We booked flights through Malindo Air in [protected]. Due to covid they cancelled our flights. They promised us a refund.
We have been waiting 2 years. We can't reach them on the phone, they ignore our emails - or have automated email replies. They are now operational and still haven't refunded us. We have been very patient, but now its just getting ridiculous.
Desired outcome: We want a refund, as promised by the company
The Changi Airport service Manager Shanthi was very RUDE, unfriendly and was not helping. We were very disappointed.
