nothing wrong. The other solution they served up was to use another card to pay from my amazon account which I cannot get into. They send me invoice numbers for disputed items. However neither customer service nor account reps can interrupt.

I purchased a package of underwear, and I did not receive it. So, they/Amazon investigated it so they said to me. They found that they could not give me a refund nor give me anything because they said this happened to many times. Unfortunately my neighbors are very dishonest, and I have had packages put back in my mail box opened which would be illegal in all cases. Amazon stole money basically, and I refuse to take nothing for an answer. If they continue to do this, they should be charged with theft, whether it's Amazon not giving someone their money back, and or my neighbors. I have tried to file complaints, and nothing seems to be working. If anyone has any info on where I can get to the bottom of these issues please let me know. Thanks!

My whole life I've been treated differently because of my disability I've always been different and mistreated I never in my life imagined receiving the worst experience yet from AMAZON! I'm absolutely devastated and hurt that I'm receiving this treatment I didn't ask to be born with a form of Autism I can't help who I am.
Please help me! My number was blocked from calling any Amazon number for no reason for over a week I am so exhausted talking to the same agents every day my calls are being illegally intercepted and I have proof. They lied 2x to the BBB and to the Washington attorney generals office and one agent confirmed it on recording along with him being drunk and didn't deny that while on the clock. One woman hung up on me when she said as they all have been lately saying "this is the first time I talked to you" or "this is my first day at Amazon" I then said "really I have your voice on many recordings" and she hung up and then one time she said "this is the first time talking with you" when I didn't say anything about it and she hung up then to. Another lady was asked by me "why won't you stop intercepting my calls" she stated she couldn't tell me. Also have proof. They emailed me addresses to my daughter who is 7 regarding the sex hotline incident I found on their website when there is absolutely no reason my daughters name should be addressed period and especially in an email like that not to mention she heard the hotline when I called that night thinking it was Amazon's because that's the number on the site to get help when I got locked out of my account. My boyfriend heard as well and an email being addressed to my daughter regarding that email and won't tell me why. They are denying me many of my rights and discriminating against my disability and taunting me and making fun of me like children. I document, screenshot and record my interactions and correspondence and I am absolutely traumatized I am beyond hurt I can't handle this I just want to over I want this to end I need it to end I have proof of absolutely everything, the lies and negligence I'm so hurt. The email on behalf of the CEO from the 27th of January I was told to ignore and I've asked countless times WHY and no one will tell me. Chats were deleted between me and customer service agent Yolanda I'm assuming because she knew nothing about anything going on. I am beyond exhausted I'm praying this comes to an end. They lied about an investigation ongoing for the first 4 weeks for compensation for the damages and injury only to find out they never filed any claims or investigations, it was filed for the first time February 16th at 10:44pm she said it was in the top 5 and I've heard nothing since. They have impersonated the CEO via email proved by 3 supervisors and many agents and the email was a reply off of a customer service email I sent earlier that day not one I sent the CEO like the email stated A refund was issued and a $100 promo but not any compensation like promised and stated for the damages and injury. I found a number in my phone account that my calls were being forwarded to that is a 206 area code shoreline Washington state number that I didn't put there and an agent on chat told me to download the "m shop" app to view my previous chat history she's the only one whose ever said that and I deleted that app off my Apple ID the day before as my phone was compromised and we no longer feel safe whatsoever. I pray no one ever has to experience anything like this is excruciating and I am not okay at all. They have deleted number of our chats and I have screenshots of my correspondence and chats. The sleeplessness and panic attacks are taking a toll on my mind and body along with emotional and mental distress beyond my comprehension. These people are what is giving a great company a bad name.

First problem I've ever had with them, I've spent alot of money with them over the years. Never again will that happen. I ordered a $409.56 laptop for my daughter way back last june, so she could have something while covid was locking us down. First off, the screen was cracked. Second I was overcharged by $200, i found the exact laptop at best buy the very same week for way cheaper. This is where its gets crazy. I requested to return it, so i
printed the labels, and return shipped for $13 thru the U. P. S store. Well 2 months goes by still no refund, by this point I've sent 4 emails to amazon, they say please give us a CPL days to process, well that turns out to..oh we can't find you item now.so now I've called the corporate U. P. S number multiple times. I got confirmation of it being delivered, but no one will call and listen to the corporate U. P. S say they successfully delivered back to the return location, because tracking numbers expire unless you call. So now I'm calling back and forth, email after email between the places trying to get some kind of confirmation or help. Well all I got was, we don't see you item call U.P.S to make a claim with them. After months of arguing between third party amazonwarehouse/amazon and customer service, still no one called U. P. S to check.(I gave them number and tracking#..let alone tell me that I never could make a Claim with U. P. S because their under contract with Amazon. After sending me email after email for months saying make a claim ..well needless to say, when it's all said and done. I got sent a broken laptop for $409.56 plus return shipping to them $13. I never got a refund, on Something corporate U. P. S said they returned. Amazon knows their under contract with each other, so why repeatedly tell me to make a claim with U. P. S? Than they told me it's been to long now, (lol) when their the ones running me around with nonsense... That was my First, and last horrible experience with Amazon. They sent me a cracked (broken) item to start with, that was $200 overpriced. Than keep the item i returned, supposedly(never received)and than kept my Money. I Definitely feel robbed, treated badly, and they made me feel dumb about information that they don't bother to tell you. Make a claim with U. P. S. What a joke.! Unauthorized order
On March 8, 2021, I determined that an unknown individual placed Order number: [protected] and used my credit card for payment without my consent. I did not place the order and do not know the individual who did, and therefore believe that my account was accessed fraudulently.
I have cancelled the credit card that was charged and disputed the amount of $807.80 with my banking institution, Empower Federal Credit Union. I also changed the password on my Amazon account which is currently locked until this investigation is resolved.
I do believe that an unauthorized party accessed my account to place this order, and would like an account specialist to investigate this dispute and take any necessary actions.
I have received multiple emails from Amazon stating the same thing. If I pay for the items I didn't order, my account will be unlocked. Meanwhile, I have paid for a year of Amazon Prime that I can't use.
Every time I call customer service, I reach a rep in another country that I can't understand. They are like robots and read from scripts. I am so tired of this whole thing.
Can someone please listen to what I am saying and work with me to resolve this complaint?

Unknown charge on credit card
Repeating charge of $12.45 that we do not understand and appears to be for nothing. Last appeared 2/5/21 and 3/15/21. Would like to understand what this is for, need to know if it is a scam. This came to our attention when we received a call on 3/15/21 from an unknown source asking if we had purchased something from Amazon for over $700.00. We were asked to hit #1 on the keypad if we had NOT made this purchase. We hit the #1, and there was not further response. We called Capital One, our credit card, and they did not have a record of any such transaction, but did have a record today of a $12.45 charge from Amazon. We did not purchase from Amazon today or in recent past. WE need an explanation for this charge.

I was over charged for Amazon Prime and they not only overcharged me they also charged my card 3 extra times within a cpl days for the same service.
We signed up for a free amazon prime acct and could cancel after 30 days. I was not offered or asked if I wanted to continue with their service. I have tried to contact them to resolve this issue and have gotten nowhere. it has been impossible to find a phone number or email correspondence to reach them.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a call from one of the representives to help me understand why my card was charged so many times and what service's it charged for.
Amazon delivery personnel
I have complained previously about this delivery person.
Last time - a few weeks ago, he threw one package and two envelopes onto the house entrance from the sidewalk - too lazy to walk up to the door and place them like other delivery personnel should.
He did the same today, throwing an envelope from the street onto the townhouse entrance.
This delivery was done at Leek Court, Fort Mill, SC 29707 on Wednesday 10th March, 2021 at 4.30 p.m.
LOL - I received a delivery notification that my delivery was made to a "secure location" at my house. It came with a photograph of where the package was left. The delivery person was actually so stupid they took that photo and published it. It showed my package sitting in the street on top of a snow bank formed from snow plows. It was not even on my property. Seems they hire anyone with a name but not necessarily a brain.
