Myself and my gal was refused check in by Scoot on 17th Mar 2022 as they told us our RT-PCR test was taken 72 hrs instead of 48hrs. We explained to the duty manager that the clinic and travel agency advised us to do 72 hrs. Mis information given by both and we ended up being rejected by airline. However, the duty manager advised us to write in for refund.
I wrote in for refund but Scoot is not giving listening ear and it’s fruitless. I would like to appeal to your kind office to consider my refund. During this pandemic, some kind of leeway Shd be given to pathetic passengers like me. Tks
