I purchased Delta Airline tickets thru AceFlightHub and was overcharged by $652.96 on top of my voucher. I have been trying to get this money refunded to me since January 4th which the company said they would do. At first they were going to refund my credit card which they never did then they were going to wire me the refund which they never did. As far as I am concerned they are a fraud and scam. Unfortunately I should have read the reviews of this company before I purchased the original ticket. However Delta was able to get my voucher returned from them and charge me $242 for the same flight. After numerous phone calls, emails and promises nothing has happened. Now when I call they transfer me to someone else and then hang up. they claim the money was refunded but the only proof they gave me is a wire # and my bank has never received the money or saw the wire.
Desired outcome: Please see if you can get me a refund from them which is what they promised. I will forward any information you need. On December 2, 2022 I purchased with Aceflighthub the addition of two bags on my flight, they made two transfers from my credit card one for $316.00 which corresponded to the bags and another for $478.98 which does not correspond to any authorization on my part. I called and they told me they were going to make the transfer and they have not done it. Be very careful with Aceflighthub they are scammers and fraudsters and they do not respond. I do not understand how they continue to operate. This is the evasive Aceflighthub person who scammed me.
