On January 5th, 2025 ADT withdrew $504.59 from my checking account after I had removed EasyPay (automatic withdrawal of bill) on January 1st, 2025. When I called customer service on January 5th, 2025 I was told by a representative that the removal of my EasyPay did not go through until January 5th. On February 19th ADT withdrew $1173.86 from my checking account. This was 45 days after I was advised the EasyPay had been removed (and 50 days after I had processed it online). Due to this I cannot pay my rent and other bills. This transaction was not authorized due to I had ended my EasyPay. I need a full refund to my checking account.

We are a small business. We totally feel scammed by ADT. They never provided the services that we understood. The person who we allowed in our store was nowhere to be found the following day. There were several things that came across sketchy and very concerning for the security of our business. Calling, chatting did not resolve anything. Repeated attempts still no success. Not once was an apology ever offered, nor did anyone offer to send someone to our store. This caused much stress on our business. With continued efforts and no success, we had to hire a new security company. I have been told repeatedly someone would call to discuss contract and issues. I had to schedule this; however, they could not tell me when I would receive a call. ALL SO RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Is it not the goal to feel secure? I have never experienced such bad and unacceptable service. While I have no issue with ADT keeping the $499 to install, I refuse to pay for monthly services going forward. The time I have spent, the money I have spent to hire new security system, the anxiousness of not feeling confident with the person who had been in our store. Not one person in months with ADT has ever apologized or tried to make things right. Oh wait, I mentioned that before ;) wink face! TERRIBLE BEYONE TERRIBLE.
