I booked a ticket from Dubai to Benghazi via Amman on Royal Air Jordan. I did not receive the confirmation so have no proof of buying the ticket.
The amount was taken from my credit card but I have not received any confirmation.
The flights booked was on Royal Jordanian on the 4th of June on flight RJ615 to Amman and 5th June on RJ523 to Benghazi

Claimed loss: 2388,65 UAE Dirhams

Desired outcome: I would appreciate you either send me the ticket confirmation or alternatively reimburse the full amount
