Good day

this complaint is far over due... about 2months ago I had ordered a whole lot of items some items being for my new born baby which unfortunately hasn't even reached my door as yet I was sent a tracking number to track my order the parcel traveled place to place but still I have no idea where it is now there was no email sent to me for the delay the only time I did get a response is when I had emailed akermans customer service. This is totally ridiculous as me ordering the clothes for my baby was totally pointlessly as I doubt it's even going to fit him the rest of the items are gifts for upcoming birthdays which is just around the corner and still no sign of my parcel the tracking company asked me to check at my local post office the sad part is I opted for door to door delivery anyway as busy as it was I stood it the post office line just to be told my parcel is still Sitting at the post office head offices I would like a response as soon as possible about when will I be receiving my parcel I will never recommend anyone to shop online with akermans as it's just a big waste of time
