1xBet Closing my account (withdrawal code not sent to me)

My account number : [protected]

I created an account on this site about six months ago. When I wanted to make a withdrawal, I was asked for documents. I sent all the necessary documents to the security department. They asked me for several months for various documents to verify my account. I have provided them with my documents in the form of a video and a photo of the back and the front. I did everything that was needed. I filled several forms on the site. During two stages, I made a video call (Skype). At the end of the site, it asks me for a withdrawal code. According to the website, an email should be sent to my email address (screenshot of the attached page of this message). Whenever I send a message that I have not received this code, they do not understand and do not give me an answer. Please follow up that I have this code. Let's say that I have been withdrawing my money for several months, but I can't log into my account.

I forgot the password of the e-mail I used to register on the site and I have shared this with the security department. I think my e-mail has not changed and this code was sent to the e-mail whose password I forgot. This e-mail is I have registered on the site with it and I don't remember the password "aazam.[protected]@yopmail.com" I requested to change the email and the security department told me that your email has changed to this new email "aazam.[protected]@gmail.com" follow up to send me this code thanks

1xBet Withdrawal amount

I've withdrawn ₹9730 indian rupees on 6 January 2023, on 7 January 12 am around I got notification that withdrawal is successful. But today is 19 January and i still haven't received money in my bank account yet.

I mailed them many times, they asked for bank statements, I've sended bank statement to them many time. Like today is 19 & if i mail them they'll ask for statements till 19 and if i mail them tomorrow they'll ask for the date 20. Im tired of sending statements daily, never missed day when i didn't mailed them

Once they said withdrawal is paid off complaint in your bank with that particular reference number. When i complained in bank they said we never received any amount with this reference number.

I again contacted them with official response from bank's mail screenshot, they again asked for bank statement on 18, I've sended them & today they again asked for statement till 19 , again I've sended them. This is happening since more than 12 days, I'm tired of asking my own money now. Many users facing this problem not only me. Please provide me my money as soon as possible whether in my bank account or refund in my 1xbet account [protected] so that I can initiate another withdrawal request .

Hi i have deposited rps 25000 on 10/01/2024 at 3.30 pm. I have all the documents related it. Still I haven't got any update or my money in my 1xbet account. I have tried everything to contact and asked about my deposit there is only one answer to that is you deposit is in process. I have contacted my branch and received the documents related my transaction and they confirmed that my deposit is credited to capital Hill Traders account no42439673067

They even gave me the payment confirmation receipt and I have already mailed it to 1xbet team. Since last 5 or 6 days my issue is not resolved and I am in mentally harassed state.

I had the amount of npr145000 in my gaming account but when I tried to withdraw they rejected my withdrawl and the reason was to verify my document so I immediately mail the security department team with all the required process and documents but after 24 hour I got reply by the team mentioning that they decided to close my account. I've playing in 1xbet
From almost one year five months or so,
With full verified account
Never caused an issue with withdrawals or deposit
Now fews suddenly when I emailed for some issue with social connect apps like google and telegram
They emailed saying I have two accounts !
Which I dont remember never logged in
I was active only on my present account

I m concerned disturbed and disappointed that after all these many days ,
Why they raised these issue !
And when tried to speak with app call , each and every advisor giving senselessly answers, saying previous advisor misguided you , you follow my suggestion!

Problem description:
Bookmaker has canceled all my winnings
28.12.2023 i has opened an account to 1xbet and i has deposites 3151.24 MDL.
On 30.12.2023 i has already >20000mdl.
When i tried to withdrawn some money , i has received an rejection with comments-->i have to contact security team.
I has contacted the security team and share with them the following photos:
1. photo of ID card --> done
2. photos of the bank card 402811******3632(both sides).
The bank card number must be covered, except for the first 6 and last 4 digits, and the CVC/CVV code on the flip side can be covered as well --> done
3. Please make a selfie, holding your document near your face. Also, next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from security department (this message).
Your face, your document in the hand and the dialogue with the Security department opened on any device should be fully and clearly seen on the same photo. All data should be clearly visible --> done.
4. Then they ask me if i know 2 different guys ( one or them i confirm that i know because we are practice same sport).
5. Then they inform me that the cancel all my winning.
Before they cancel my winning i had already >31000 on my account.
Most of the bets i has placed on basketball different leagues and teams.
Remark: i never played before on 1xbet and i never had multi-account. (1xbet didn't react when i request some evidences).

After completed the more & more step at a time it show To finish verifying account need to upload a photo of holding a sheet of paper in hand. This sheet of paper should have the code you received and the current date written on it.After see that's instruction i uploaded photo in a sheet with code & date.

Now it’s day 5 over i uploaded photo with sheet when i written this. i Don't received any kind of notification by e-mail. please solve my problem as Soon as possible.

1xBet My account has been locked for a long time

Hello,

My account id:[protected] has been blocked for 2 months due to an unknown reason. I have followed every single instruction and submitted all necessary documents what the security team required. There was one thing that i failed is to send a notarized document via post service because of the wrong post address security team given. I have sent the required documents to the specified address in Mexico via DHL post service. Post was not delivered due to wrong address. I tried to refer security team to see if the address is correct or wrong. They sent me the same address again. Now DHL and other post services could not accept my post without cosignee name and number. After i told the situation i faced, the security team gave me new instructions. I followed them all as soon as i received. The latest instruction was to fill out an online form with 22 questions. I filled out the form. Now the security team required me to fill out the same form and send it to the same address again event if it is the wrong address. My first post was delivered in Mexico but terminated due to the final destination address was wrong and, no consignee name and number. I told them many times, but they answered me still same and autoreply bot e mail. I am always ready to prove myself with any other ways.

They asked me to make a video conference with Skype, but told me that "you are not required to make Skype call" on scheduled time and date. And then sent me an email that confirmed "you are successfully passed the Skype call verification". Please solve my issue and finish your verification process as soon as possible. I want my money back or at least my deposited 28,000,000 MNT. I hope you guys will understand this situation and cooperate with me.

I was a new user for this platform where I had signed up and started playing bets from May 2023 to Aug 2023.

When I deposited money it got vanished to zero value. Now I asked customer support help, they are not helping me. They are fraud and false answers saying I had played crash games and lost the money.
