While sending money provider has wrote my name in account number section. So the payment is successful but has not reached to me. But because the account number he wrote doesn't belong to anyone cuz it's my name in letters, in this case sender will get refund from his bank. They should check & if they hadn't received the refund then they should raise a dispute in sender's bank after saying he exchanged the details & where he sended money that account doesn't exist. So that his bank will give him refund 100%.

They should give me money either with company's funds cuz it's because of there technical error or second option is after asking their bank for a refund because the they sended a money in account which don't exists. I asked to block my account around 26 january 2024. It wasn't blocked until today. After sending an email I saw that the team didn't answer so I thought it is a wrong email because usually it should answer to this request during 1-2 days maximum. Even after doing so many emails, sending them bank statement for hundreds of time, Im tired & frustrated. Worst customer service I've ever seen where you have to do financial transactions. There is no clarity, no efforts from customer service to solve your issue, they want every work to get done by me.
I withdrew 9730 INR on 6 January on 7 January around 12 am, I received notification, Your withdrawal is successful. But today is 26 January & I haven't received it till the date. I've sended them mail many times, provided them bank statements from 5.01.2024 to 26.01.2023 (today's date) too. But now they're asking me to complain in my bank & give them stamped letter. These fools don't even know about complaint has to be done by the sender as we have to select a transaction while complaining. Receiver can't complaint in his bank, although I still complained in my bank with reference number given by them through mail. My bank said the reference number they provided is wrong & they can't trace anything with it. Transactions takes maximum 48 hours if its not recieved by the user then the sender will get refund. I told them that but they're still repeating the same daily. In the end, I lost money, I lost lot of my time & trust too. Statement have many transactions of 1xbet including withdrawal & deposit but not that 9730 INR. That was the proof which is considered to be top evidence in financial sector but they're not trusting that. They should tell their agent to complaint in his bank with my statement but what they're doing is just formalities & copy paste job. I did everything I can in these 20 days.

I am even scammed on this platform. Scammers contacted me through the complaints board inbox in the name of 1xBet Officials and posted some local numbers. They referred me to a Bangladeshi Number and I was scammed. The earlier update was about scammers. No matter how I deal with the scammers, 1xBet should deal with my matters.
Their local team reached out to me and assisted me in depositing the same amount again with a bonus compensation of 100% of the total deposit. They told me it would be added in 5-10 minutes after deposit. After again depositing 7800 BDT in bKash method they told me it would be deposited between 5:30 PM local time. But still, it's not done. Incorrect sports bet settlement
On December 31st I placed a parlay bet for 2 MMA fights in Rizin 45 to last over 1.5 rounds. Based on knowledge of MMA betting and rules in general this means the fights must continue past half way (2min 30sec) of the 2nd round (3 x 5-minute rounds total) to win.
Both of the fights I placed this bet on (Ogikubo vs Dodson and Horiguchi vs Takahashi) did in fact pass the 1.5 round mark. The first fight lasted 3 full rounds and was marked correctly as Over 1.5 rounds. While the second fight (Horiguchi vs Takahashi) ended about 4min into the 2nd round. However, this fight was incorrectly settled as a loss.
I contacted 1XBet customer support chat to review this and they stated the settlement should be a loss because the fight ended before completing round 2.
This is illogical as the betting line says Over/Under 1.5 rounds, the 0.5 implying half a round. If the entire second round needed to be complete this line must instead be listed as Over/Under 2 rounds.
Additionally, in the rules stated on 1XBets own site here https://1xbet.com/en/information/rules it says the following: "Total Rounds”. Customers need to predict the number of rounds in a bout. For bet settlement purposes, only rounds in which more than half the allocated time has elapsed count.
2 minutes 30 seconds is deemed to be half of a 5-minute round. Therefore, a total of 2.5 rounds refers to 2 minutes 30 seconds of the 3rd round. If a bout ends exactly 2 minutes 30 seconds into a round, “Over/Under” bets on the total number of rounds will be void. If the first round ends in the first two minutes, “Total Rounds Under 0.5” bets win."
These rules quite clearly define the importance of half a round the same way I understood for an Over 1.5 round bet.
I asked that this matter be escalated to a higher support team but the representative ended the chat. I also sent this same detailed response to their email query form on December 31st and have yet to receive any reply as of January 25th.
Attached are images of the betslip before and after it was settled, my chat with customer support, and the rules on the 1xbet site stating how Over/Under bets are decided.
This bet should be corrected as a win and my winnings transferred to my account (account #[protected]).

Again, you did not address my question about how or why 1Xbet lists these bets using 0.5 rounds and ignores this during settlement. This is misleading and will undoubtedly cause other customers to face the same issue.
If the rules are that only completed MMA rounds matter then these bets should clearly be written as Over/Under 1 or 2 complete rounds. Only your UFC bets should be listed as Over/Under 1.5 or 2.5 rounds since those are determined by half rounds.
If this bet was listed according to completed rounds and said Over 1 round, it should be a win. If it was listed as Over 2 rounds, it would be a loss, clear and simple. But since you listed it as Over 1.5 rounds, it is a win, and your rules saying otherwise are not consistent with the way the line was labeled.
If you refuse to understand how the 1xBet method of listing/settling this type of bet is misleading, I will need to further escalate this issue to your regulator. As I absolutely disagree with the way you are taking no responsibility for the confusing nature of how these bets are listed and then settled.

There's no reason why mixed martial arts bets should be settled differently from UFC bets as it is essentially the same sport.
More importantly, you did not respond to my point about the bet being listed as Over 1.5 rounds. This is very misleading, as listing a line that says 1.5 rounds implies that half of a round will determine the settlement.
Do you understand why listing the bets this way is dishonest? If the rule is that only completed rounds matter then these bets should clearly be written as Over/Under 1 or 2 complete rounds.
