I want to share my real experience so that others can be careful.
I ordered Maybach sunglasses from AliExpress. What I received was not sunglasses at all, but a strange leather case with a Lexus logo — which has nothing to do with my order.
I opened multiple disputes and provided full evidence: photos, videos, and all order details. I even appealed the case several times and contacted their live support. Unfortunately, every time they just asked for the same documents again and again, and finally rejected my claim without any fair solution.
I spent my own time and effort, worked with my bank for a chargeback, and I still have all the proof. This is not how a global platform should treat honest buyers.
My advice:
1. Always check seller reviews very carefully.
2. Pay with a credit card so you can dispute the charge if needed.
3. Be prepared for poor buyer protection.
I’m sharing this to protect other buyers. Feel free to reach out if you want details — I have full photos and videos to prove everything.
Claimed loss: 146 SAR
Desired outcome: Full refund
