I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding two transactions I initiated through the 1xbet app, transferring 5000 INR each via PhonePe. The first transaction was made on February 10, 2024, at 12:22 AM to the UPI ID [protected]@paytm (UPI reference no. [protected]), and the second transaction occurred at 12:31 AM on the same date to the UPI ID [protected]@sbi (UPI reference no. [protected]).

Regrettably, while I received one of the transactions on February 11, 2024, the other remains pending. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with your customer service team, I have encountered inconsistent explanations for the delay.

Given the urgency of this matter and the discrepancies in communication, I kindly request an immediate investigation into the pending transaction and a clear explanation for the delay. Timely resolution is imperative to ensure the integrity of my financial transactions and uphold trust in your services.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution
