I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving at Riverchase Kia. I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service on Tuesday. Upon arrival I was told 1 to 2 days to do a diagnosis on my transmission. I have been calling over 6 times to reach a service person and getting disconnected and voicemail boxes full. When I spoke with someone, he was explaining that it will be 3 to 5 days to even have it looked at. I am very angry. This is just a checkup, and I explained at drop off that I needed it road ready to go to Detroit on July 31st. This is unacceptable. This is jeopardizing my Family Reunion trip. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, or owner and I am being told that they will call me back. This is unheard of. I need to have a vehicle that seats 3 adults and 3 children in car seats for the Reunion. Not only am I being held hostage with my vehicle just sitting there I am also unable to perform my job without a vehicle.
