I purchased a full house of protection. After having the equipment. Not even 2 months the batteries went out in three of my smoke/co2 detectors. I called they sent a technician. He replaced one of the devices completely and the put all new batteries in the devices that had codes on the monitor. Cost me 89 dollars just for him to come changes batteries. 3 weeks after I had all new batteries my hall detector battery is throwing a code saying battery is low please change. Now I the one in my room is doing the same thing. I am paying alot of money for a system that supposed to protect no on myself from any danger but my family as well.
I called them when my hall battery was showing low. They said they would have to send another technician out to replace the batteries and troubleshoot the system and charge me another 89 dollars to come out this is bull. Those are lithium batteries that should last at least 5 or more years. Not a few months. I wish I could just give them all the junk back and get my money back. I will never recommend adt to know I know. I am providing all the issues I am currently having. That I had the same issue the first time I had a technician come to my home.
Pissed to the max.
Even the Google cameras are junk. I want it all gone
Desired outcome: I would want a full refund on on all my equipment and they come remove all there junk out of my home... I want it all removed.
