Male Marriage Cabin Crew Rules review: the rules

To whom it may concern,
Dear Everyone in QR Staff

My name is Raska Prita, Indonesian, I am one of your cabin crew spouse. Name is Dicky Herdyawan Bachrudin, staff number 100011. From Indonesia.

I want to complaint and give suggestion. I know for your company this is not really important. But for Dicky, and other male / female crew who already married this matter have been affected their job as a Cabin Crew.

Long Distance Marriage is not healthy sir/madam. And will make a huge impact for their Mental Disorder in the future.

I hope you accept my suggestion. Mr Baker I honour and I beg you. Please 🙏🏻 ya Allah. Please listen to me.

The most important thing that must be made in a healthy work environment in Qatar Airways is not seperate a husband and wife or even if they have children. Moreover, please dont make a restriction for a married crew to work in your company. Its very zhalim sir/madam.

Dicky needs this job, he is a good worker, experienced. Qatar Airways make a super new major change for him to fullfil the family needs, for me, or other same situation who not speak up lile me.

Unfortunately now he has mental illness after 1 year seperate with me, his wife, many problem caused by the distance. Also the strict rulesnof yours. Is it fair for him?

In the mean time you still recruite cabin crew, and everybody even the world know the level cabin crew who leave Qatar Airways is increased, why you not keep a good crew like Dicky to stay, adjust and develop, rather than open recuritment for cabin crew ever single months.

According to my opinion, the best trick for you is to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees. Especially for male/female crew who married. You must never seperate them from their spouse.

I think its totally normal and human, that the needs of Male Married is his wife. Im a good moslem, and I think Qatar also a good moslem country. You know this rules in Quran.

There are several things that concern me as a one victim of your rules. I hope you can re evaluation this things. Kindly sir :

- Protect mental health by reducing risk factors caused by marriage distance.
- Take care of the mental health of male/female married crew by give them a change to live in Doha together. This is definately a positive aspect and strengths of married crew. They will not resign if their family is happy
- Always put the mental health of crew first, whatever the cause. Its for the seek of your brand image sir/madam.

I know my writen above is a SMALL THING for Mr Baker. Analofy, a big and strong house can be like that because there is a small of sand in it.
