I have been buying different items from them for many years and didn't have a problem until I purchased LIGE smart watch from Store No. [protected]. The Seller page advertised watch with many good features including IP68 life waterproof that I was very interested in.
IP 68 life waterproof, Enjoy sports fun
It has ip68 dust proof and waterproof ability to meet the waterproof requirements of daily sports live and sports. Weather it is sweating or splashing with raindrops, it can cope with ease
When the watch arrived, I charged it and configured to my cell phone as required. The next day when I washed my hands, watch suddenly turned off and went dead.
I started a dispute with Seller who was very dishonest. At first they asked if I set the watch and when I replied "yes", it was enough for them to deny my claim. I sent them a picture of dead watch yet they continue to ignore the picture while asking for more proof. I explained that they advertised IP68 water proof protection which they never addressed.
Devices backed by an international standard rating of IP68 are deemed fit enough to withstand dust, dirt and sand, and are resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1.5m underwater for up to thirty minutes. *Based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes.
They sold defective smart watch and are ignoring any my comments and explanations and also warrantees. I agreed to send back the item, but not willing to pay cost of shipment and requesting full refund along with shipment cost reimbursement, or prepaid envelope, so I can send them watch for failure analysis and evaluation.
It appears Seller is dishonest and doesn't stand behind their product. Should they follow the procedure to obtain certification, there should be no issue with the product performing as advertised.
The Aliexpress.com customer service team is standing behind Seller, they are totally ignorant people that and not willing to help customer.
Trust me guys you are at risk to lose your money buying with Aliexpress.com

AliExpress Product not as described/agreed

seller name: UKLISS Personal Healthy Store

I have issue with AliExpress seller who send me the order not as agreed with him
I bought hair dryer 10 Pcs and asked the seller to be UK plug
first, the seller told me not available then I told them if it's not UK plug i cannot order it because it will not work with me in my country
then after sometime they told me it's ok we can make your order as UK plug
before I order again I asked him that to make sure about UK plug as it's the most important for me.
when I receive the order I found it's coming with US plug! and they send me adapter only to cheat me. I contact the seller that time and asked for full return and refund as the items will not be work with me without UK plug
seller refused that and offer me some money only to refund like 10% from the total order and to keep the order. I refused that because I paid about $200 for the order and cannot keep it
seller refused to make refund unless I return the items (with pay the fees by me)
I refused that for sure and asked AliExpress support to help on that
they recommend me to open dispute, i opened that and the seller asked the same (to return the shipment and pay the fees)
the dispute didn't give me any other option so i couldn't do anything
i go back to support of AliExpress again and told them the same but they start let me wait everytime I asked them to help they told me you didn't return the shipment so we couldn't help you
they said contact seller only and ask them to do something for you
i informed them many times that seller is playing with me and didn't reply
they tried to contact the seller but they didn't reply even to support
and nobody could help me on that

note that i open about 7 tickets with support about the same and every time they are saying wait our Email and i never receive any email except one time with no result

appreciate your help in this case to refund my full money

AliExpress Product not received - my requests ignored.

Hello Ali Express,

I am Ramesh currently studying in Indonesia. This is a complaint about the product "LeTv Le Max LCD Screen."

Details -

Paid amount - 16. 37 USD

Complain -

It is rather a disappointing experience to me so far in buying at Ali Express. I ordered an LCD screen on the date mentioned above and was waiting for a long period of time and it never came to my hand. The tracking showed evidence of the product reaching from China to Indonesia (Screenshot attached). After that, it showed " delivery Attempt failed." I opened a dispute under the options provided and the dispute was close very soon and I was asked to go to the post office and collect my product (Screenshot attached). The seller told me the same. I went to the post office and they showed me they are tracking records. They told me that it has not come from China but from Singapore. There is no more record with them after it reached Jakarta (Screenshot attached).
After, I reached out to the seller and explain my situation. I knew that he had already received money and he began to ignore me. Finally, he blocked me in the message field so I would not be able to reach out to him (Screenshot attached). I learned very soon that I'm ignored because of a fault on the side of logistics. I called the Post service of Indonesia and they are not sure about what has happened with the logistics. I went to the post office once again and what I could learn is it is still the same. Therefore, I thought of filing a complaint.
I'm currently studying as a student and I paid for this product with much difficulty in this pandemic season because I need it. All I experience with Ali express is I am ignored. Therefore, please consider the time I have waited for the product and all the inconvenience that I have been through so far. Hope your team will provide a solution for me.

I hope that you would either send me the product or refund the money spent.

Desired outcome: Receiving the product or getting The amount refunded.

AliExpress Order and account problems

Account ID that I have an order on it, is

No way to access the account for fallowing
The items are not received yet and I do not have access to the account, the email is different on the account and I don't know why, so no way to login or set new password
I have the order number and account ID but no access to the wired email address on the account

AliExpress Product Damaged during Shipping But Logistic Provider Did Not Accept Responsibility

Attached pictures containing details of order, report submitted by seller on product damaged during shipping, product before shipping, and product on receipt.

Communicated with seller and we agreed the product was damaged during shipping. Seller submitted the report but logistic provider didn't admit they were responsible, and asked to get local logistic provider to bear the responsibility. As far as I (the buyer) is concerned, the product was damaged during shipping, and I expect the logistic provider(s) to answer for it. There must be certain level of service guarantee between the providers.

Kindly advise how to proceed, to seek damages incurred during shipping.

AliExpress Package could not be delivered

I have ordered 5 products recently and because there is a so called service of combined delivery all products became one package in a certain country. Therefore a new tracking number has been issued. When reached the final destination country where it supposed to be delivered, the package was sent back because address was incorrect. I opened dispute for all the items. For 2 of them I got a partial refund because AliExpress considered it was my fault for being returned. Even though I provided emails from post office and tracking information as AliExpress requested, for the other 3 items judgement was that they assumed packages were received so no refund was issued. So it doesn't matter that they became one package and the whole package was returned.

Desired outcome: I would expect a full refund for all the items

AliExpress Faulty product - no answer from the seller

Hello, I'm a longtime customer of Ali Express recently purchased and received a product (Order Number: [protected]) but unfortunately according to the seller's description the product should make a number of actions but its not doing nothing and just the lamp on the power button flashes and the evice does do nothing, I sent a complain and a video to the seller several times but unfortunately he ignores me and does not answer. hope you find a good solution to my problem Since until this matter is resolved I do not intending to buy more products in Ali Express!

AliExpress STC12C5A60 microcomputer order.

My order was for 50 pcs STC 12C5A60 microcomputers. Instead I received six pcs AU3820L. I have no idea of what a AU3820L is but I did not order those. 50 pcs of properly packaged 12C5A60 microcomputers would not even fit into such a small package. Either the seller has made a big mistake or is trying to cheat me.

Despite the seller did not replying to my complaint AliExpress found for the seller and refused to reimburse me for my loss of NZ$76.13

Desired outcome: Refund of NZ$76.13.

AliExpress Elka Store

I have ordered 3 times bed sheets. First one was 1 bed set, second time was 2 bed sets and last time i ordered 3 bed sets from ELKA STORE. They Only sent my last order which is half of my order. I waited for months they didn't send it or gave me information or refund of my first and second orders. I sent hundreds of messages. They have the information that I didn't get them but they don't refund my money. They are telling me to get in touch with post office knowing i have no information about it i do not even know the name. Track information says "delivery canceled order returned". Which means they got my orders back. But they dont pay my money back, they dont even answer my questions properly. Neither they send my orders. I am sick and tired of having this problem for a month. I am very fond of ali exprees i like shopping from there and i am content with all products and sellers except ELKA STORE. Please help me get my money back and investigate these unprofessional people. Thank you!

AliExpress Lurekiller reel order #[protected]

on July 30 I order a fishing reel on Aliexpress from hunt house store I was told that i was going to get the delivery by august 20 never got it tracking # LY848374879CN by tracking it shows I never got it never left china then i called the seller he told me the parcel got lost A week i applied for credit with Aliexpress they denied my claim saying i got the reel and I never return All Aliexpress had to do is track the parcel and they would know i never got it and they close the claim

AliExpress Kastking fish rod

I bought a fish rod from ali express and paid cash on delivery… and the product is not orginal and it is broken and they are not giving me refund they make me wait for about 2 months now… every time i contact them they say wait for 15 days wait for 5 days wait for 2 days 24hour respectively… now its 2 months since i recived the product and not solved my problem. AliExpress Transaction is not going through for products

Hello, I have tried to order items twice and even made the payment twice but the payment was returned to my account both times and order cancelled. I have even ordered from credit cards of 2 different banks and both times it was the same issue. I am a loyal customer of Ali Xpress but I have never experienced such an issue. Kindly look into this matter.

AliExpress Mobile Phone s21+

Contents of device are not as stated in the advert. 3 separate device scans completed and all show different to that advertised. In addition advert shows Android 11 but reports show Android 6 made to look like 11. Photos and reports sent to Ali express through dispute which they have completely ignored and found in favour of seller.

Despite discussing with customer services and sending a large number of emails there has been no further outcome or communication.

AliExpress Choose SF free shipment to the US and ended up paying US $ 29.96

Bought 38 pcs of USB Charger Module DC Buck step down Converter 12v 5v power supply module. I needed only 20, but the advertisement stated that for US$38.-or more the shipment would be free via SF. So we chose 38 pieces at $1.06/pcs.

After the order was placed, either AliExpress or more likely the supplier (Great IT electronic components co., LTD) changed the shipment to Fedex IP and made us charged for it.

We questioned the supplier who kept telling us that we had chosen that method and that we used "the wrong site". The supplier had a go at repeating that we did not know what we were doing and was quite arrogant.

The issue is that there are almost no recourse with AliExpress. This sort of behavior can not be reported efficiently and suppliers always get away with ripping off buyers. Supplier ratings seem also fake. We suggest not to trust these ratings at all.

AliExpress Folding ladder made of wood

The message ( confirm order) it's deceives the buyer it's supposed to be ( confirm order delivery ) so the buyer doesn't loose his right like what happened to me and the seller refused the refund of the money and delayed the delivery for 5 months without AliExpress doing anything to help, for your information i've been contacting both the seller and aliexpress, the seller is trying to reduce his losses by being unfair to the buyer and refuses the refund even though the delay is from him, and expolits the buyer ignores of the purchase policy to refuse the refund. And everytime he reply that the the purchase is going to be sent and to keep the phone near me and i've been five months waiting and till now the seller dodge and delay without supervision how can the company and site allow the sellers delaying all this period of time.

AliExpress The goods under complaint have not been delivered

I ordered car multimedia and got it faulty.
I agreed to have them exchanged for the correct one and at their suggestion I sent them back the goods for a complaint. They promised to send the correct one.
After that I have neither money nor goods.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund or the company is constantly lying and does not want to send the goods

The person emailing you is a scammer. You can tell by the very poor grammar in the letter, and the greeting.

"Hi dear friend" Is not the way a legitimate company greets a customer.
"After you paid" instead of after you've paid.
"Could you please let me know do you meet any payment transaction problem?" Is basically gibberish.

Don't pay this person anything! Don't click on the links provided to you via email. If you've already clicked on the links in the emails, most likely, there is now malware on your computer. If it's acting funny, at all, take it to a computer repair shop to have the malware removed.

Also, this is not Ali Express customer service. It's just a public complaints site.

I placed order number [protected] on August 2
Paid immediately and so far the seller did not send the ordered item.
In my opinion, a seller should not place an order on your platform while he has no stock and send it much, very much later.
Please warn this seller and urge him to send the item as soon as possible.

AliExpress Seller product free easy return shipping label

The Westport Store offered easy free return shipping label, And the Aliexpress Dispute says you don't have enough evidence when I have sent pictures, you the customer has many reasons to choose the closet is item not described, you do not have the option to click item to large or big. So now the Westport Store and the Aliexpress Dispute together giving me the Customers the back and forth with trying to return items that do not fit when the advertisement for the item clearly says easy free return shipping for any reason within 15 days of receiving the item.
And it also looks like Paypal cannot help my situation Paypal offers help with pay returning postal fees but when you send the item to China it cost double over $30.00
So I need to blow the horn loud with this complaint for Customers in the US to stop purchasing items from AliExpress they do not have good Customer Service they do not deserve your business they lie in email and chats as though they are there to help but they so easily manipulate the help to rule in there favor
