On 5/6/22 I bought a ticket with Kiwi from TLV to Rio de Janeiro. The first flight is with Ita airlines from TLV Ben Gurion to FCO Rome on 5.10.22 at 15:15. On June,10 Kiwi sent me a sms: Carrier has changed your trip...

I didn't open it, I thought is a hacker. Why they didn't send by mail? On July 12 I received an email: "Booking [protected] - your trip has changed. Please pick an alternative for your changed trip."

All the alternatives I will have to pay more than US$137 at least. Why should I pay more when they changed only 4.5 days after I bought it and the trip is 4 monhts later? Maybe it will happen again and they will ask me to pay another amount of money. I have other 2 flights to take with TAP untill get to Rio and more filghts on my way back to TLV.

They gave me another option: "Cancel your booking and request a refund", and it's written: "Refund amount: as much as possible, but refunds depend on the carrier's policies." I don't want to take risks. I don't know how much they will give me back and I want all the money and soon, that I can buy with another agency. Can you help me? Elizabeth

Desired outcome: To receive all the money back that I can buy another ticket.
