another 2 emails to aliexpress saying it was within the time to be delivered but a third on today on the 5th December 3 calendar months after ordering they sent a email telling me i have to prove it has gone missing ?
I have no idea so i wrote back telling them I had spoke to the post office and they should do so and get the same answer as me.

ROYAL MAIL the biggest delivery company in the UK have informed me the parcel is LOST in the post and not going tom arrive so I would like my money back please.
I was told in the last email to wait 5 days and waited long and now its another 5 days plus
I have been very patient and waited 2 months for the idem and someone could and got here on bicycle in that time let alone a the best and most experienced delivery company in the country.
if i go to the site to chat to the seller they write back a either Chines or another language that i have to try guessing what it is so if they do the same as me they will be told by ROYAL MAIL the parcel is LOST in the post and they can pay for the phone call as i had to to find out this information.

Some time ago i ordered two products from Aliexpress (Shop1102611031 Store), but the products had a very bad quality, so I asked for a refund. For the first (small) product, the shop provided the refund very quickly. But for the second (big) product the seller asked me to send the product back to China.
The seller agreed to pay for the refund ,AND pay for me shipping back the product. But even though he admitted he received the product back from me, he refuses to pay for the refund and he also refuses to pay for my costs of shipping back the product. I contacted Aliexpress through their agents twice, first time, few weeks ago the agent told me he was going to contact the seller personally and let me know. He didn't. AliExpress order [protected]. I ordered a $789.00 USD chandelier from this seller on AliExpress. The item came badly dented in shipping from China to Florida. I sent the seller pictures of the dented chandelier. When I photographed it, the light was on a carpeted surface in my home, still in the plastic inner bag, the way it was found inside the shipping carton.
I sent the seller photos of the damaged light and asked for a replacement, and offered to ship back the dented one.
At first the seller agreed to this, but then AliExpress stepped in and asked me for "valid postal office documents." First of all, what is this? Does anyone receive documents from the post office when a shipment is completed? I don't. And secondly, it is obvious I have the chandelier as I sent pictures of it. So what does this have to do with anything? AliExpress asked me for something that DOES NOT EXIST! The postal service sends no documents. Now I have a badly damaged $750 chandelier from China that is worthless, and a company that will not assist. I say, STICK WITH AMAZON, who protects their buyers.

So . . . I went to my post office and they gave me a print out, included with this complaint, that says the item was last in Compton - California, NOT Oregon. I didn't address this to Compton so it is not my issue. Even with this proof, I am told to check the post office.
I know this may not go anywhere but I just felt I needed to say something and if it causes this seller some sales, good. I, for one, will NOT be shopping at Ali Express again. Temu is faster and just as good.

Misrepresentation of me440 analyzer price
AliExpress advertised a ME440 Analyzer for an amount of $295, which I bought on 22 September 2023. The package arrived in South Africa on 30 September 2023, and I also paid the required custom duties.
When I received the package, it only was an aluminum case, which I did not order. The ME440 Analyzer was nowhere to find.
I contacted the seller which told me that they sent the ME440 aluminum box that I ordered. I told the supplier that I never ordered an aluminum box but that I ordered a ME440, and I sent the supplier a screenshot of the of the advertisement. The supplier agreed with me that there wasn't even an aluminum box on the advertisement I sent them.
AliExpress decided on my behalf that they will refund me partially with $175 without consulting me. I lost $120 in the process, and I still await the refunds.

Sellers responses were unusual and i worked it out for myself. 15th Aug 23 backlight feature could not be found. asked seller how do i access this 30 Aug 23 seller replies that the watch is not as advertised. 31 Aug 23 contact customer service who say will escalate. 2/09/23 chat again to online chat. 3/09/23 recieve email requesting more evidence.- responded. 4/09/23 Rejected-lack of proof. Contact chat online and have 24hr window to question decision-I did. 5/09/23 Get Cust Serv response stating that they see im chatting with seller and to continue as seller appears willing to solve issue (sellers resolution is if i want what my watch was advertised as having i can pay more money) i reply to this response but continue conversation with seller. 08/09/23 Seller offers full refund upon return of watch. i ask who pays postage. seller replies he will.

29/09/23 get email with another case number asking for photo video evidence, which i gave on the 02/sept23 and again on 03/09/23, i make a video and supply document of timeline with screen dumps of sellers admitting goods not as advertised, sellers refund offer sellers postage offer, screen dumps of emails and chat conversations, screen dump of product listing and the listed features also highlight no response since 20/09/23 and that seller has now pulled his ad from Ali Express. 30/09/23 get response after looking at video and my document they conclude have not provided conclusive proof and advise i contact seller.
i reply that if they had read my documentation they will have seen seller admits goods not as advertised seller offering full refund and seller offering to pay postage. they will also see that seller has not responded for 10 days and has pulled his ad. I ask how much proof do they require? This is a farce.

They have a video showing that the function buttons when pressed do not access a backlight. They claim outside buyers protection yet they were first notified within buyers protection. Roughly 1.5 hours later, I received another 11 emails from the same AliExpress email address, all with the above 'awaiting payment' in the email title. Inside each email, the header stated, "You still have time!" and urged me to click on the 'Complete payment' button.
Upon first appearance I automatically assumed that these were relating to my same orders and that I needed to take action quickly to complete my transactions. So I followed their link to complete payment for what I thought were my orders. I stopped after 3 of them as a feeling of wrongdoing crept in.

I checked my Amex credit card statement to see what was happening outside of AliExpress. There was a large lump sum of £614.85(total price of the order I placed), followed by the price of the 3 false orders that totalled £75.20. I did not generate those orders, but mistakingly proceeded to pay for, until I stopped to check. After checking the orders in my AliExpress account, I saw that I had 8 'Unpaid' orders outstanding.
After several frustratingly arduous attempts at communicating with AliExpress(AE) Customer Service(CS) chat box representatives, they had me go through each order number in question. Several AECS reps stated that duplicate orders was impossible. I claimed that everything I ordered was appearing twice on my account. It was a nightmare dealing with them one after another, getting nowhere and being disconnected. They were driving me insane and refused to look at my evidence and challenge what they thought they knew.
All the exact items from my 11 orders, were falsely regenerated onto my account, assigned new order numbers and followed up with follow up emails urging me to pay. My AE account, Amex account and email confirmations all showed that my initial bulk payment had completed. Yet, there were the exact same items seemingly left unpaid on AE, and AECS were simply under qualified to deal with what I was describing.
I then went through all my emails, both batch 1 original confirmations and batch 2 false order payment requests. Matching every email to their respective order number, I confirmed that everything I ordered was indeed duplicated and re-added onto my account to be paid and processed. Fortunately, I stopped after paying for 3 false orders, but the wider implication is of major importance.
I deduced that either it's a scam or a technical malfunction, or scammers using a loophole. Either way, signs point to AE internal processes being internally compromised. Fraud an malpractice was afoot. I have gathered lots of evidence and am fully compliant in sharing what I have for investigation into the internal security of AliExpress.

Almost all orders paid for have been shipped within the time of the nightmare that is AECS. I cancelled those 3 false orders I paid for as quickly as I could and contacted the sellers via AE messenger. All three merchants including AECS stated that since they've already shipped, I'll need to wait for them to arrive before continuing with the open refund disputes. None of the sellers have shown concern about what happened and one even asked my to close the dispute. I have also opened disputes with Amex for those 3 false orders.
AE has something called 'Buyer Protection' which helps towards AE stepping in and helping secure a refund and correct disputes. Problem is, the real delivery date is sometimes longer than the buyer protection timer. I'm told my everyone on AE to wait for the false order packages to arrive. I don't understand the details of their protection conditions, clauses and timelines, but I have a feeling that I'm going to get screwed out of a refund for this additional £75.20. I doubt it's the sellers fault, rather the false orders were most likely generated by in insider at AE who has clearance and knowledge of this kind of fraudulent practice.
Desired outcome: 1). I want a full refund of £75.20 for those 3 false orders.2). I want an investigation into AliExpress to stop and prevent this kind of activity from happening to others. I'd like to know what actually happened and who's responsible.
Defected lcd screen - bad seller

I've received the LCD screen on Jul 18, 2023. The screen was defected from the beginning. Unfortunately I didn't had the time to check it on the first 15 days. When I checked it, I found that the screen was defected. On 30/7/23 I've informed the seller that the screen was defected. They asked for proof and I've send them the video from the screen behavior:

On 2/8/2023 I asked them if they can refund the amount to place a new order to have the buyer protection again. Then they proposed to Leave them 5 star review and then they will send me the new screen with the new tracking number. I've followed their suggestion and I've left the 5 star review. Then on 8/8/2023 they send me a video from a screen that is tested. Since 3/9/2023 I didn't received the new Screen and I asked seller if they can give me the shipping number. On 5/9/2023 they send me the message "Dear, I help you to consult the logistics information". After that message they never send me the shipping number and also they have blocked me in the chat. Every message that I have send since then I'm getting a system message "Sorry, they cannot receive messages from you.". I've never offend them with my messages. From a 290 total reviews they have 45 with 1 star. Many of them report the same problem I've tried to find a solution via chatbot, but always says the 15 days to dispute has passed, contact with the seller. Also on the product page there mentioned the 90 days buyer protection.
Desired outcome: 1. To be informed Aliexpress regarding this misbehaving seller 2. To be informed Aliexpress, their after sales support is unacceptable.3. Refund for the defected product
Fail to credit back the return shipping fee
Made a purchase from a seller in AliExpress. The product is defective when arrived. Reported to the seller and the seller requested me to send back the item to their China address. I told the seller the shipping cost is expensive even higher than the item price; but the seller refused to refund until the item back. Checked with AliExpress before shipping back and they promised to credit the return shipping fee. Then I sent back the item. The seller refunded the item price. I submitted the shipping cost to AliExpress; but AliExpress only credit small partial of the return shipping cost. I contacted AliExpress customer service and the agent promised to follow up; but received notice from AliExpress the case is closed and no more credit will be sent. And the seller refused to take the responsibility. It is really frustrating. Lost time and money and upset.
Desired outcome: Get back the full credit for the return shipping cost.
