I had placed a bet in 1x bet at odds of 225 after winning the bet the company changed the odds to 3.5 i was to receive 25000 rupees but i only received 385 rupees .

Please don't fool and rob people hard earned money like this. That guy is already stated that he is continuously 1xBet team from a long time but no one is intended to respond to his message and resolve the issue. Like this you are are running your firm and claiming yourself a big brand in bookmaker market. No customer care support is there, the email support is not replying the to messages. I am also a victim of this situation and following up with customer support from last 22 days but you people are maintaining your brand by not responsive.
It's very really disappointing and frustrating, either mention directly that you people will not revert back the amount or resolve the issue earlier, so the customer will keep their expectation based on that.
I request all the people through this platform please switch your account to other reputed bookmakers like bet365, betway etc. or you will face this kind of consequences from 1xBET.

I made a deposit of 5000 rupees on 31/11/21 at 06:22 pm . When I was depositing the money that payment went into pending after one day it got completed but the money has not been credited yet into my 1xbet account. I have called so many times but their customers care executive are so pathetic they put me on hold every time I call them for more then 30 minutes. They are behaving like they are doing any favours for me. Such a bad experience I had ever in my life . Deposit amount not credited to my account
I have made a deposit of 50K on 24th oct and 28th oct both the occasion the money got debited from my bank account but not credited to 1xbet account. I have raised a complaint to 1xbet asking them to look into issue. Each day they asked me different documents 1st they asked me screenshot, next they ask me message, then exact time of the transaction then finally statement . Now after submitting everything when I call them they just simply cut my call without any update. I'm getting restless since I have already lost 18L using this app. My life has become already a mess by using this, now I'm financially not stable this 1L will help me somehow. Please understand my situation and provide me my money back.

I am also facing the same issue and continuously following up with them from last one month but not use, I don't know why they are treating the customers like this without providing any information. They always ready to rob the hard earned money of the people, their customer care service is pathetic and very rude.
I am not sure whether we will get our amount or not but it's a lesson for me and I advise everyone to stay away from this fraud bookmaker and switch to other like betway or bet365.

Regarding deposited amount
This complaint is regarding the customer support of 1xbet, who are not bother about anyone hard earned money and give the same replies for all the queries everytime.
I had deposited an amount of Rs.149000 partially on 27th Oct 2021, and the transaction is successful but the amount has not been credited to my account yet after a continuous follow up with the customer support team as well. In chat they told to send a mail, it's already been 3 days and I am still waiting for the resolution. I have attached all the screenshots of the payment along with bank statement but they are not taking any kind of action to look into it. I had requested for call back as well but again it was automatically cancelled from there end. My account 3 1 0 8 1 7 5 8 7 was blocked 4 months ago without any winnings in it just the deposit I made. I was told to submit some documents which I adhered to by submitting 60+ photos of the said documents. I'm here coz I'm tired of being harassed by you. Go tell your security department I don't want to send any other document if the ones I sent didn't help don't think any other will.
