The breeder I bought my dog from shipped her from Denver to Miami. I was scared about having her shipped, especially after reading all the reviews on here. My dog arrived not safe and sound but with many issues. I had a bad experience and would not use this service again. Her flight was delayed, but that was due to the weather and the airlines' fault. We booked flights through Malindo Air in [protected]. Due to covid they cancelled our flights. They promised us a refund. We have been waiting 2 years. We can't reach them on the phone, they ignore our emails - or have automated email replies. They are now operational and still haven't refunded us. We have been very patient, but now its just getting ridiculous.

On April 24 I went in and bought 8 drywall corner beads for 3.29 ea. as asked by my contractor. I got 5 to many. I took back today May 2 without my receipt but since I bought with my debit card, there was no question I had purchased them. Upon getting a refund, Sutherland KEPT 1.00 from each corner bead. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase anything from Sutherland. I'm a 67 yr old man and I consider Sutherland thieves.

Indian Eagle sent me an email with the amount I would be refunded and required that I agree to the amount, which I did. I then received a partial amount. Hello, dear. I paid $1,360 for the postage, unfortunately the amount has been paid, but it's in a pending mode and the shipment wasn't sent to my address, I'm complaining and I want damages.
