AliExpress Lurekiller reel order #[protected]

on July 30 I order a fishing reel on Aliexpress from hunt house store I was told that i was going to get the delivery by august 20 never got it tracking # LY848374879CN by tracking it shows I never got it never left china then i called the seller he told me the parcel got lost A week i applied for credit with Aliexpress they denied my claim saying i got the reel and I never return All Aliexpress had to do is track the parcel and they would know i never got it and they close the claim

AliExpress Kastking fish rod

I bought a fish rod from ali express and paid cash on delivery… and the product is not orginal and it is broken and they are not giving me refund they make me wait for about 2 months now… every time i contact them they say wait for 15 days wait for 5 days wait for 2 days 24hour respectively… now its 2 months since i recived the product and not solved my problem. AliExpress Transaction is not going through for products

Hello, I have tried to order items twice and even made the payment twice but the payment was returned to my account both times and order cancelled. I have even ordered from credit cards of 2 different banks and both times it was the same issue. I am a loyal customer of Ali Xpress but I have never experienced such an issue. Kindly look into this matter.

AliExpress Mobile Phone s21+

Contents of device are not as stated in the advert. 3 separate device scans completed and all show different to that advertised. In addition advert shows Android 11 but reports show Android 6 made to look like 11. Photos and reports sent to Ali express through dispute which they have completely ignored and found in favour of seller.

Despite discussing with customer services and sending a large number of emails there has been no further outcome or communication.

AliExpress Choose SF free shipment to the US and ended up paying US $ 29.96

Bought 38 pcs of USB Charger Module DC Buck step down Converter 12v 5v power supply module. I needed only 20, but the advertisement stated that for US$38.-or more the shipment would be free via SF. So we chose 38 pieces at $1.06/pcs.

After the order was placed, either AliExpress or more likely the supplier (Great IT electronic components co., LTD) changed the shipment to Fedex IP and made us charged for it.

We questioned the supplier who kept telling us that we had chosen that method and that we used "the wrong site". The supplier had a go at repeating that we did not know what we were doing and was quite arrogant.

The issue is that there are almost no recourse with AliExpress. This sort of behavior can not be reported efficiently and suppliers always get away with ripping off buyers. Supplier ratings seem also fake. We suggest not to trust these ratings at all.

AliExpress Folding ladder made of wood

The message ( confirm order) it's deceives the buyer it's supposed to be ( confirm order delivery ) so the buyer doesn't loose his right like what happened to me and the seller refused the refund of the money and delayed the delivery for 5 months without AliExpress doing anything to help, for your information i've been contacting both the seller and aliexpress, the seller is trying to reduce his losses by being unfair to the buyer and refuses the refund even though the delay is from him, and expolits the buyer ignores of the purchase policy to refuse the refund. And everytime he reply that the the purchase is going to be sent and to keep the phone near me and i've been five months waiting and till now the seller dodge and delay without supervision how can the company and site allow the sellers delaying all this period of time.

AliExpress The goods under complaint have not been delivered

I ordered car multimedia and got it faulty.
I agreed to have them exchanged for the correct one and at their suggestion I sent them back the goods for a complaint. They promised to send the correct one.
After that I have neither money nor goods.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund or the company is constantly lying and does not want to send the goods

The person emailing you is a scammer. You can tell by the very poor grammar in the letter, and the greeting.

"Hi dear friend" Is not the way a legitimate company greets a customer.
"After you paid" instead of after you've paid.
"Could you please let me know do you meet any payment transaction problem?" Is basically gibberish.

Don't pay this person anything! Don't click on the links provided to you via email. If you've already clicked on the links in the emails, most likely, there is now malware on your computer. If it's acting funny, at all, take it to a computer repair shop to have the malware removed.

Also, this is not Ali Express customer service. It's just a public complaints site.

I file a complaint against seller Oukitel Official Store
I placed order number [protected] on August 2
Paid immediately and so far the seller did not send the ordered item.
In my opinion, a seller should not place an order on your platform while he has no stock and send it much, very much later.
Please warn this seller and urge him to send the item as soon as possible.

AliExpress Seller product free easy return shipping label

The Westport Store offered easy free return shipping label, And the Aliexpress Dispute says you don't have enough evidence when I have sent pictures, you the customer has many reasons to choose the closet is item not described, you do not have the option to click item to large or big. So now the Westport Store and the Aliexpress Dispute together giving me the Customers the back and forth with trying to return items that do not fit when the advertisement for the item clearly says easy free return shipping for any reason within 15 days of receiving the item.
And it also looks like Paypal cannot help my situation Paypal offers help with pay returning postal fees but when you send the item to China it cost double over $30.00
So I need to blow the horn loud with this complaint for Customers in the US to stop purchasing items from AliExpress they do not have good Customer Service they do not deserve your business they lie in email and chats as though they are there to help but they so easily manipulate the help to rule in there favor

AliExpress Umidigi bison

Dm verity corruption. This means there is a defect not caused by me. Start up it just shuts off this Hillary refuses to issue refund ship the item back to China first then I have to wait for it to be repaired and get back to me and that is a reasonable for me to have to wait 3 or 4 without a phone. Or partial reimbursement so that I can fix it here in the United States. Alibaba is not helping humidity is not helping and the seller is raping me.

AliExpress Bought a phone and did not arrived, but they claim it was send by mail america delivery company

The contact seller claims the package has been send but I did not received it! The y gave me a tracking number by mail america and open a clain with them but they dont have aphone or email just a small pop up claim thing, they dont asnwer back and they dont want to refund me! Is this a hoax or freaking fake company?

AliExpress stereo

bought a stereo for 280.00.
Was told this was compatible with my car.
item did not work at all after installation.
Sent them photos and videos and yet neither the seller or AliExpress helped me
15 day dispute lapsed and was told to deal with the seller direct. seller was not helpful at all. went back to aliexpress and they couldnt help me either.
dishonest sellers and not helpful

AliExpress Ordered 2 items same time. None received. One paid back; one not

This is ayhan.2021/5/3 ordered 2 mob. Phones. None received. For one pay back made, for other one payment not accepted. Order no:[protected]. Why one made other one not, no answer for that. Same order same reasons. Sorry to see aliexpress does things unfair. I waited for 5 months; nothing received but also lost money. Awful service

AliExpress Refund for a mobile phone has not been issued by D-PHONE Online Store

Aliexpress seller D-PHONE is not issuing my refund (Order ID: [protected]). As soon as the product (mobile phone ) arrived at the customs processing center, then held by customs and next returned to the seller (Tracking number: RB869203778SG). AliExpress Administration's behavior during dispute.

Administration instead saying that flaw with proof and giving time to provide another proof waited for ending time for providing proofs sayed that there are flaw with proof and instantly ended dispute in seller favor not giving chance to provide anything else. Plus administraton don't send any notice on appel for two weaks and looks like don't planing doing it at all .

Desired outcome: Relaunch dispute and give proper opportunity for providing proofs.

sent a message as to when it would arrive they told me it is now out of stock I ask for my money back including the delivery etc, they say" you open dispute" of course I cannot open a goddam dispute because it needs to be sent. and of course their is no facility on my app to find the cancel order button to initiate refund, This is absolutley ridiculous the store has now stolen my monet and you have helped them scam me.

AliExpress delivery by Cainiao

I have 4 items that were sent to Thailand over 55 days ago using Cainiao delivery and all have vanished ...now Aliexpress has the waiting time for delivery 75 days before a dispute can be lodged ...this is really poor service and from now on I will not be recommending Aliexpress on my internet forums on mechanical repairs but turning members back to Ebay for a better service and better product

Aliexpress dispute: I am another stupid Westerner conned by Aliexpress.
Order No: [protected] - $318.48
Dispute Reason: Model not as described
I have not supplied photos or other evidence as Aliexpress and the merchant have my evidence.

Aliexpress are the middle-man and enable a merchant to sell on their platform, this means Aliexpress must accept the responsibility for a merchant's misconduct.
An Aliexpress merchant supplied a product different to the advertised and purchased product, after contacting the merchant without an outcome, I raised a dispute with Aliexpress.
I provided correspondence and photographs to evidence my complaint, Aliexpress judged against my complaint, upon appeal and further evidence Aliexpress again rejected my complaint.
Aliexpress dismissed my claims even though Aliexpress did not understand my complaint; the merchant sent the wrong product and Aliexpress could not differentiate between the photos of the item on the merchant's site against my photos of the product delivered? The product delivered isn't fit for purpose. From my photos; the difference between the correct and wrongly supplied product is obvious.
Aliexpress doesn't understand the complaint nor contact the merchant, yet can make a judgement in favour of the merchant's wrongly supplied product, how does that work?
Deliberately; Aliexpress make it difficult to raise an issue as is to navigate their site; Aliexpress make a judgement without actually understanding the complaint nor contacting the merchant? I can understand why a customer would give up on pursuing the correct outcome, even though the Aliexpress judgement is unfair and unreasonable.
Bizarrely, Aliexpress make the following statements: "we can not judge the problem." And; "the message history will not be accepted" (Aliexpress does accept the messages between the Customer and the merchant evidencing a problem). And; "the evidence you provided is regarded as invalid eventually." And; "After checking, I find your dispute has been closed with 0 refund because you didn't provide valid evidence". And upon my appeal; "You got only one chance to appeal your dispute, please submit this form with actual reason and valid evidence." And; "You and the seller did not reach an agreement. The refund amount will be based on the previous solution." (the merchant disregards the problem and this is sufficient grounds for Aliexpress to dismiss and rule in the merchant's favour?). And; "Please take easy that AliExpress will handle for you even if seller refuse to refund you after goods is returned." The Aliexpress solution is, at our expense we return the wrongly supplied product and the merchant would refund my purchase, I return the product and pay the return shipping, but the product is never refunded, that's a great Lose/Lose scenario.
