One of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing online. Initially it did was my bad that I was in rush to buy a ticket and haven't read disclaimer about pricing. But I mean 3 times higher - that's ridiculous. I bought a ticket for Miss Monique for 159 instead of 49 and they refuse to cancel it. Be aware and check/compare their prices with original or best just don't buy from them.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with TicketsOnSale. There is no place showing seat number and price BEFORE purchase. Price only comes up AFTER the purchase and they say all sales are final.

Given no other alternative, I agreed, stressing the importance of it being delivered overnight as I was leaving for New Orleans from South Florida early Thursday morning, 36 hours before the event. The representative agreed and assured me they would email me the tracking information.

Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. When I called ToS on Wednesday, the day before I was due to fly out, the representative informed me that the paper ticket had only been mailed that very same morning. The ticket was scheduled for delivery after I had already left the city. The package eventually arrived in South Florida, but I had to incur additional charges of $80 to FedEx the ticket to my hotel.

Each time I tried using the chat feature, it disconnected within minutes, without making any effort to help me with my issue.
