Safe haven did the install and they have changed batteries twice and now 9 of the 14 sensors are bad and 2 of them should have never even been installed according to your tech bc they are not attached to the house-the tech noted you guys dont install this kind of sensor or have the batteries and they would be special order-they offered different deals from tech accounts manageable department and we finally settled on dec 1 with a cancel contract and conversion and the final price would only cost me 6-8 dollars more monthly and I would have all adt equiment - now my social security number is wrong so I was told tonight by anthony they cant honor that bc of the issue on the contract-I have been promised multiple things for 1.5 years and it has never worked-I have it plugged in behind my tv so I dont have to see it-I want contact back and a resolution asap thanks angie [protected]
Claimed loss: 45 a month for 1.5 years for something i have never been able to arm ....very sad
Desired outcome: a solution and a new contract with new equipment that works orout of my contract period
