ROYAL MAIL the biggest delivery company in the UK have informed me the parcel is LOST in the post and not going tom arrive so I would like my money back please.
I was told in the last email to wait 5 days and waited long and now its another 5 days plus
I have been very patient and waited 2 months for the idem and someone could and got here on bicycle in that time let alone a the best and most experienced delivery company in the country.
if i go to the site to chat to the seller they write back a either Chines or another language that i have to try guessing what it is so if they do the same as me they will be told by ROYAL MAIL the parcel is LOST in the post and they can pay for the phone call as i had to to find out this information.

Some time ago i ordered two products from Aliexpress (Shop1102611031 Store), but the products had a very bad quality, so I asked for a refund. For the first (small) product, the shop provided the refund very quickly. But for the second (big) product the seller asked me to send the product back to China.
The seller agreed to pay for the refund ,AND pay for me shipping back the product. But even though he admitted he received the product back from me, he refuses to pay for the refund and he also refuses to pay for my costs of shipping back the product. So the seller Shop1102611031 Store owns me 23 euros for the refund, and 26 euros for the costs of me shipping back their product.
I contacted Aliexpress through their agents twice, first time, few weeks ago the agent told me he was going to contact the seller personally and let me know. He didn't. Second time, last week, they sent the complaint to the administration, and the administration wrote me an email that the issue was resolved and closed

AliExpress order [protected]. I ordered a $789.00 USD chandelier from this seller on AliExpress. The item came badly dented in shipping from China to Florida. I sent the seller pictures of the dented chandelier. When I photographed it, the light was on a carpeted surface in my home, still in the plastic inner bag, the way it was found inside the shipping carton.
I sent the seller photos of the damaged light and asked for a replacement, and offered to ship back the dented one.
At first the seller agreed to this, but then AliExpress stepped in and asked me for "valid postal office documents." First of all, what is this? Does anyone receive documents from the post office when a shipment is completed? I don't. And secondly, it is obvious I have the chandelier as I sent pictures of it. So what does this have to do with anything? AliExpress asked me for something that DOES NOT EXIST! The postal service sends no documents. Now I have a badly damaged $750 chandelier from China that is worthless, and a company that will not assist. I say, STICK WITH AMAZON, who protects their buyers.

3 bookshelves ordered 9/9/23 never delivered and I was billed

I ordered two and got none. When I complained, I was told to check tracking. I did. It never came to my home town in Oregon. The last it was seen was in Compton, CA. I've been refused a refund or replacement. They just keep telling me to check with the post office.
So . . . I went to my post office and they gave me a print out, included with this complaint, that says the item was last in Compton - California, NOT Oregon. I didn't address this to Compton so it is not my issue. Even with this proof, I am told to check the post office.
I know this may not go anywhere but I just felt I needed to say something and if it causes this seller some sales, good. I, for one, will NOT be shopping at Ali Express again. Temu is faster and just as good.

Misrepresentation of me440 analyzer price
AliExpress advertised a ME440 Analyzer for an amount of $295, which I bought on 22 September 2023. The package arrived in South Africa on 30 September 2023, and I also paid the required custom duties.
When I received the package, it only was an aluminum case, which I did not order. The ME440 Analyzer was nowhere to find.
I contacted the seller which told me that they sent the ME440 aluminum box that I ordered. I told the supplier that I never ordered an aluminum box but that I ordered a ME440, and I sent the supplier a screenshot of the of the advertisement. The supplier agreed with me that there wasn't even an aluminum box on the advertisement I sent them.
AliExpress decided on my behalf that they will refund me partially with $175 without consulting me. I lost $120 in the process, and I still await the refunds.
Desired outcome: I would like AliExpress to refund the full amount of $295 or send the ME440 analyzer as ordered.

UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I had screen shot a lot of the verbal abuse from the seller and AliExpress Customer Ser. Who told me they were taking over this case.I ordered 2 Track suits, both of the sets, the pants were too short for my son, he is 5'11 in height, One set did not come with the hoodie that was a part of the tracksuit, it was missing.
I went through hell with that one also, I have no reason to lie, that seller kept trying to tell me I only ordered pants, and kept denying the refund, I kept being denied the appeal over and over, before I suppose they finally saw they were wrong about the track suit set and finally refunded the money just last week. Yes I took it upon myself to return both tracksuits due to my son, who could not wear either. {WOW} the merchandise speaks for itself, the photos, information and sku numbers for whatever a person is ordering all info is there for the reason anyone wants to place an order. Mr. Zhang, you have no Idea what I have experienced with all these people, I had to keep sending pictures of both orders, the order # anything that was needed over and over, I sent it, BESIDES being asked to measure the pants from the seller and AliExpress Customer Service. I have tried and tried so many times to communicate with the seller after being denied and rejected a refund and appeals, saying not not enough proof, even sending the tracksuits back. BOTH the sellers and AliExpress Customer Service, ask me where and who gave me the address to send the returns. Everyone of the sellers along with AliExpress tried to make it seem like I was lying. {OMG} What I have experienced with these sellers and AliExpress is so {UNBELIEVABLE} Well I am going to send you the info of the return address, along with a few statements from these people, even a kind person, but she was overruled. The seller of this issue just stopped communicating, I even said I was willing to just exchange for something else if it is that deep to keep the money that is less than $20.00. This is where I got the return address from the package that was sent with just the pants & missing the hoodie. Eye glasses
Please note I ordered and paid for 3 glasses and received them a few days ago. The glasses are too small for an adult and I have repeatedly asked( via you message system) LS John to replace them with an adult size, his answer was to stretch the glasses! I advised him that the glasses cannot stretch to fit an adult face. I asked him to issue me a refund and a prepaid envelope so that I could return the glasses as the description was not correct.
Now he comes back that he does not have a prepaid return system.
