On booking, there was no facility to increase the weight so that the charges were transparent. At the airport, I was initially charged MAD 1200. This was reduced to MAD 840 when I complained. My bag weighed 26KG.

I consider these charges to be extortionate. The process is deliberately obscure so that an opportunity is then created at the airport to charge

Desired outcome: I think the charges are extortionate and would expect a partial refund.
