Wrong ordered deliverd with game cassatte with wrong name, when I track the ordered my package deliverd to Miami FL inplace of Knoxville. I tried to contact seller and aliexpress - both telling goods deliverd and order closed. I recieved very cheap game cassatte which I didnot ordered, When ever I tried to contact Aliexpress than is says order delivered and close.

AliExpress advertised a ME440 Analyzer for an amount of $295, which I bought on 22 September 2023. The package arrived in South Africa on 30 September 2023, and I also paid the required custom duties.

When I received the package, it only was an aluminum case, which I did not order. The ME440 Analyzer was nowhere to find.

I contacted the seller which told me that they sent the ME440 aluminum box that I ordered. I told the supplier that I never ordered an aluminum box but that I ordered a ME440, and I sent the supplier a screenshot of the of the advertisement. The supplier agreed with me that there wasn't even an aluminum box on the advertisement I sent them.

AliExpress decided on my behalf that they will refund me partially with $175 without consulting me. I lost $120 in the process, and I still await the refunds.

I ordered an automatic soap dispenser from Ali express and the order number is [protected]

First the item is not working and second seller does not wanted to provide resolution

I contacted help centre and they say wait for 8 more days

Is tthis the service you guys are providing?

I hve been sending the proposal to the seller and they just rejecting it everyday

its not about the money but the hassle i am facing here

The seller website says they refund if product is not as described

Please note I ordered and paid for 3 glasses and received them a few days ago. The glasses are too small for an adult and I have repeatedly asked( via you message system) LS John to replace them with an adult size, his answer was to stretch the glasses! I advised him that the glasses cannot stretch to fit an adult face. I asked him to issue me a refund and a prepaid envelope so that I could return the glasses as the description was not correct.

Now he comes back that he does not have a prepaid return system.

Please issue a credit for $18.72 per your Protection Guarantee.

Made a purchase from a seller in AliExpress. The product is defective when arrived. Reported to the seller and the seller requested me to send back the item to their China address. I told the seller the shipping cost is expensive even higher than the item price; but the seller refused to refund until the item back. Checked with AliExpress before shipping back and they promised to credit the return shipping fee. Then I sent back the item. The seller refunded the item price. I submitted the shipping cost to AliExpress; but AliExpress only credit small partial of the return shipping cost. I contacted AliExpress customer service and the agent promised to follow up; but received notice from AliExpress the case is closed and no more credit will be sent. And the seller refused to take the responsibility. It is really frustrating. Lost time and money and upset.

I order 3 items on July 30th. On August 16 I received the package. It contained 2 of the items. The third, a decanter, had it's box crushed with the stand and the decanter was missing. I contacted Aliexpress and submitted a picture. Their response was they had weighed the package and the order was complete and blamed the delivery company. They then said I should have videotaped myself opening the package, and since I hadn't there would be no refund.

Dear Sir

can you please explain why you continue to harass me with your emails despite my blocking you, reporting you and sending emails telling you in no uncertain terms what I think of you.

I am quite happy to take a legal route with this matter.

No means NO.

I believe that you think that if you harass someone enough they will buy from you.

this is not the case.
