(her name is prisilla, manager name is harish). After I search and try to contact quikr. One guy try to slove and convence me that please activate 6 months. Lead will come daily basics. Then I accepted for 20 days they provide me only 1 lead (which is irrelvent to my business) very very upset with the serices. They even go as far as sending you real-like names portraying as your customers, and tell you to buy their paid options promising to provide their contact numbers. As soon as you pay, they tell you that those were just promotional things and you will receive customer contacts in the future. But the contact details of the ones which were sent to you prior to your paid ad listing are not possible to provide you now. This is very frustrating and it feels like they are saying "go FCK OFF. You've now paid us. We don't care." To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. Nobody replied after I submitted my complaint.
But that's not all. They are greedy and will do anything to get more money from you. They send your contact details to their private calling team who then calls you to upgrade your listing plan and send them more money. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to get more subscription money. When I spoke to the representative about my bad experience, she cut the call and blocked me on WhatsApp so that I don't make any further calls or complain about the service and ask for a refund for the paid amounts.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Quikr to anyone. They are not worth it for any genuinely paying customers. Just use their free service, and that's all.

So, I scheduled a delivery time with Quikr, but unfortunately, the delivery guys didn't show up not once, not twice, but three times! I had to call customer service to find out what was going on because they didn't even bother to call or send a message. It was frustrating, to say the least.
When I finally received the delivery, it turned out to be the wrong product. I understand that mistakes happen, but what followed was a series of disappointments. The Quikr doorstep team called me the next day to inform me that I got the wrong delivery, and we rescheduled a pick-up time. But, once again, Quikr guys disappeared, and I had to call customer service to find out what was going on.
I can't even count how many times I had to call Quikr (more than 16 times in one week) to schedule a time slot to pick up the wrong treadmill I received. But, every time, Quikr guys never showed up, nor did they call to cancel their arrival. I had to call them every time to find out what was going on, and they always gave me a new reason why they couldn't come. It was frustrating, and I wasted so much time waiting for them.
I even sent emails, but all I got was a polite "sorry, but actually we don't care" response. But, the worst thing they did was to give my mobile number to another Quikr buyer who was waiting for the treadmill that they brought to me by mistake. The buyer called me on Quikr's behalf to coordinate a pickup time from my apartment, but once again, Quikr guys never showed up. It was embarrassing to tell the buyer that Quikr doorstep team was irresponsible, and she was waiting for her product just like me.
I hope this kind of bad service is not your policy, but unfortunately, I doubt that you will change your ways. I don't think I'll ever receive the treadmill that I paid for, and I guess I lost my money. But, I learned one thing - I'll never buy anything from Quikr again.
To all the new customers out there, please don't buy from Quikr. You have better things to do than waste your time and money on them.

However, Mr. Raju began contacting me in October, insisting that I purchase an EXCLUSIVE DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE for leads marked above Rs. 3000. He spent three hours at my office on the last working day of October convincing me to pay Rs. *** for the package, promising that it would be activated the following day at the latest.
When the verification team called me to confirm my purchase, I told them that I had bought a deep cleaning package with a minimum of 5 leads per day. However, Mr. Raju called me the next day and asked me to agree to basic cleaning instead, promising that he and Mr. Yadgiri would change the keyword to deep cleaning and above Rs. 3000 within two hours.
I refused, asking for written confirmation via email. Mr. Raju continued to plead with me until I finally relented. When the verification team called me again, I agreed to basic cleaning, assuming that they would change the keyword as promised.
I already had 270-280 leads on my other company, Scrubble, registered with mobile number ***100. Why would I need to purchase another package for basic cleaning?
Since then, both Mr. Raju and Mr. Yadgiri have not answered my calls or messages. Even Mr. Raghu from the verification team, who called me after my last email complaint last week, has stopped responding.
Over the last four months, I have paid Quikr Rs. *** for a leads package. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon, or else I will have to take legal action and all charges will have to be borne by the company.
I did not want to involve the media, as I value Quikr's reputation and the managers here in Hyderabad.

In the third incident, the pick up was scheduled from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on a Saturday. The pick up person called me and told me that he would come around 8:00 PM, but when he arrived, he said that he had not been informed about the need for two helpers. He said that they would try to manage it, but they did not come to pick up the item. After calling customer care multiple times, they told me that they would come and pick up the item, but they did not. They asked me to send them pictures of the cart, and then told me that they could not pick it up with just two people. They asked me to call customer care and raise a fresh request with two helpers.
I appreciate the dedication and punctuality of the customer care support, but they were not able to resolve my issue. I cannot recommend Quikr to anyone, and I hope that the management will take some necessary action after seeing this review.
