I requested to withdraw the amount 1950 INR around 23:17 on 28-09-2021 through UPI payment option, 1xbet gaming application is showing withdrawal successful and confirmed by the operator but I have not received any amount in my bank account(both screenshots are provided below). Its been 72 hours, these are the useless ticket id's they have given #[protected] and #[protected], am frustrated this is second time am facing this type of issue with your worst transaction facilities previously it took more than a week

My ticket with the above number was wrongly updated as lost instead of win.

l made a deposit using bank card but now l can't withdraw my money because there is no option for me to withdraw using bank card. Okay I first raised a complaint on 20th July 2021 on this platform. Today I went checking around and found out that the issue I raised had been treated as 'resolved'. First of all the issue is far from resolved considering what I was complaining about has not been corrected. My Gaming account is still blocked by the 1xbet team. They have refused to cooperate and no longer replying to my emails. I still don't have my money back! No one contacted me on the resolution of this matter so something feels kinda fishy on here. Either 1xbet is controlling this "supposedly" independent platform or someone was bribed.

My client id [protected] 1xbets gives me low odds due to my winnings. When we regularly win they decrease odds rates so this is unfair. Screenshot of my friend and my account is also attached where very clearly you can see that odds difference. So kindly take action against 1xbet. And give me normal odds like others.

One month passed trying to withdraw my fund. And they are playing with me they don't respond and when they did they always asked for more documents. And when I provide the documents they don't respond.
I tried to use my credit card for withdrawal i got message says rejected by operator they told me try another method and I did through MuchBetter app.
