Dear Gulf Air Customer Service,
I am writing to formally report damage to my checked baggage on my recent Gulf Air flight:
Passenger Name: Touqeer Nazir
Flight Number: GF 87
Date of Travel: 21 May 2025
Departure Airport: Munich, Germany
Arrival Airport: Bahrain
Baggage Tag Number: GF287998
Upon arrival at Munich Airport, I discovered that my suitcase was damaged. Specifically, one of the wheels was broken, and the zipper was torn. I have attached photographs of the damage to this email for your reference.
I kindly request guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim for the damaged baggage. I have visited your website but was unable to locate the appropriate claim form.
Please advise on the necessary steps and any additional information or documentation required to process my claim.
