SpiritCrafts Unacceptable!

I have purchased a lot of things from SpiritCrafts website and paid over $200 for my order. It took a long time to receive my order and when I finally got it I was quite frustrated about that the package looked too small. When I opened it I found out that more than a half of my order was missing. I tried to contact SpiritCrafts customer care but they never replied.

SpiritCrafts They are the worst molds I've ever used

I thought the candle mold selection was great, they claimed they had Pourette's molds, or something. I've used Pourette before they went bankrupt, and am just getting back into candle making. So, I ordered from them. They are the worst molds I've ever used. With Pourette, you could tape them, pin them, whatever, and you didn't have leakage issues. With spiritcraft, no matter what I do, they leak terribly, and their reasoning is that I didn't buy the specific candle clamps FROM THEM, and that no one who buys those has ANY problem, even though for ages people have used things other than mold clamps specific to the use. They were cool to begin with, even though it took awhile to get my order (small order, maybe $30). I've found another site that is much more helpful, and I haven't even ordered from them yet. And what do you know, their suggestions are along the lines of what I've been doing all along...problem is, they're STILL leaking!

SpiritCrafts Poor Customer Service/Products

I oredered candle molds and other equipment from this company and others on Jan, 9, 2011 in order to have the supplies in time for Valentine's Day business. The order was originally set to ship much too late and I called and left a messege asking to have it shipped sooner. Someone called me back and I missed that call, but the original pkg was sent earlier than they stated. That was the end of ANY customer service! When I opened the pkg, it was short a pouring pitcher and 2 molds. I immediately called to inform them. They DON'T answer their phones, EVER! I found a slip of paper in the bottom of the box stating that the 2 molds were on back order and would be shipped within 7-10 days. No mention of the pitcher. I repeatedly called and called and called. Someone did answer my NUMEROUS emails finally, stating that they tried calling me back but all my phone did was ring, no answering machine. Which, I have a business and I either A) have the phones forwarded to my cell, or B) have a voicemail connected to my phone which calls my cell and tells me of the voicemail. That never happened.
Finally, some very rude girl answered my emails and all but called me a liar saying that she DID call me! There was one day when a delivery truck ran over our phone box on the property and the phone was not working for a few hours. But I gave my cell number and that was never used. Anyway, she told me in the email, over a week later, the pitcher was going to be shipped that day which was the 19th of January and the molds were to ship that Friday which was the 21st. On Jan 27, a week later and I still didn't receive anything, I sent another email. Then again on Jan29. I was told on Jan 31 that one of my molds was not ready and they hadn't shipped the one that was. ( No call or email to tell me in 12 days to tell me. I was expecting them for over a week and they hadn't even shipped. I told them to send the one that was ready and to refund for the other. FINALLY received the mold on the 11th of Feb. I tried to use it and guess what, IT LEAKS! I sent 2 emails and even called. No reponse. Here it is Feb 25th and I am still in the same boat for over a month! So BEWARE of ordering from this RIDICULOUSLY sorry company. I own and operate 2 businesses and if I treated my customers half as bad as I've been treated by SPIRIT CRAFTS, I wouldn't be in business!

Also, I still haven't received a refund for the other mold that they didn't even have but billed me for a month and a half ago!

I wish I had looked up complaints about this company before I ordered from them. When you order from them they state that they will send you a confirmation e-mail (lie #1), I placed the order on Nov. 6, they finally billed my credit card on the 12th, I have sent 3 e-mails to find out what the status is, to no avail. She is quite correct, they don't answer their phone, nor do they return calls or e-mails. I needed these molds before the end of November and that is not going to happen. Watch out for the small print when you place the order, you are giving them the authority to add as much shipping to your credit card as they like and there is nothing you can do about it. This is NOT a firm I will ever do business with again. It pays to check the complaint files on any company you want to deal with.

SpiritCrafts This company is the very worst company I have ever encountered online ever

I ordered 7 plaster molds and other craft supplies from Spiritcratfts.net, in Jan 2011, I was promised shipping in 3 to 5 days, up to 10 days worst case scenario. They never shipped the order, I was still waiting well into Feb 2011. They never answered emails, they never answer the phone, they are always closed, you have to leave a message. Finally after repeated calls they left me a message on voice mail, that the order was shipped Priority Mail, (3 days), & they would send me the tracking number, ..over a week later no tracking numbers, no shipment. Finally a week later they answered the phone, I spoke to the woman who works there, she assured me they shipped the order, she would call me back the next day, with the tracking numbers...well I called her the next day...of course no tracking numbers, then she said it was shipped & came back, ..I told her to stop lying, the shipment was never sent, who was she kidding. I told her I filed a complaint with the California Att General & Interstate commerce commission, & notified my credit card company to get my funds back.

This company is the VERY WORST company I have ever encountered online EVER!, very shady, very unprofessional, very untruthful, AVOID SPIRITCRAFTS AT ALL COSTS...all you get for your money here is aggravation & NOTHING ELSE...they waste your time...complete fraud...

I'm dealing with crappy candle molds from them, too, and of course, according to James, it's all my fault for not buying more in the form of specific candle clamps. From them, of course. Candle makers for ages have been using other methods to seal/clamp their molds, but suddenly, none of those work?

I have been going through the exact same greif with them. I am completely SHOCKED they even answered you at ALL! I think they sent me a defective mold just for SPITE! I've ordered from Lonestar and Candlewic and they were WONDERFUL. I am not going to relent on these losers and have only started to unleash my wrath. My sister works closely with credit card companies doing charge backs and has most State Attorney's General on her speed dial. Will re-post afte resolution.

SpiritCrafts This company charged my account without authorization

I just wanted to post a warning to anyone who is considering ordering from SpiritCrafts.net.

I placed an order with them...and I am still trying to get it correct. They sent incorrect merchandise...POOR Customer Service. They are very DEMEANING to their customers; they do not answer their phone, nor do they reply to emails in a timely manner (within 24 hours). Being an internet company, that is pretty bad.

Also, this company charged my cc WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! It is illegal to keep card numbers on file...they not only did, but charged my card.

I could go on, but I won't.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...BAD, BAD, BAD!

I placed a custom my order on Nov 2, 2016 with spiritcrafts. On Nov 28, 2016 I received molds that did not meet my specified dimension and size. The wrong order was sent back, and as per my discussion with Natasha Eva Frances; who also goes by Natasha Johnson; to make sure we are all on the same page, I sent them one of my existing molds as a n example of what I am looking for, just smaller, I included detailed specs/dimensions, anyway they not only took my money, but they also kept my mold.

Once they received the return, I called Natasha and we reviewed the specs and paperwork that accompanied my mold. Natasha said that they will be closed the rest of the month of November; I said that was ok, as I will not need the molds until January 2017. I called and emailed regularly from Dec 2016 until March 3rd. Several times Natasha answered the phone and said that she could not talk, because they were closing early due to an incoming snow storm, and as a result, she did not have access to customer records. Several other times, she answered and said that they were in the Middle of Heavy Rain Storms and had to leave and could not provide an update but will call me back the next business day with an update. Another time, Natasha answered the phone and said they are in the middle of heavy rain and wind storm and as result had no internet or computer access, and she could not provide any update but she will call me back as soon as the situation normalizes.

The weather stories did not sound legit, so every time I got a "weather problem' from Natasha, I checked the weather in her area, and every time according to weather.com the temperature was always in the 50's and sunny. The last time Natasha said she had weather issues; I told her that every time she mentions weather issues, weather.com shows otherwise; so I am confused. After this, on four different occasions, Natasha told me that my order shipped, but she could never provide tracking information. After the 1st two times, I decided to check out what people are saying about this company online, and found 7 complaints on yelp under spirit crafts, but nothing under spritcrafts.

Upon learning this I called and spoke with Natasha, she said that my order was not yet manufactured because they had a question on the dimensions. So we clarified, and confirmed the dimensions and I made sure we were on the same page, and Natasha said that "they will make the molds today, and ship tomorrow". I asked her to pls provide a tracking number once the order ships. She agreed. Several days past, and I followed up via phone and email, after many attempts, Natasha finally answered the phone and told me that there was a mistake, my order never shipped, she said "the guy told me it shipped"; the guy she is referring to is James Phillip Porter who is listed as the business owner, and a relative of Natasha.

Anyway, she said she will follow-up with "the guy" in the back and get back to me. She did not. So I followed up again, and again. On many occasions, they did not answer the phone, so I followed up by email. On February 23, 2017 Natasha sent me an email stating "We have clarified the dimensions and the molds should be finished today."

I called and emailed several times after that asking for a tracking number, but never received one. On February 27, 2017 I followed up again via voice and email wherein I asked Natasha to pls be honest with me, I explained that this delay is costing me a lot of money, and holding me from moving forward with my business. I further stated that if they can not make the molds, pls let me know, issue credit and I will produce my own product, its not a problem, I just needed clear honest communication. Natasha called me back and said that she would not say it shipped if it did not. She assured me that my order shipped and that I should receive it 3/3/20. I did not receive an order, or tracking information or any indication that my order was made, canceled or shipped.

Today. I called & emailed too, but no one answered either, so I sent and email asking they cancel the order and issue credit. I must say, I am frustrated and extremely angry because they put me behind going on 5 months now, I've placed two orders with this company in the past and did not have any problems. This experience helped me realize, even if I had a good experience with a business in the past, its good to check them out and see what people are saying currently, as things change and not always for the better….too bad, I like supporting small business

Hi,

I have a problem with spirit craft and don't plan on letting them get away now that I see that they've cheated many people.

Consumer rights are alive and well, we have rights. You can file a complaint with the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. I did, they did not only take my money, they also made me late by 5 months. I am so angry, I will not allow them to get away with it. sorry for the bad experience, but if you file a complaint, it will help others from getting robbed by spirit crafts.net.

i also agree this company will not call back they dont have molds ready or they say...the idea of doing bizzz is to make it fast...it looks like they try to hold on to the money to see if the person wants a refund or utell the make the molds...here's a idea have the molds ready ship them out and make buyers happy..this company is lazy and has no clue...the web site dont say they have to make the molds...i asked for my money back no reply...9 days now...of corse its ca...this place is a joke...have the stuff on hand and sell lots then buyers would see that you can sell and do bizzz...alot of complants on the company...very sad...jay...
