Tiffany, I just responded to your companies response to the BBB complaint. You people are almost funny.,
We have a much better chance to come to a resolution if:
1) You are responsive and don't waste anymore of my time.
2) Quite trying to sweep it under the rug. Every time you do I will escalate my concern.
3) do not treat me like you treat many of your customers, like they are stupid. I am not one of them. How much BS you have to go through to understand that is entirely up to you.
4) When you apply a credit and take it away. How do you think that looks. We are going to find out. I have added this to my tort claim and to the Atty Generals Complaint. I will be adding and FTC complaint before the end of the week.
5) No response from the recording yet? That is normal operating procedure... How sad.
Recommendation: Find an alternative
