Cell: [protected] my complaint based on three times my confirmed trip to Cairo, Egypt from Calgary, AB has been, by surprise, cancelled and new flights been given to me and confirmed every time.
This time today my confirmed trip from Calgary to Cairo through Dallas and London booking reference: PSJYDK 3 Dec 2021 Calgary to Dallas BA5449 American Airlines from Calgary to Dallas 06:35 AM, then BA1589 Dallas to London trip, and BA0406 British Airways 09: 45 London to Cairo 04 Dec 2021 completed Covid-19 (I hold the negative 72 hours as required) result document test and my presence at the Calgary Airport early to check, however, despite the American Baggage supervisor promised me to bring such negative test document (she saw today) requesting from me to bring it next day to let me fly to Cairo through Dallas and London.
The problem now is British Airways who refused to book me for the next day as said above. They want me to pay $3600 for another ticket. Why?
I paid for my ticket and confirmed 3 times cancellation (not from my side, but from Airlines who were always surprising by giving me another flights with another times which affected my business in Egypt where in the Cairo Airport many high ranked generals and developers were waiting for me and I cancelled meeting with them many times including today.
I contacted them not to wait for me?! This is not good business from a reputable Airline company like yours. By the way, I saw many people today were in grief because of your way complicating their trips?!
My only request from your company is to give me some credit, for future travel. Let's be reasonable; I am a senior citizen who spent all his savings to make this trip. I hope you can see how frustrating this is for passengers.
