I used Indian Eagle to book a refundable ticket, which I had to cancel on December 27 of 2021. Indian Eagle sent me an email with the amount I would be refunded and required that I agree to the amount, which I did. I then received a partial amount. After two months of emailing and calling, I have yet to receive the rest of the refund, with the support staff being extremely unhelpful.
